The trio entered the pokemon center in good spirits and chatting happily Robin dropped her Slowpoke off with Nurse Joy. "So where do I need to go now?" Robin asked curiously as she leaned against the counter holding Luffy who was sure to make a mess out of something if left alone.

"Well, you only need to get the badge that allows you to use strength but he's a high level gym leader here. Maybe you should challenge the leaders who come before him, get a little experience before you take him on. Like I said I am not in a huge hurry and you can train your pokemon some more." Ampersand suggested, besides Robin really did deserve more gym badges then she had. Her pokemon were strong, well Luffy was, the others had a little bit of catching up to do.

"Ok sure!" Robin grinned as she made a grab at Luffy when he tried to grab Slowpokes pokeball. Taking the ball herself Robin grabbed one of Luffy's tail hands and the three left the pokemon center after Robin thanked Nurse Joy. "So where to now?"

"Well, you should probably pick up Rock Smash with your newly earned money." Ampersand teased the forgetful girl.

"Oh your right! I don't want to leave with out that!" It took them a moment to find the blue roofed pokemart and when they did Robin made a quick stop and picked up the Rock Smash HM leaving Luffy outside with Ampersand. It was actually a lot cheaper then she thought it would be and she still had a lot of money left over. She carefully thought about picking up a TM for one of her pokemon but decided against it. Paying the man at the counter Robin headed out of the pokemon center and waved the shiny disk at them. "See I got it!"

The sunlight reflected off the disk and right into Ampersands eyes. The older man just winced and covered his eyes with his hand. "Yes and you also blinded me." When he could see again he looked over at Robin who was putting it on Luffy's forehead. The excited Ambipom stood still for just a second as the HM flared to life before fading back to its regular color.

"All right! I bet you can really beat people up with that now!" Of course Robin had no idea what Rock Smash did other then smash rocks. Luffy didn't really either but the two were excited about it and that was all that really mattered. "So I picked it up. Where to now?"

Rubbing his chin thoughtfully Ampersand tried to recall who the next gym leader was, he thought it was in Eterna city but he wasn't to sure on that. There was a gym there though so they might as well head there. "Eterna City I think. We probably can't make it there by tonight but we can spend the night in," He paused briefly as he thought of the town between them and groaned as he remembered. "Urg Floaroma town." Great just great, he hated that town and it hated him. Of course they would be stuck in the town filled with flowers that made him sneeze.

Well, that was easier than I thought it would be, Mai thought to herself as she finished inputting the coordinates of the building she'd just purchased into a message which would be sent to Giovanni and all the other important members of Team Rocket. With the actual building secured, she could leave it to Giovanni and the rest of the crew to get it all set up, leaving her with some actual time to herself, which as of late had become rather rare. It would be a while before she'd be needed again, as it would take some time for the paperwork to go through, and Mai decided that she would take this opportunity to get some much needed shopping done, and she headed for the blue-roofed PokeMart, as she needed to stock up on healing items for her Pokemon. She still wore her Rocket uniform, though she had temporarily pocketed the red 'R' badge to avoid raising suspicion. After all, most Rockets still had fairly mundane and normal things to tend to outside of working for an evil organization.

Kasiya was a little relieved to see that the PokeMarts were very similar in design to the ones they had in Kanto and Hoenn, and it didn't take her long at all to find what she was looking for. She was amazed that they actually had an Ice Beam TM in stock and she grabbed it, immediately taking it to the front desk to pay for it. Unfortunately, it cost a bit more than she had on her, so she sold her Calm Mind TM, leaving her with very little cash. It'll be worth it, she told herself as she took Alphonse's Pokeball from her belt and touched the disc to the top of it, watching as it was more or less absorbed by the sphere. I hope you make good use of this one, Al, she thought to herself as she bid the shopkeeper farewell and turned to head out of the store, but she stopped as she spotted a familiar figure wearing a purple pantsuit enter - it was none other than her half-sister, Mai. Kasiya felt a rush of emotions hit her all at once, though her anger was most definitely the strongest. She wanted nothing more than to dash across the shop and attack her, but she knew that wouldn't end well, and instead quickly snatched a red and white baseball cap from a shelf. She placed it on her head while tugging the ponytail out of her hair, and then jammed the bill down and tousled her hair a bit so that her face was obscured. She took a deep breath and walked somewhat casually towards the admin, already sure of what she was about to do. She's got Shocker, and if there's a chance I can snag her Pokeball I'm taking it, the girl thought, her gaze fixed on the belt of Pokeballs Mai wore around her waist. I'm only gonna get once chance at this so I'd better make it good...

