"...Hitomi?" Hotstreak softly called, noticing she didn't look like she was feeling so well. "Are you alright? What's wrong?"
"Yeah," Jack replied, with a grin. "The last two just got blown away. Think you could get me those ones, instead of my old ones? Oh, and an idea of what we're going against as we try and bust out the rest of our group would be nice."
"She's a cute kid," Gear commented, sitting down next to the fire. Nothing quite got your appetite going like sitting right by your food as it cooked...

Hitomi looked up at Hotsreak, her face looking a tad pale. "I...don't know." She said gently as she held her head in her hands. She then felt a sneeze coming on so she cocked her head to the side before she sneezed, sending a large blast of flames towards a tree. It caught on fire almost instantly. Strange enough; Hitomi felt fine as soon as she did so. She had fallen back from the blast, landing on the grass as she stared up at the fire that she had created, her eyes wide. "Wh-What the hell?!" She exclaimed loudly.
"Yeah, she's an orphan that Lum-chan and Roy-kun found awhile back. She has amazing ice powers." Kirara said as shesmiled over at Gear before she ripped off a few ribs and handed over to him on a plate that Lum had given her. She was always useful for storing random objects. "Here you go Gear-kun!" She exclaimed happily.

Hotstreak blinked. Then, he walked over to the burning tree, stretched out a hand, and called the flames to himself. He dispelled the majority of it, keeping a small, candle-sized flame floating just above the palm of his hand. After walking back to Hitomi, he sat down next to her, then held the hand with the flame out. "Try to take it."
"Thanks, Kirara!" Gear replied, eagerly grabbing the food offered. He paused for a moment, giving a quick glance to Hotstreak. "I... think I should eat in one of the tents..." he stated. "Can't eat with my helmet on, and don't really wanna risk him seeing me..."

Hitomi stared at the small flame before glancing up at Hotstreak. Since the time he had burned her, she had always been a bit squeamish them it came to fire. But she still heeded his words and outstretched her hands, cupping the small flame. Her eyes had been closed at this time before she opened them to the fact that she wasn't in any pain. "Oh wow..." She breathed as she smiled proudly. "That is too cool!"
Kirara glanced over at Hitomi and Hotstreak before nodding. "I'll join you Gear-kun." She told him with a light smile. "It'll be more fun eating with company anyway.."

"You got my fire powers..." Hotstreak stated, seemingly awe-struck. After a moment, his expression returned to normal. "Well that explains why you were feelin' sick, then," he added with a nod. "Be glad a little sneeze was all you had to go through. Hey, I wonder if this means I got some of your powers?"
"Sounds like a plan," Gear replied, with a grin. "You done cooking everything? Wouldn't want to keep anyone waiting just for us to finish so they could start eating."

"Heh, it seems I do." Hitomi mused as she smiled up at him. At his questioning of if he received some of her powers as well, she shrugged her shoulders. "I don't know," She crossed her legs with a giggle, still holding the small flame in her cupped hands. "Why not try it out?"
Kirara nodded happily before she looked down to the meat, cutting them all into equal portions, enough to fill the group twice-over. She smiled before she placed them all their own plate, grabbing one when she was done. "Okay, now we're all set. Let's go Gear-kun!" She exclaimed happily, with a nod.

"Alright," Hotstreak replied, with a nod. After thinking about it for a moment, he asked, "How do you do that one barrier thing?"
"Okay," Gear replied, grinning as he grabbed his plate and stood. "Let's see... That one looks empty," he declared, walking toward one of the tents. He pulled and held one of the flaps open, then turned to Kirara. "Ladies first."

"Um..." Hitomi said as she closed her eyes and cocked her head back, thinking. "Okay, well, it's like the same you do with your fire, I would think. Your trigger is mainly anger, right? But since it's a different kind of power, you'll need a different emotion to trigger it. The best way I find to trigger it is to think of a situation where I'll need protection. So, think of someone you'll wish to protect and concentrate hard on what you'd wish to accomplish; aka a barrier." She said with a chuckle. It was a tad confusing, but it made sense in her mind.
Kirara giggled as she nodded to him. "Arigato Gear-kun!" She exclaimed happily as she made her way inside, finding a table and sitting down at it. She then looked over to Gear, her ears flicking back and forth curiously.

a wormhole opened up as two new bots appeared from it "There you go, i advise you to keep them from getting painted and messed with this time. they are the exact same bots exactly one second before they were messed with. and Jack you know i cant tell you about the future as far as upcomming battles. the results can be disastrous"

"Yeah... Don't think I'll be able to do that one until I'm in that sort of situation," Hotstreak replied. He held up the meat that had been cooking in his other hand. "Want the first bite?"
((Table in a tent? lol Must be a big tent. xd ))
Gear followed Kirara in, letting the flap fall closed on its own. "You're just dyin' to see how I look without the helmet, huh?" he teased, setting his plate down as he sat. He pulled his helmet off, set it down on the table, and scratched at the back of his head a bit. "I gotta admit, it does kinda bug me to keep wearing it so long..."
"Thanks," Jack replied. "Aw, not even an idea on what kinda traps or guards will be there?"

With a wave of her hand, the fire was enveloped in a small barrier, going out after a moment, leaving only the small sphere. "You don't need to feel the situation really, just the fact that you'd like to protect someone." Hitomi explained before she let the sphere disintegrate into small particles instantly. "Um, sure. Thanks." She said as she nodded with a smile.
[[Sorry. sweatdrop I randomly thought of the tent in the last Harry Potter book; small on the outside, HUGE on the inside. xp Lol.]]
Kirara blinked as she cocked her head to the side, her tails swaying gently. "You don't look too different, Richie-kun." She told him with a smile, glad that she could use his real name without the fear of Hotstreak overhearing. "I just didn't know you were also a blond."

Emil hugged marta from behind "Hey how are you feeling?" he asked her
Laharl nodded as he took Starfire's hand "Ok lets go then" he said as they started walking back
Emmet laughed "Nope sorry not this time Jack, dont worry you will be fine.... well i can tell you one thing. since your smart you will figure it out. When you see the colors of the spectrum, the color that symbolizes an star approching is the one you need to choose"

Ruki XXIII "Eh... Maybe not right at first," Etna mused, thinking it over. "But after a point, I'd certainly make it clear, one way or another." ((there's that. xp )) "Huh..." Hotstreak thought a moment, then closed his eyes, trying to do as Hitomi said. Wanting to protect someone was something he didn't often feel... After another moment or two, there was an orb identical to Hitomi's, only a dark red in color."Um... Thanks?" Richie replied, not really sure how to reply to that. He took his gloves off and set them next to his helmet, before having Backpack use one of its lasers to quickly cut the meat into bite-sized pieces without damaging the plate. After that, he grabbed a piece and tossed it into his mouth. "Wow, delicious!"

Hitomi watched as he created the same sphere that she had in his open palm. She clasped her hands together with a smile, standing up beside him. "Hotstreak! You did it! Congratulations!" She said before she reached forward and hugged him, grinning all the while.
Kirara beamed up at Gear, smiling gently as she bit into her meat as well. "Yes! It is!" She chimed happily, nodding over to him.
