He lowered his head and nuzzled the somewhat shy cub, hoping that being surrounded by others her own age would bring her out of her shell. She needed to enjoy life, experience youth and learn to love it instead of craving to be grown up.
He remained silent as Maawio spoke to the cub, smiling softly. He had known that the golden lioness would approve of his actions of caring for this little one, it was what she would have done if it had been the case.
At her compliment of him being a good father he puffed himself up a little bit and purred deep in his throat. Then shaking his mane he got to his paws, uncurling his tail from around Panya and glancing up to Priderock. "This once quiet little pride has grown increasingly that's for sure." He said this as a whisper, more to himself than anything.

Maawio smiled softly her ears swivelling to listen to the sounds of the playing cubs in the distance. She had heard Amaris comment, her hearing being pretty good, as it should in adolescence. Turning her head she surveyed Pride Rock, the small den near the bottom was hers, though it used to belong to her mother. Sighing she turned back to Amari. "Isnt it amazing how things grow over time?" She could remember being an anxious cub, waiting for her mother to critically assess what she had done that day, or to send her to socialize with young Simba.
She flopped to the ground, a dreamy but happy look on her face. It was certianly amazing how things changed. She had become stronger, more independant and most importantly, a young adult. Now she had Amari, she loved him and he loved her. She wouldnt change that for the world.

Panya lowered to the ground a bit more as the larger females maw came closer to her "y-yes..." She squeeked quietly. She didnt sense any ill will towards her form the golden female, but she was still nervous around new lions.

Lethrossen Uumi's ears flattened as he continued to watch Syeira. He hated her, he decided. Or maybe envied her for her intelligence, even at such a young age. He rolled his eyes. "You'll be needing protection soon if you don't quit it!" He hissed, his breaths were coming quicker now, and mostly he ment that his twin would probably begin to fight, wether it bred abuse or not. After a minute he turned, this was a waste.
He stopped though, eyes on the two other pride land cubs. The annoying little girl who called him rocky.. or red.. or something. And the boy he did not know. His eyes widened and ears flattened as Danzi began to shout though, all of his fur standing on end. "The hell? This place is infested!" He stated in a disgusted voice. Infested with rogues, he ment.
He began to stalk away from the little group, apparently he'd gotten his tail in a knot. You know.. just like when humans get their knickers in a bunch? randi0515 Woooooooooooooooah, Rehani thought, mind snapping back into existance. The cub's tail she had been following was suddenly over by someone else. She growled softly. Alone again. She looked about, trying to find somewhere she could go. Spotting her mother and sister, she started to bound towards them. Being too distracted wasn't any fun. It seemed like she was very distratced today. "Mom!" Kiuma's ears dropped to press against her skull. There were so many lions, all appearing out of nowhere! Fear rose up inside her almost strong enough to choke her. She trembled once before fiercely pulling herself back under control. How as she to be a protector of the Pridelands, if she was afraid of strangers? The sight of Uumikaji retreating gave her a welcome excuse to flee from the crowd, though she'd never admit to it.
"Uumi! Wait for me!" She called, trying to keep her voice from sqeaking with relief. She dashed after him, slowing down as she came along side her twin. She didn't speak again, knowing in some odd way that he prefered silence at the moment. Besides, they could communicate just as well with out speaking, as both had an odd nack of knowing what the other was thinking.~~~~~~~~~ Sarabi gave her firstborn another lick before looking up at the sound of a small voice calling for her. "Rehani? Hello, little one." She greeted her daughter with a purr and a rub of her cheek against the soft fur.

Maawio had never spoken much of her past aloud, and all that Amari knew was her mother had been strict, wanted her to become a queen. Well in his eyes this golden beauty standing before him was more than that, she was a goddess, to be obeyed and loved for all eternity. He was sure now that not even death could part them.
"You remember Asi? He had cubs of his own too yah know." Amari smiled, thinking back to that strange little family, "a right bunch of devils they are I'll tell you that." He gave a toothy grin, "not like sweet little Panya here." He raised a paw and ruffled the fur on top of the cub's head lightly before moving off and in the direction of Maawio's den.
His pace was slow and leisurely, alowing the others to follow at ease. Upon glancing back he spoke a little louder. "Maawio, we heading back to your den? Panya, you're free to come with us, or you can go and socialise, just be good until we find the King and get accepted officially." He winked playfully at her and swished dust up into the air with his tail.