Let's see here, I need to pick up some Full Restores and Hyper Potions, Mai thought to herself, mentally checking off items from the list she'd written down. In her defense, Mai had stopped paying attention to all of the kids once she'd reached Jubilife, and she'd expected most of them, if not all to already be on their way to Oreburgh and beyond for gym battles or contests or whatever it was those bratty children did when they weren't interfering with Team Rocket's carefully constructed schemes, so it was only natural that she paid little attention to anyone else in the PokeMart. That is, until she felt someone forcibly bump into her, and she glared down at the offending child. "Watch where you're going," she snapped angrily.

Kasiya felt as though her breath had caught in her throat and that she were suffocating, but she forced her feet to continue moving forward, her eyes glued to the black, high-heeled boots that belonged to her older sister. Her timing was perfect - as she forced her shoulder into the Rocket's side, her right hand swiftly and deftly reached out and snatched a Pokeball from the belt as easily as one would pick a ripe Cheri Berry from a tree. "Oh, I'm sorry," she mumbled, quickly pocketing her prize. She could feel Mai's eyes on her back as she made her way down the aisle, though by the time she looked over her shoulder the older woman had gone back to her shopping, seemingly none the wiser, and though Kasiya was sure she'd gotten away with it the tiny Pokeball in her pocket felt as though it were as inconspicuous as a Snorlax. She pulled the hat from her head and tossed it onto one of the shelves, her heart racing in her chest. It wouldn't be long now. And then, she heard a familiar voice.

"Kasiya!" the purple-haired girl called from across the store, waving eagerly. Mitsu had just entered the PokeMart.

Kasiya's eyes were wide by this point and she waved back, pointing towards the door in which Mitsu had just came in. Her cover was totally blown now, but she knew that if she and Mitsu could get back outside and disappear into the crowd, Mai would never be able to follow them. "We gotta go, I'll explain later," she whispered quickly, nodding in the direction of the Rocket, who had definitely heard Mitsu's greeting. Without waiting for an answer, Kasiya grabbed her friend by the arm and practically dragged her back outside, not wanting to get her good friend into trouble.

Being rushed out of the store, nearly dragged along by a girl that wasn't even taller than her was surely not something Mitsu had expected when she stepped foot into the Pokemart. Then again she wasn't expecting to see Mai there either. Had Team Rocket already started to infiltrate Sinnoh too? Geez, they worked fast.

"O-okay," she stammered, trying to keep up with the blond as the two exited in a rather rushed manner. Immediately they came face to face with the large crowds who pushed one another on the sidewalks to get where they were going, always in a hurry with no time to spare. Many of them were dressed in fancy pinstriped suits and expensive suede shoes. But there were a good number of younger kids too, probably fresh off the ferry from Lilycove. It would be easy to get lost in that crowd, which was what Mitsu had figured was Kasiya's plan all along. She followed as quickly as she could, weaving through the throngs of people. "Where are we going exactly?" she couldn't help but ask.

"No Mike," Flannery answered quickly, her heart still beating so fast she thought it might burst through her chest and flee down the corridor. "I don't understand, but I'm hoping you'll clear everything up soon so I do understand." She jumped to her feet and raced over to her belongings, pulling out a scrap of paper from her jeans pocket and flipping it over to the back (as she'd haphazardly written down Mrs Summers' amazingly delicious spicy beef marinade sauce earlier that day during lunch). She managed to find a pen in her duffel bag and she wrote down the time and place, though she nearly dropped both the pen and paper when Mike spoke again. His voice had returned to its normal tone, though Flannery wasn't sure if this fact made her feel relieved or even more uneasy than before. She closed her eyes and fought back another wave of tears. She could hear the pain in his voice and it killed her. She wanted nothing more than to put this entire thing behind her. She wanted things the way they used to be, back before any of this craziness began. She missed the trio, the three of them getting into trouble and goofing off together. She missed the fun they used to have. But most of all, she missed her Mikey. "O-of course," she said, nodding slowly even though he couldn't see it. "I love you t-too," she answered before hanging up, though she stared at the phone for a good minute or two before closing it and putting it back in her jeans pocket. She slumped to the floor and hugged her knees to her chest and began to sob uncontrollably, unable to keep it all in anymore.
=-=-=-=-=

