Simon_Dark Scott Pilgrim the Basest and I (we're brother just i case you don't know) Just got back from a Mid night showing of Dark ******** mean my god, Iron Man and Hulk didn't stand a chance. Did they dedicate the movie to Ledger? We didn't stay for the credits.

Well that good, i'm sorry to say, i didn't say fro the credits, I was just too tired at that point. but still, that Movie Rocked!

My feelings for The Dark Knight are very mixed. I liked the movie. I liked Heath Ledger's performance....but he wasn't the Joker. There were a couple of moments when the Joker peeked through but most of the time he was playing Hannibal Lector on crack.
I'm not a purist. I know things will get changed when translated to the big screen and I'm fine with that usually but I can't absolutely love the movie because it's just not the real Joker.
Real Joker moments that I thought peeked through: magic pencil trick, multiple origin stories(dad and wife), fixing his hair when walks up to Rachel, and his walk away from Gotham General.

i watched the dark knight this past weekend, and it definitely rocked. i heard people say that it was a little long, and i see how they can say that. me, i was happy it kept goin cuz i didnt want the ride to end.
also, this joker is my favorite of all. best magic trick ive ever seen.. i can totally see this guy beating robin with a crowbar then blowing him to kingdom come. twisted Garth AL I was watching E3 and i seen DC vs MK its was cool so far the players they talked about was Batman,Flash,Captain Marvel,Catwomen.It looks cool but feels a little wired seeing Super man get beat up by Sub-zero.
