The mother wolf sang a tune that was very familiar to Domino, until the pup fell asleep. After nuzzling the pup the older wolf ran the way the hunters and other wolves came. Leaving her spot Domino looked at the sleeping pup, but when she turned to leave everything around her faded. Colors blended together melting and spinning together, thrusting her back into reality dazed, confused, and frightened.

Domino bolted up at ran out the healer's section. Triping over Foxpelt, Domino growled at him as if her were a threat to her. Foxpelt stayed there shocked and Domino ran towards the forest, unaware of the brewing storm, when Foxpelt didn't make a move she deemed threatening.

Hiro looked up at the sky, "Looks like it has already begun. Would you like to go back to the Den or should I just make some cover?" Hiro was actually panicking not a trait normally attached to this over zealous wolf.

Roza shrugged, "You haven't been accepted by Ren yet so I guess we should stay here until it blows over," she looked up at the thundering sky and smiled. She loved it when it rain.

Foxpelt looked at Domino and was a tad bit confused as to why she ran out of the den and then growled at him when she tripped over him. Strongheart looked at the sky and wondered just how bad the storm was going to be. She realized Domino ran out into the forest, but wasn't sure she should leave the den. If she left Domino go and then something happened she would be severely punished. She then hoped for the best and motioned for Foxpelt to follow her to the healer's area.

Nikolai looked to the sky and howled, it was heard over the thunder. He padded back to the den and laid down under the over-ledge. He was barely sheltered from the rain but he kept the entrance dry from the harsh wind. He noticed that the little one wasn't there. "Where are they?!" He stood and sniffed the air. He could smell them faintly through the rain. He bounded off to the forest. He howled hoping for a response. He felt panicked as he ran through the trees.

Strongheart heard Nikolai and turned to him saying, "Domino ran into the forest and the bunny's doing fine." Strongheart knew she was going to end up having to chase after Domino now that she told someone else about her leaving the den in this weather. Foxpelt looked at Strongheart and wondered what she was going to do now. He didn't want to go out in the bad weather, but he would if Strongheart wanted him to.

He bolted out until he caught domino's scent. He darted for the pup and snatched her up in one movement. He turned sharply just as the wind fiercely blew against the trees, causing them to fall. He tried to find the path he had taken but couldn't see through the freezing rain. He ran forward only to find himself bombarded by fallen trees. He leaped over them and landed shakily on the cliff's edge. He teetered but didn't fall. Pain shot through his legs. He continued to bound over the forest floor until he made it to the opening to the trees. The den was straight ahead. Water had rose up to his thumbs. He waded through until he was at the den. He set her down and stared down at domino, sternly.

Strongheart looked at Nikolai glaring at Domino and wondered if she should stick around. She then said, "Don't be too hard on her. She didn't seem to be herself when she left the den. She had not been feeling well and fell asleep in the healer's area before she left."

Xander was outside in the harsh storm but in one of his barriers. He loved when it stormed it showed him that no matter how powerful one was that nature would always be stronger. After the storm had batted at his barrier enough Xander went inside and lied down.
Hiro enjoyed the storm for only a minute before he had to put up his walls. "I am tired so I'm going to sleep sorry."

His gaze softened and he smiled. "Try not to scare us next time." He noticed a small turtle swimming by, he scooped it up and set it in front of the pup. He looked at Strongheart and then back at the pup. 'She looks like my mother.' He thought to himself. He snapped back and went out front to dig a pond like hole. The water began to drain into it. He laid down in front of the den to block the freezing rain and wind.

Looking at the turtle curiously, Domino pawed softly at its shell. Sneaking side glances at Foxpelt, she felt bad for growling at him for no reason. "You, little turtle, will be named Shelly." she murmured trying to find a way to apologize to Foxpelt on how she acted.

Meanwhile, in the den, Thunderbolt stirs. He open his eyes and feels his muscles ache and prosthetic parts slowly move. The usual electrical field around his body, no longer there.
How long Thunderbolt was asleep, he would guess maybe a month. He could feel his power cells, they were very cold and barely held a charge. He would need to warm them up before they can start working properly. The only thing he can think of at the moment was to get outside of the den and allow the sun to warm himself.
Thunderbolt moved slowly out of the den with his one good paw, dragging the rest of his body along the way. When he finally made it out, he dropped. He felt numb and couldn't feel if it was day or night over the fact that sleep overcame him once again with a smirk on his face. His last thoughts were, the next time he awakens, he will be fully charged and moving once again.
((Hey fellas, I'm BACK from my business trip in the east, and missed resting and unwinding here. I'll be posting regularly once again...as soon as the jet lag wears off razz ))

Raven and Pandora entered the dark clearing in front of the Den. Pandora looked at the angry sky with a frightened expression, but Raven merely gazed up at it. "They're angry." he murmured to himself. "W-who's angry?" she stuttered as a crash of thunder echoed through the Den. "The Odin Guardians," he said quietly. Raven looked at Pandora; he saw her scared and confused face. "It's alright...I'll bring you up with the rest." he nodded to the Den opening.

Some of the wildlife sprinted around to find shelter. One lonely hedgehog floated along on a piece of bark. He picked her up and set her on his fur. She rooted around until she found a spot close to his skin. She burrowed in, happy to be out of the rain. He glanced back at Strongheart and smiled. "Thank you." He settled back in and watched the rain.