Kasiya kept a firm grip on on Mitsu's hand as they made their way down the street, and it wasn't until they were about three blocks away from the PokeMart that she stopped, breathing heavily. "Whoo, that was fun!" she giggled, adrenaline still pumping through her veins from the whole thing. She turned to Mitsu, and smiled apologetically. "Sorry about that," she said, looking around to make sure yet again that they hadn't been followed, "but we really had to get out of there. I kinda, well, uh, took something from Mai and I'm pretty sure that when she finds out, she's gonna be furious." She burst into a fit of giggles, causing a few of the passersby to give her odd looks, but she didn't seem to notice. "I didn't want you getting in trouble too, so I had to make sure you got away as well. Sorry again."

Portabello was having a good bit of fun tossing Camerae up and down like a sort of ball, making sure to be gentle; he was millions of years old after all. Before long, the Breloom felt like a parent playing with his child. Even though your kind has squirted ink into my eyes in the past. All is forgiven now. The Omanyte wasn't exactly sure as to what his friend was talking about, but who cares, wheee!

There was a loud scraping noise as someone pressed against the door. Portabello put down Camerae and planted his feet in a defensive position. However, faint psychic energy that drifted through the opening doorway put him at ease. Miss Nina! The Breloom quickly bowed to his human friend. And Miss Anna! What a fortuitous meeting this is. The Pokemon engaged in small talk, and while Portabello was a bit hesitant to lead them to his master, he figured that Nina wouldn't be here unless it was important. He's near the back. I'll take you to him. Come Camerae. The Omanyte quickly followed as the little group made their way to their trainer.

Mike was sitting about, playing with a small fireball in his naked hand when he saw Portabello, Camerae, and a very familiar duo approach him. "N-Nina?!" The boy stood up immediately, the fireball disappearing in a small puff of smoke. "What are you doing here? How did you find me? And Anna? So wait, you got her back from Menskr? What's going on?! I'm so confused!" Mike clutched his head and fell back to the floor. "This has to be a dream, a hallucination, something! There's no other way! Anna was taken by that evil man, and I never told anyone where I was! Not even Flannery!" He screamed, and held up his Pokeballs to return Portabello and Camerae before they could say anything. When Napalm burst from the lava below, he recalled him as well.

"What are you doing here, phantom?" Mike asked Nina. "Is this Milo's doing? Has he had enough fun that he has to torture me with visions of an old friend?! SPEAK! WHAT ARE YOU HEAR FOR!?" Mike let out a terrible shriek and gripped his head tighter, staring at the pair with wide eyes.

Kasiya's grip was iron and needless to say it hurt a bit when she'd clamped down on Mitsu's wrist. The duo continued to weave through the crowd as fast as they could, trying to avoid bumping in as many people as they could. It wasn't easy with two people. When they finally stopped Mitsu was very, very glad. She inhaled a good amount of air, though a few whiffs smelled of horrid cigarette smoke. So was the city. Big buildings, flashing lights, but the peace and quiet was sliced with car horns and the buzz of technology. The air smelled stale or even acrid. It wasn't fresh as it recycled itself around the tall buildings, catching smog and smoke as it traveled. Mitsu would have killed for some fresh, clean air right now.

Though an explanation was good too. "I'm sorry for blowing your cover then," the girl apologized, laughing a bit sheepish at her loud and obvious entrance. "And it's fine, but uh, what did you take from her?" Mitsu asked, curious though she had a sinking feeling about what it was that her friend had done. "Please don't tell me it's what I think it is Kasiya."