As the large paw came to ruffle her fur, Panya shook her head, large cub ears floping side to side as she shook. Looking up at the lion she rose to her feet, following him towards the cave. "I'll be good"

Dama ravaged parts of the waterbuck as she slowly began to relax. Her eyes lowered to watch the meat disappear with every bite. Soft growls of irritation emitted from her muzzle as she pulled her wounded leg up to give herself leverage against a particularly tough bite that didn't want to separate from the bones. Pain shot up her shoulder, but she did her best to ignore it, as the growl of hunger from her stomach slowly began to subside. The white tip of her tail lashed from side to side, as she began to slow down in her feeding frenzy. Dama licked her chops, backing away from the carcass as she plopped her food laden body down in the sandy terrain. Blood oozed from her wound still, though only a slow trickle by now. The delicate gray lioness gently licked at the gash, hissing as she only irritated it further. "Oooh that smarts..."((No problem at all. I've had quite the lack of motivation to write lately x.x))

Maawio smiled, withholding a giggle. "So did you finally make peace with Asi?" She titled her head as she walked, trying to make out the shape in the distance. Hrm, Didnt look like anyone too familiar. Poking at the tufts of grass that prtruded from the earth she sighed happily. She would sacrifice a year of her life just to be with Amari for one day, he made her feel so lovestruck, so dizzy and just special.
She found her comfortable den, just underneath the large rock that was more like a "stage" She remembered when Simba was born... The king and queen had their den right there, she thought. Jumping up a few ledges she entered the large den, plopping herself down. In here it was cool, and she spent many days here. thinking, often about Amari himself.

He smiled at Panya, not having a single doubt of her good nature, she was a good cub, she really was! "Glad to hear it."
Then turning his head round to gaze at his mate he curled his tail about hers as they walked, enjoying the breeze that carressed through his mane. "I sure did, he's probably my best friend. Not counting you of course." He purred deep in his chest and nuzzled her affectionately.
He jumped up after her and flopped down beside her, moving to wash behind her ears and nuzzle at the soft fur there. She smelt of sunshine and warmth and he drew it deep into his lungs to keep it there.
"I never thought I'd be so happy to finally settle down." He said softly, eyes closing as he continued to purr. "It never would have happened if I hadn't had met you."

Andrani The adolescent blinked, then remembered what led to his tumble into the bushes. "Oh, that? Beetles were crawling all over me. Couldn't very well squash them, and apparently it was a NEST of them or something..." He watche Mchele while upside-down, tail curling just a bit. "Beetles?" Mchele blinked and tilted his head at him. "Was that why they were falling out of the sky?" He came a bit closer, looking over every so often at the curling tail... it was very tempting to pounce on it.... but he restained himself for now. This new brother might not like that.

He smiled a bit, watching the cub. "Actually, they only flew because I was flinging them off me. They were crawling all over me and were very itchy." The beetle he'd flicked off his paw earlier crawled towards him, trying to get on his nose. He snorted, sending it tumbling a bit.

Bakhti watched her children and calmed again. She laid down and let Mchele and Danzi talk as she licked at her paw. She had nothing to worry about with DAnzi, he would look after Mchele after all they were brothers.

Panya felt odd. She felt as if she had grown in this journy since she had met Amari. She followed close behind the older lions ontill they reached the cage in the odly shaped rock. Her pace slowed as she looked around, taking in everything around her. The sights and smells overwelmed her. Quickly shaking her head, she cleared it before hurrying into the cave so she didnt loose them. As they lay down to rest, Panya curled up a little ways away from them, not wanting to disturb the couple

Jasiri got to Priderock soon after, slowling down and cathing her breath before turning to her mate. "Sukutu, I want to go talk to Mufasa. I want to join the Pridelands, and have a permenent home. Somewhere to raise our cubs." She nuzzled against him loveingly, and then stepped back. "But I have to ask him alone. I will be back soon." She gave him one last nuzzle, then headed up Pride rock. She wasnt sure where the king would be, or if he even would be there. "King Mufasa, your magisty?" She called, padding along the rock floor.

((Alright, I'm back back now. Sorry for the long break anyone. If people need to be added to the pride please either toss me a pm, or include it in your OOC comments, I shall try to catch up appropriately. :3 *luffs on everyone*
Annnnd Doomi, we should be headed your way pretty soon. ))
-By now Mufasa had turned, his attention back on the sun in the distance and it's lazy traveling across the sky. Breathing in the warm savannah air, he let the little bit of a breeze filter through his thick mane. At her pained remarked he turned again, pushing himself up from his haunches, edging nearer to the silver lioness, eyeing her injury. His words were kind and soft, so far from the aggressiveness that one would assume 'kingly' and almost fatherly...- "Will you be able to walk?"
-If they had to leave the waterbuck it wasn't that big of a deal. It was a shame to waste, but still, the pride lioness' were capable enough to care for the pride's needs. However he had a feeling that pride might get the best of the young lioness, and if that was the case, and she wanted to walk, then he'd happily carry her prize instead of her.-
"Hello Rehani" -Kami's ears twitched a little, and she let her question fall unanswered. Curling up into her mother's affection she made room for her sister. Rehani really was the prettiest of her siblings in her opinion.. those bright green eyes and that softly hued pelt. She sighed a little inwardly and wished. Wished lots of things.-
