Hey cool there alot of Flute players finally some people of my kind lol.. i also play the flute in VPA (Visueal Performing Arts Highschool) its great this year the band went to Boston for a competion .. that was great we won second place i think it was fun meeting other bands from diffrent countries...which was kentuckey n canada...in my band there alot of flute players.. i would love to meet other flute players anyone wanna chat smile smile

hey flute players i'm a new member and finally glad to find some people like me! i'm a flute player and i also play piccolo. anyone else play piccolo too?

I don't necessarily play piccolo...we had piccolo auditions for a couple of songs, but I never tried since my friend lent me the piccolo she was auditioning with and I found it hard to transition from flute to piccolo and back. I can toot a few notes on it, though. xD

I haven't tried to play the piccolo since I've gotten my braces off. There is a place in Detroit, Michigan called Flute World.

Shalmira -image cut- Has anyone actualy seen one of these? It's a contra-bass. No, I can't say I have. But I've heard they cost TONS. That's an impressively large flute!