"Oh, no, no, no, don't be sorry," Kasiya said quickly, smoothing out her hair. "You couldn't have known, it's not your fault." She took a few deep breaths, glad to have her breathing returning to normal. She motioned for Mitsu to walk along with her, as there were too many people walking by and she was tired of getting bumped, even if it was just by accident. She glanced at her purple-haired friend and smiled wryly. "Well, I guess that depends on what you think it is," she said. Though she tried to make her voice sound casual, her giddiness gave her away almost instantly, and she held up the stolen Pokeball like it were a rare and valuable diamond (though if it had actually been the Pokeball that contained Shocker, it was worth more than diamonds to Kasiya). "I snatched this right off her belt," the blonde went on, her gaze still fixed on the red and white sphere, and she looked to Mitsu, sure her reaction wasn't going to be a good one. "But it's okay though," she added quickly, looking at the Pokeball once more. "She took Shocker away from me, but I might have got her back She could be in this ball!" She closed her eyes and giggled again, clutching the ball to her chest even though she already knew that the Pokeball she'd snagged did not contain her beloved Raichu. In fact, she was pretty sure that none of the Pokeballs Mai had been carrying on her was Shocker's, as the Raichu's Pokeball had certain, highly recognizable scuffs and scratches on it, and the Pokeball in her hands was just a little bit more worn than she was used to. She wasn't sure which one she'd grabbed, but whatever Pokemon of Mai's she had, it had been with her for a very long time.
=-=-=-=-=

Upon hearing her sister's name shouted across the PokeMart, Mai could only look up, somewhat startled to see the two girls fleeing the store as though they had just robbed the place. Of course, Mai had no idea that she was the one who had just been robbed, so she shook her head and went back to her shopping. She was probably just stocking up on supplies before heading out of town, she thought, satisfied with the logical answer she had come up with. Of course, now someone other than the irritating redhead knew that she was here in Sinnoh, but as far as she knew, traveling wasn't a crime - heck, she wasn't even wearing her Rocket ID badge!

She finished her shopping quickly, though she did manage to persuade the clerk into telling her what the younger girl had purchased a little while ago - a TM for Ice Beam - she wasn't sure what Pokemon it could be for. Mai checked her watch as she exited the shop, also looking around to see if the two troublemakers were skulking in the shadows somewhere, but she didn't see either of them. Figuring it was about time to get back to the warehouse, Mai quickly ran her fingers along the row of Pokeballs set in her belt (a nervous habit she'd had since she was a child), though she froze when she realized there was an empty slot. Suddenly, the scene inside the PokeMart replayed slowly in her mind, and she felt a surge of anger course through her when she realized exactly what had happened. She closed her eyes and breathed deeply, deciding that loosing her temper out here in the open would not be a wise choice, and instead she began to walk back towards the warehouse. Her anger subsided quickly as not only had she just realized just what Kasiya had been trying to do, but she also knew the Pokemon that had been taken wouldn't be too terribly upset by it. Sorry, little sister, but you're a few hours too late, she thought, feeling elated, yet slightly guilty at the girl's failed attempt to liberate her Raichu.

For a moment it looked as though the Arbok was down for the count, but when Devon called out to it, it snapped its head up and hissed loudly, its fangs glistening in the sunlight. "It's gonna take way more than that to bring down Arbok!" Devon shouted. "Arbok, let's try your Acid attack again, see if we can't melt down that Corphish's defenses!"

The Arbok seemed to like that command (though Riza hadn't yet heard a command the giant snake didn't like) and it reared up, its mouth gaping open widely before it spat out a disgusting spray of black-coloured acid at Diemia, which had surprisingly good reach. Diemia had been nowhere near the Cobra and she closed her eyes and flailed her claws around as the disgusting stuff coated her body. Not only did it sting, but it smelled gross, too! The Corphish snapped her pincers together, looking quite angry now. She fired off another Bubblebeam at Riza's command, but the crafty Arbok was able to avoid this one.

"Now go in with a Crunch attack!" Devon shouted, clearly intent on winning this battle. Glad to oblige, the cobra shot forward, fangs bared and ready to strike as it lunged at Diemia, ready to take a bite out of her.

For several moments, the Buneary and Elekid just stared at each other, neither daring to make the first move. Every now and then the Rabbit Pokemon's ears would twitch, as would a spark of electricity zap between the prongs on the Elekid's head. Finally, Katie broke the silence by calling for Kord to strike out with a Low Kick. The Elekid raced forward, static still covering his body as he ran and he used his hand to steady himself as he swung his right leg out, attempting to sweep the Buneary's feet out from under it. Buneary, of course, predicted this move and hopped up and over the attempted kick, though she didn't fight back, at least not yet. Instead she seemed to curl herself into a bit of a ball, bringing her defensive abilities up a notch in order to compete with the tough little Elekid. "Bun bun!" she called, daring the electric-type to attack again.

