"I think he can read eyes which is why he ran." Tori nodded, still smiling. "Let's go. The BBQ place is going to be busy seems it's almost time for lunch."
Yuhi was waiting outside for the girls, then held out his arm to Anekio. "Let's go get some food. My treat."

"Yeah, that's when it takes too long to set an order and get it. The waiters always expect a good tip too." Anekio smiled, looking at Yuhi's arm. "What's that for? I don't have a jacket. We're already here, it's pointless to hold hands or link arms, don't you think?"

"Ah, I was trying to be romantic and you ruined it!" Yuhi said. I'll pull her chair out for her...though with my luck we'll get a booth. Which was exactly what happened. "I think everyone's out to get me." He mumbled as he grabbed one of the menus.

"Aw, don't feel like that. I'll even sit beside you to make you feel better." Anekio grinned and sat down, looking over one of the menus. "You don't have to be romantic, anyway."

"Okay, that helps a little...as long as you don't steal food off my plate." Yuhi said with a wink. "Only if I can steal back, that is." He picked something off the menu before setting it down. "What do you ladies want to do after we eat? Shouldn't be anything too rough seems your both still healing."

Anekio smiled at him, "Then I don't think you should get this." She pointed at beef and smiled. "We can go feed the duckies out by the park!" She then rolled her eyes and set her menu down. "What're you gonna get, Tori?"

Mai-lin nodded her aproval as she watched Rou get closer to Kei. "Go on Rou! You should have him by now! Go get 'im boy!"

"I'm just going to get salad and maybe a croquette." Tori said then raised a brow. "You really want to go feed the ducks? Last time I went there, Fuki ate one of the babies...in front of some kids..."
It wasn't long before Rou was under the tree Kei was hiding in, barking up at him. Kei laughed and hung upside down off one of the branches. "Good job, Rou! You get a treat for this later!" he then let himself fall, doing a couple flips before landing. "So, how'd he do, Mai-lin? Did my trails throw him off any?"

Anekio couldn't help, but laugh. "I bet you had fun making them feel better. No, I don't want to feed them. Ducks and Seagulls bother me, you know that. Actually, Fuki's the only bird I really like." She smiled.
After a while a waiter finally came to take orders. "Pork and water please." She smiled before leaning back in her seat and looking upwards.

Tori gave the waiter her order then laughed. "Make them feel better? I turned and ran away before I had to deal with their screaming! Don't get me wrong I like kids...just not when they're screaming."
Yuhi gave his order and smiled. "I think those poor kids were scarred for life after that. But Fuki is cool and she was only doing what's in her nature to do."

Anekio laughed again, "That's exactly what I would've done. Well, except I probably would've shrugged before doing so. They'll get over it and now they know ducks are pets." She split her chopsticks in half and began playing with them, mainly to keep herself occupied with some sort of entertainment.

"Show off" Mai-lin muttered as she watched him come down. "He did pretty good for his first time. Your trail wasn't the one that threw him off. Silly little pup got distracted until I set him back towards you. Might wanna work on that a little." She kneeled down next to Rou and picked the puppy up. "Follow the trail you're told to, little boy."

"Knowing how bad the hospital food it, I think I'll bring some back for Ran. She needs to get healthy and eating that food won't help." Tori said, then smiled when she saw their orders coming. "Finally, I'm starved!"
"Maybe we should go to the movies after we eat?" Yuhi said and picked up a piece of pork off his plate and put it on the little gril. He'd gotten the sample platter so had a little bit of everything...including beef.

"I wonder how long she'll be in there. Those docters will definatly want to see what's up with her cough." Anekio frowned, snatching some beef off of Yuhi's plate. "Warned you." She mumbled, putting it on the grill. "Is there anything good airing. I don't want to waste money to see princesses save the day."

Yuhi gave a shrug. "She'll be there as long as it takes I guess...or until she gets out on her own." or Takeshi comes back... "As for the movie, I don't know what's playing."
