It's mandatory for Is to take place in the tourny. Any Is who don't want to need to run an alternative idea by me. The purpose of the tourny is to give people something to do. If people don't do it and just walk around bored, then it defeats the purpose 3nodding

My school is po' and half of the people are resentful and don't want to be there. They make those of us who do miserable and angry.