"That looked like Defense curl," Katie mused to herself. She knew that Defense Curl raised a Pokemon's resistance to physical attacks, obviously, so naturally it would be wise to use a special attack. The only trouble was that Kord only had Thundershock for special attack moves right now, and by the time he'd charged up the energy for it the Buneary would know what was coming next and would dodge it easily. Katie frowned and bit her lip, not sure of what she could do to best the crafty little Rabbit Pokemon.

Mitsu groaned. It was that simple, her worst assumptions confirmed. It was really the only response she could give. "It is what I think it is," she moaned, slightly wishing her friend had said something like cash or lipstick, not that those would be too terribly important to Mai. Of course it was a Pokemon, that was the only logical explanation. Now, Mitsu wasn't stupid enough to think that her friend would be going around stealing other people's Pokemon just for the fun of it, even if it was a no-good Rocket. Kasiya didn't stoop that low, she had morals, she was a good person.

The two continued to walk down the far too crowded sidewalk. There are far too many people in this city though Mitsu had a feeling that expanding Jubilife would be counter productive. Instead of making more space for the existing people she was sure that even more people would come to this city of lights to stake their claim. So was city life. Mitsu returned her attention to her friend, remembering Shocker had been stolen. She could only imagine the kind of pain and worry Kasiya was groing through. If anyone had taken Karri, well, she'd be more than just devastated. She'd be ruined. "You know if it's not Shocker this is just going to bring a lot of trouble in the future," she said warily eying her friend, "so what's in that Pokeball anyways?"

Luffy watched the two humans talk for a moment as one of his tail hands riffled through Robin's bag. After a moment his hands closed around something squarish and small. Pulling it out Luffy saw that it was that strange thing his friend was always messing with. Following behind the two humans Luffy started pressing buttons all over it doing probably untold amounts of damage to Robins phone. One time voices came out of it to! It was really cool!

Of course Robin or Ampersand didn't notice what Luffy was doing to poor Robin's phone. The two of them were chatting as they headed out of Oreburg and back towards the cave that would lead them back to Jubilife. "So you grew up here right?" Robin asked curiously.

"Hm? Yeah I grew up near Celestic Town, on a farm so we weren't exactly in the town." Ampersand answered easily looking down at Robin with an amused grin on his face.

"Celestic Town? Wow that's a cool name. Will we get to visit there?" Robin asked curiously clearly excited about even the littlest things.

" Sure, we need to head through it in order to get to Snowpoint anyway, it has the easiest access to Mt. Coronet. "

"Isn't Mt. Coronet the mountain we are about to go through?" Robin asked confused.

"It sure is girl! Mt. Coronet runs through all of Sinnoh!" There was a hearty laugh from Robin, Ampersand, and Luffy's left. Standing there was a friendly looking Hiker, then again all of them looked pretty friendly. "Your a pokemon trainer right? How about a pokemon battle?"

"A pokemon battle? Of course I am always up for one!" Robin grinned as she grabbed a pokeball from her belt.

"Good luck Robin." Ampersand offered as he stepped back over to where Luffy was sitting a little ways away. Seeing the device in the Ambipoms tails Ampersand couldn't help but raise an eyebrow at the monkey. He looked happy at least and he wasn't smashing it, Robin probably knew about it and it was fine.

"How does a double battle sound?" The hiker suggested taking out two pokeballs.

"Yeah sure sounds good to me." Robin took out a second pokeball.

Both Robin and the Hiker released their pokemon. On the Hikers side was a strange gong looking pokemon and a weird shark thing. Robin released Raz and Brook, she hadn't used the Jumpluff in a long time and she figured it was about time she sent him out again.

