I have made chicken enchilada soup. My dinner is better than any of yours. Unless one of you assholes who didn't make a New Years resolution to avoid all fried foods has some egg rolls or some s**t.
However, if you're eating General Tso's Chicken, you can have it. The last time I threw up, I had just eaten the stuff. And now it tases like vomit to me. That stupid bug I had ruined one of my favorite things ever.

Enchilada in casserole form? I'm intrigued....
My soup is erroneously described as being enchilada-ish. Its got chicken. And lots of mexican stuff. But it doesn't taste like a mexican enchilada. It does, however, taste fantastic.

And I bet its all full of cheese and wonderment. I decided to be... sigh... healthy, and forgo any cheese.
I want some tortillas now. No filling, just the shells. Those are awesome.
