Temari looked down at Tomoe and Kratos, slightly saddened with the thought of departing from them. She kneeled down and hugged them both close, kissing their foreheads before she smiled. "Be safe, the both of you. Mommy and daddy will be back, you'll see." She whispered before she took them over to the android, handing them over with a sigh. "Here you go."
"Ah, true. But wait, since there are not cops from your world. Well, excluding Gear. You don't have to worry about something like that happening." Hitomi said with a smile, nodding gently at this point.
"Ah, well Hitomi-chan and I slept outside underneath the stars. I'm quite used to it, being how I have such experience with the situation. But as well as I was in my kitten form, so it was so much more comfortable than it would be in my human form." Kirara noted as she glanced over at Gear, nodding slowly.

Emotionally? Oh, this didn't bode well... The most likely meaning of an "emotional trial" was that he was going to lose something precious to him... but what? Or who? "Right. Understood," he replied, with a nod.
"Yeah, that's true," Hotstreak replied, with a grin. "I don't even gotta try and hide; I can just walk wherever I want, whenever I fee like. 'S kinda cool..."
"It'd be cool to be able to transform into different things..." Gear replied. "Even cooler if you could be anything you want."

"What'd you want to change into Gear-kun? If you had the chance to.." Kirara asked of him softly, cocking her head to the side curiously.
"Kind of like a relief, huh Hotstreak?" Hitomi exclaimed with a smile of her own, hugging him for a moment before releasing him.

Link walked up to the android with Alexander and handed him to her "Take care of him please" he said as he handed her the stuff needed for the baby to be healthy.
The android nodded and stepped back into the portal with all the kids
Link looked back at the group "Well its time to continue" he nodded

"Thank you, Emmet," Jack added, before closing the watch and putting it back into his pocket. Why did he have to go through this trial, though? What more did he have to prove? He knew Emmet wouldn't answer all his questions, though, or at least not directly.
"Hm... I dunno, really," Gear replied, with a shrug. "Maybe something that could fly, so I could see what it feels like to do that without any help from machines. Or maybe something that can see really well... or maybe a bloodhound, experience what it's like to have that amazing sense of smell. Or maybe some sort of pit viper, so I can see heat signatures with my own senses. It's hard to chose, with so many options..."
"Yeah, it is..." Hotstreak replied. Maybe he'd pick up some cash and treat Hitomi to something... Something that he couldn't do back in his own world because of how well known his face was...

((So since Emmet took all of the kids, does that mean Bunko is gone as well? Or should we keep her for her ice powers? ^_^; ))
Temari sighed as she looked back to Inuyasha, smiling lightly. "Well, at least they'll be safe now, right?" She asked of him as she hugged him close to her.
Kirara blinked at him as she listened him list off many of the different forms he would take on if he had the chance to. "Well uhh, that's good." She said as she blinked at him, a tad confused. He listed everything really fast so she kind of got lost in it all. "You'd be entertaining to see as a demon though, that much is sure." She told him with a grin, poking him in the shoulder with her index finger.
Hitomi laughed lightly before she glanced up at him with a smile. "What're you thinkin' about Hotstreak?" She asked, noticing how deep in thought he was.

"A demon? Yeah, that would be pretty awesome," Gear agreed, laughing lightly as he was poked. "Demons have all kinds of cool powers..."
"Spoiling you," Hotstreak truthfully replied, smirking.

Temari held onto him tightly as she nodded slowly. She then reached up and kissed him once before letting go. "I really hope so Inuyasha." She whispered to him.
Lum watched her daughter leave her with a small wave. She sighed to herself as she rubbed her slightly larger stomach. She then looked up to the sky and prayed to the gods that they'll all be okay and out of harm's way.
Kirara nodded slowly. "Yupyup. Fire and flight aren't the only powers a demon can have. There's illusion, wind, soul-stealing, manipulating the dead, and so much more. We have a whole world full of them back where I come from." She explained as she smiled lightly.
Hitomi chuckled to herself lightly, thinking he was only joking. "Yeah, well, that's nice." She told him with a smirk of her own.

"Sounds really cool," Gear replied. "There are people back in my world that have all different kinds of powers. Some came into theirs through an accident, like me and Hotstreak, and some were born like that. Some of them even come from different planets."
"Yeah, real nice of me, ain't it?" Hotstreak replied, in a somewhat teasing voice. He knew she didn't take that seriously, so now if and when he did do something, she'd be that much more surprised.

"Hm, very interesting indeed. So like, when you say other worlds, do you mean people like Lum-chan?" Kirara asked as she glanced over at the pregnant Oni, cocking her head to the side curiously.
"Hehe, yeah, totally." Hitomi retorted as she reached up and gave him a quick peck to the cheek, giggling lightly as she did so.

"Yeah, I guess. They weren't from any dimensional version of Earth, so I suppose comparing them to Lum is accurate," Gear replied, with a nod.
Hotstreak yawned again, still unable to completely shake off his sleepiness. He wasn't sure exactly how long it would last, but he knew it wouldn't stay longer than when that first bit of adrenaline hits him when they get where they're going. "How long 'til we get there?"

"Hmm, that's very interesting." Kirara noted as she placed her hand underneath her chin, nodding slowly. "Is Dakota like Quasar?" She asked, remembering him once speaking of his hometown before.
Hitomi shrugged her shoulders once more, moving his arm up and down with the simple motion. "I dunno." She replied as she sighed gently before remembering something. She then glanced up at him with a sheepish grin, poking his chest with her index finger. "You still owe me a race Hotstreak."

"Uh... Not really," Gear began. "First of all, Dakota is just a city, not a whole planet. We don't have any gods, at least none that reveal themselves to any people on my home planet. No one gets pulled through dimensions... Well, not no one, 'cause I'm not the only super genius in the world, but you get what I mean."
"True, I do," Hotstreak replied, before letting out another - smaller - yawn. "But we gotta wait 'til I'm more awake, 'kay?"
((Sorry for the late reply. My sis is comin' home from LA tonight and was panicking thinking she'd missed her flight 'cause she wasn't sure if the leave time was LA time or Detroit time, so my mom went and looked it up online.))