The slightest hint of a smile found its way onto Nina's lips. "I did get her back from him," she replied, "but it wasn't easy. I had to--" The girl's sentence was cut short as a terrible, throbbing headache washed over her. "OwowowOWOWOW!" she shrieked, holding her head in both hands, slipping down to her knees, then leaning back and resting on her butt; in doing so, she also moved her hands from her head to cover her face. "What's going on?" she asked, muffled. "What is this? I don't even..." It seemed to hurt just for her to talk. She was picking up on what was going on inside Mike's head, and to be quite honest, it was the most unsettling thing that she had ever encountered. There were so many emotions, so many voices, so many problems; how could he possibly deal with this on a regular basis? It was all she could do not to cry at the physical and mental pain she was experiencing, but the sorrow she felt for Mike was terrifically overwhelming as well.

It could have been hours that Nina was sitting on the floor, holding her face in her hands and trying to stop her world from spinning, for all she knew; in reality, however, it may have been a couple of minutes at the most. Very, very slowly, Nina removed her hands from her face, her head still throbbing; it was now to the point that her vision had doubled. Moving her hands behind her body and leaning on them for leverage, she sat for a short time more before forcing herself to stand up; her balance was off, so she ended up stumbling around like a drunkard for a moment before she was finally able to stand straight and still.

Now that the adrenaline was starting to fade, Kasiya's excitement was fading as well, and though she couldn't tell exactly what was on Mitsu's mind, she figured she could wager an estimated guess. Perhaps this had been a bad idea, after all? No, it wasn't. Kasiya bit down on her lower lip, continuing to stare at the Pokeball in her hands. After everything Mai had done to her and to her friends over the past while, this was just a tiny little bit of payback. Besides that, she had Shocker. It seemed only fair to her. "I don't know what's in here," she admitted finally, her voice barely above a whisper. "I almost don't want to find out." She knew she would be in trouble if she'd snagged Mai's Blastoise or that vicious Typhlosion, but her hopes were positive. After all, there had been a time when Mai was nice to her, and she'd gotten along well with her older sister's Espeon and Flygon. Other than those four, she didn't know what other Pokemon Mai could possibly have.

The two girls rounded a building and came upon what appeared to be a sort of park. There was a sandy area off to one side with a swing set, a jungle gym, a couple of slides and one of those merry-go-round things. There were a few trees to provide shade as well, and Kasiya was a bit surprised to find something like this in the city, but she was thankful for the open area away from all the people. She walked onto the grass and looked over at Mitsu, taking a deep breath before she enlarged the Pokeball. "Well, come out, whoever you are!" she called, tossing sphere into the air. It burst open, and the captive Pokemon formed in front of them. The Flygon was easily over six feet long, if not more thanks to his long tail, and he blinked his eyes a few times as he looked around, confused by the fact that his master was not around. He did recognize Kasiya almost immediately and he let out a happy cry before fluttering over to her and nuzzling her cheek. It took Kasiya a moment to recall the Flygon's name as she reached up to pet the dragon. "Sirrus!" she laughed. "I'm so glad it's you!" Even though she'd already been certain that Shocker wasn't in that Pokeball, she couldn't help but feel a bit disappointed. She looked over at Mitsu, and gave a half smile. "Don't worry, Mitsu," she said reassuringly. "Sirrus is friendly, surprisingly enough." The dragon had flopped down on the ground at her feet, seemingly enjoying the feel of the grass on his scaly body. Kasiya laughed again, and looked up at the sky. Mai, I've got your Flygon, she thought, her lips set in a tight line. I'll give him back, but not until you bring Shocker back to me, you hear?! It wasn't as though she expected Mai to hear her thoughts or anything ridiculous like that, but at least now her actions felt somewhat justified, even if no one else understood.

As much as Jaeshan hated to admit it, he knew Erika was right. And to prove her point, she sent another Sleep Powder Shelgon's way just as the Protect barrier fell. "Shelgon, Protect again!" he called, refraining from crossing his fingers for luck. He really didn't want Shelgon being put to sleep, as it would give Erika plenty of opportunity to close the gap and possibly even knock the dragon out, and he wasn't sure if the weakened Blaziken would be able to eke out a win.

Shelgon stomped her foot and tried to summon another green barrier, but in the true style of Murphy's Law, it winked out long before it had a chance to fully form, and the blue powder sprinkled down onto the dragon like a horrible, horrible rain, and within seconds Shelgon was fast asleep. Dammit, I've blown it, Jaeshan thought, clenching a fist. What do we do now!?

