CockroachHunter-S chriss210 I don't think Pikmin was nearly as shocking as sonic because it was unexpected (unlike snake) but Pikmin was a Nintendo-made game unlike sonic who is part of Sega and, well, wasn't in any games like SSBB. Aside from not being owned by Nintendo it's hard to picture him in a fighting game like this. ...But that's just my opinion. Sonic Battle drops by to say HAI. And dude, Sonic was like th etop character expected to be in Brawl. And... SNAKE 4 EXPLOADING ASSES! whee Not only was there Sonic Battle, but there was a very little known arcade game called Sonic: The Fighters, which was a fighting game featuring Sonic characters.

Pfft... melvin... rofl Not really... I mean, Olimar DID have two decently successful Nintendo-based games. Plus being one of the many brainchilds of Shigeru Miyamoto doesn't hurt. :p So despite being unexpected, Olimar is still well within Nintendo's boundaries. The only crazy thing about him is that noone saw him as a fighter. But surprise, he's a fighter now. eek

it's true olimar is unexpected but as soon as they reveal his attacks and final smash he will be a good fighter and snakes final smash is awesome. what do you think olimars final smash will be i think it will be a 100 pikmin army attack since you can only have 100 out in the field on pikim.

I've been wondering. Why do people think Bowser Jr. and Midna don't have a chance in brawl. They are my two top wanted for brawl and people keep on saying they have no chance. Bowser Jr. is popular and a common main enemy in the Mario series right now. Midna was an awesome character from the second newest Zelda game. They are awesome and I want to know why peopel think they don't have chance

With Bowser Jr. I can understand, because they have a ton of Mario universe characters as is. with Midna, she was popular, but.... I don't think she would work. But then, Olimar is in there, so I don't know. As to Buster: You're really gung-ho about Isaac and Geno, huh? That's the third time I've seen you mention them recently.

Snake is a pretty cool guy eh, shakes his a** in front of the screen and doesn't afrade of anything.
Also, take a look at this. In case you haven't seen it, as it was new to me.
Maybe someone linked it before, but I tend not to click them, so sorry if it's old. Looks a little much to be a standard attack.
