And non-living won't work because plants and wood are living things in all technicality.
Hence why I said souless objects, but even that doesn't help me if you want to get down and dirty, because people can argue that a zanpakutous water based attack is not souless because it comes from an object with a soul, making y ability useless, So I need a word for it.

Okay, children's...let's stop the minor bickering for a moment.
Sage, Mocka's profile is exactly as Mirouni has stated. His, and Zeion's as it was before, are complete and total godmods. Notice, the guild is under new management, and we are in the process of changing the rules to fit a more literate environment. That means, we're slowly weeding out problems with existing profiles, while trying to enforce the same expectations in new profiles.
That said, I'm going to take a look at your character's base attack structure. He's from the Seventh Division, one based on hand to hand combat. Considering just that fact, it make your character a defacto close ranged fighter. In the instance of sapping 5% of water on each hit, and 8% on sword strike, that is literally comes out to be 20 hits before a character dies and 12.5 on sword strikes before they die.
Now, tell me that that's a fair or even acceptable number of hits coming from a character who is a close ranged fighter? Sorry, that's coming from me after the calculations, and it irked me a bit.
On the material hits being 58% or 60% of absorption, that's going to be a case by case basis on what you're using it against. I understand the wood and plant notion, and the water based attacks...but that's really a limited field in RP, since there aren't typically a lot of characters with control over water or plants. So, it would be a highly specified attack, and one that wouldn't come up that often...
On the water balls one, here's the problem, you didn't make it clear how far the balls would seek heat when someone dodged them. To me, when I read it, I got the idea you'd have to move around 30 feet away for the effect to be nullified. Because of character structure, many characters who would dodge would only move a total of two or three feet away, which means they would be pretty much automatically hit. Automatically is not allowed, that should be very clear by now.
Now, how fast do these projectiles move? Can they be felt, as in sensed? Ask yourself questions. If you can say, after reading your attack, that it would be cheap to use on someone, then it need to be rewritten. Also, if there isn't enough elaboration on a more technical power, then it needs to be added along with appropriate limitations.
Okay, that's my preachy crap for today. Sorry, profiles are my thing.

Bankai: Strength Increase. Speed increase. Retains shikai abilities. Gains armor on calves and arms to match picture.
Added abilities: Can increase the temperature 70 degrees Fahrenheit each post.
Its a ******** bankai, its supposed to be a little bit epic.

Added abilities: Can increase the temperature 70 degrees Fahrenheit each post. Its a ******** bankai, its supposed to be a little bit epic. Slap a limit on that heat if you please. As in.. after a certain point it cannot get hotter. (Also, keep in mind that you cannot be fully immune to heat, or anything for that matter. You can have resistance though.)

((At a comfortable, but eventually exhausting pace Kusari can travel 56.4 mph, this can be sustained for fifteen minutes before needing to rest for 30 minutes. In DnD one round is 6 seconds, so that would probably be the majority of the fight that he could keep at or around that speed, but slowly growing exhausted like any other mortal being.)) Retains shikai abilities. Gains armor on calves and arms to match picture. Added abilities: Can increase the temperature 60 degrees Fahrenheit each post up to 350F or down to -150F ((Note even these temps will greatly effect Kusari, so normally he stays within -50F to 250F)) Heat and cold effects work at 50% the normal rate. I mean.. what is increased? Hand speed, foot speed, etc. and what are the consequences for moving that quickly on his body?

You do realize that you are insinuating that your max running speed outside of bankai and shikai is 7 miles per hour right? In comparison, a mouse can run at seven and a half miles an hour, which means that they can essentially outrun your character as-is. Not only that, but my walking speed irl is around five miles an hour, seven if I speed-walk. Meaning that your character is ridiculously slow according to that math. And I am placing a huge resounding no on the eight times increase to shunpo speed. Shunpo is near instant as-is, being able to jump around with essentially no wait time is teleporting, and coupled with your speed, creates a speed-hack character. So keep it to physical boosts only. As far as those boosts are concerned.. I'm going to say that the added numbers of strength and speed gains cannot be greater than ten. Meaning if you have an eight times boost to speed, you get a two times strength boost, and so on. This is because you already get a boost in bankai that goes without saying.

Listen Miru, I do appreciate you criticism, but I wasn't really putting any of this up for review in the first place as of yet and right now it is only a sliver of what it started as, so just stop. I'm going to throw it back in the closet and let it rot for another few months while I'm in Pakistan. Hopefully when I return I will find a new group of mods that understand when I am making a joke.
For now though, I'm going to shove this back into the closet before I lose my temper.