Erika felt her heart jam to a stop inside her chest when Jaeshan ordered a second Protect from Shelgon, but she had already decided that if Sleep Powder failed this round, she would abandon it and try something else. However, there was the flicker of green and the gym leader watched with amazement as Shelgon was blanketed by a layer of blue powder, and was put to sleep within mere seconds.

All right, she thought, smirking. Now's our chance to score some really big damage! She looked at Vileplume, quickly trying to regain her previous calm and collected demeanor. "No more playing around, Vileplume! Prepare to use Solar Beam!" The Flower Pokemon wore a big smirk as she stood up on tiptoe, trying to get her petals up as close to the sunlight as possible. Her body began to glow as she started to collect light particles to charge the attack, and she made sure the sleeping Shelgon was well within her sights.

Ding. That was it. He caught the Drifloon! Kilik ran over and picked up the ball, holding it in his hands. He looked over to Cable and nodded. The Electabuzz rubbed his throat, still sort of feeling the tight grab of the Drifloon around his throat. His antannae twitched for a moment and he looked over his shoulder, seeing Grayson walk out of the building."Great job, Kilik! Now we can get the children back!" Grayson immediately called up the Nurse Joy of Floaroma Town to inform her of the news.

Kilik smiled and sent the ball flying. Drifloon hovered about for a moment, looking rather confused as to what just happened. He was very worn out and didn't have too much energy in the first place. One of his comrades had recouped themselves and hovered up to him and they exhanged what had just happened. Kilik's Drifloon explained to the wild one that he needed to show the other man, Grayson, where the children and some lost items were located up in the mountains. Nodding, the wild Drifloon approached Grayson after the man got off of the phone. Kilik looked to the west and noticed it didn't take too long for parents and police alike to run to the scene. "Listen, Grayson," Kilik said, turning to the man, "I've got to get going. I'm glad I could be of help." Kilik recalled the Drifloon into his ball and looked at Cable, readying the ball to return him as well.

"Kilik, hold it!" he said, fumbling through his pockets. "This is for you. A reward for helping us." He held out a small, yellow box. There was an oval that looked like a slot to plug something in. "It's called an Electrilizer. We've been studying it and perfecting its design. I think it'd really come in handy."

Kilik stared at the man's hand for a moment then reached out to grab it. Before Kilik could however, he grabbed it first. He could feel the electricity inside the device calling out to him. Something about this was very important. "Ele Eleeebuuu!!" he spoke to Kilik, clutching the Electrilizer in his hand.

"I suppose," Kilik said. "Thanks Grayson. Cable, let's go," he recalled the Pokemon, who held tight to his new item. Kilik waved so long to Grayson and the families as he headed back towards Floaroma, watching as the wild Drifloon began to guide the parents to their lost children. Doing something heroic sure felt great, and not only did he get a new Pokemon out of it, but a brand new item that Cable took a load of interest in. Barely a day into Sinnoh and he's already started to make a name for himself...

Mazarin let out the breath he was holding while waiting for her answer. "Great, haha," he laughed, "I was hoping you'd come with me. I've been traveling alone a lot lately, and while getting smoothies is no big deal, it is nice to have someone to walk with." There was something about this Junko chick. Something about her just struck a chord with him. A chord that made him actually want to act like a civilized person around her, and not immediately rip off all of her clothes and hit that. He felt like giving her the stars in the sky. But they're too far away... he thought. If she were a hooker, he'd be happy to pay! He didn't care. He couldn't explain it and part of him didn't want an explanation for it. "Let's go," Mazarin said, turning around. He started his romp to Goldenrod, whistling to himself.

Banette floated around near Hades. Humans can be so odd, he chortled. His trainer was acting very differently, almost normal by other standards, and he had to admit that he liked it. Yet part of him didn't want him to stay around her too long because everything he ever knew could completely change! What about all the pranks they would pull? All the things he would do to help Maz score with the ladies? He didn't want to lose that! But at the cost of losing that, he had a friend in Hades. Perhaps Maz could just leave for a while to get some shenanigans in then they can meet back up? He'd figure it out - Banette was the brains in the operation after all.

"An interesting set of pokemon you got there girl. Still I know just what to do. Bronzor use Safegaurd, I don't want you guys getting messed up by that Jumpluffs powders. Gabite let's use Sandstorm."

'Sandstorm again!' Robin was going to need a serious shower when she was done. At least Roark and been nice and given her goggles, which she still had, opps! Slipping them over her eyes Robin watched as the strange gong thing started to glow before a veil like thing fell over both it and the sand shark thing. 'What does Safegaurd do...' Robin thought to herself as she pulled her pokedex and quickly looked up the move and then the other two pokemon. 'Aww man, this is gunna be a tough battle.' "OK, well that cut down our move options. Brook use Leech Seed on that, Bronzor? I dunno the one that looks like the gong! Raz use your Psychic on the shark one, I think it was called Gabite?" Robin wasn't even sure even if she had just looked them up, they were all so new!

Robins pokemon exchanged a glance with each other before shrugging. Brook launched a bunch of seeds that hit the Bronzor before bouncing off and landing on the ground. It seemed like the attack had missed until the seeds sprang up and wrapped around the Bronzor. Raz meanwhile was having an easier time since he had grabbed the Gabite with his new psychic abilities and was just kinda slamming him against things with them.

"Heh, well that Yanma is pretty new with that Psychic TM if it doesn't know to attack the mind instead of the body. Still, I am not going to let you toss my pokemon around! Bronzor use your Confuse Ray on that Yanma! Gabite lets use your Dragon Rage on the Jumpluff!" The two pokemon didn't hesitate as the Gabite broke out of its psychic hold and charged at the Jumpluff blasting it with blue flames. The Bronzor didn't really need to move instead it just stayed in the vines and shined the light right on Raz causing him to start flying a bit drunkenly.

Poor Brook did not like the stinging blue flames as the burned into his body. Oddly enough they didn't hurt as much as normal fire but he still didn't like them! Luckily for him a second later a small bit of health came off of the Bronzor and over to him. "Brook while that Gabite is close use your Mega Drain!" Robin ordered before turning back to Raz who seemed all right even if his flying wasn't all that even, the sand had to be hurting his wings though. "Raz try to do a Faint attack on the Bronzor!" Raz didn't really respond to Robin but he did disappear in a shade of darkness just as Brook hit the Gabite with his Mega Drain. While Brooks attack was successful stealing health back for himself Raz's attack wasn't as good, in fact it was a down right disaster. The poor Yanma had ported himself right into a wall smashing right into it knocking him down to the ground.

"Well that looked like it hurt. Still the battle isn't over! Gabite use your Slash on the Jumpluff, when he finishes that Bronzor use your Extrasensory on it!" The two pokemon worked as if they had been working together for years, they probably had been to. The succession of attacks on Brook had to be really painful. The poor Jumpluff who had been floating around on the Sandstorm winds landed hard on the ground, he was still able to fight, mostly because of the strength he was tapping from the other pokemon. The two were about to land another hit on the hurt Jumpluff when they were suddenly stopped in their tracks by a hurt, but no longer confused Raz's psychic attack.

"Ha! Great job Raz! Were still in this so don't count us out!" Robin felt a wave of gratitude and pride for her pokemon, sure they were taking a beating but they were fighters! Even Brook wasn't giving up and he usually did at the first signs of hardship. "Ok Brook lets get you some more health with another Mega Drain! Raz try to hold them still for Brook!" While Robin's own pokemon weren't as good at teamwork as the Hikers, they still worked together pretty well. Raz was able to hold the two still long enough for Brook to tap both of them with his pompoms and start sucking health from both of them.

"Heh, your pokemon aren't that bad either, still we aren't down either. Break out of that Yanma's hold!" It didn't take them much effort to break out of Raz's hold since it was losing its tightness with every passing second. With the two pokemon free and ready to fight they waited patiently for their trainers command. "Bronzor use your Iron Defense! Gabite grab him and use your Take Down! Bronzor will be your shield against the backlash!" The two pokemon were perfectly timed as always. Just as the Bronzor was finishing his Iron Defense glowing as his defense was boosted the Gabite was grabbing him and charging forward. The Gabite smashed into Raz and kept charging on with the poor Yanma still on the shield and crashing right into Brook to in a powerful double hitting attack.
