Maybe it was that last little bit of firey strength in her that she was managing to hold the shinai's in each hand along with the stance. Yumi had no idea. Every fiber of her being was focused on keeping the shinai's in her hands and holding the stance. Along with pushing the thought of the discomfort and pain out of her mind. She was pushing herself. Giglamesh should be proud of her for her endurance and perseverance.

Yumi failed to keep the stance this time. Giglamesh wacked her hard with the shinai. She winced. Suddenly, the black spots that had been appearing in her vision at random now completely took over. She wobbled a little bit. I will prove to Giglamesh-sensei that I am worth training.

After the wobbling was over Yumi thought for a brief second that she was going to be fine. Which was not the case. Her vision went completely black again. She fell to her knees and remained there for a brief moment.I will prove to Giglamesh-sensei that I am worth training.

Eiichiro successfully manuvered the hand seals and went onto the next three. His memory of how they were done was a little fuzzy, but he gave it a try anyway. He thought real hard on how the seals are done. Then preformed them quickly.
Hand Seals - Go through all 12 hand seals, and perform each one correctly.

Eiichiro had only done two seals successfully. He had to slow it down a little, because he had got one of the hand seals messed up. He tried to picture what the seal that he had missed looked like so that he would easyliy be able to exicute it with out a problem next time around. Eiichiro had slowly done the seals so that he would not mess up again.

Eiichiro doing the seals slowly did not help at all. It actualy made him mess upp on another seal. If I do them all quickly I can at least try what I think is right, and if it's wrong I can do whatever ele comes to mind. He thought to himself thinking that whatever was the first thought was the right thought. So he quickly preformed the hand seals.

Eiichiro was happy to have done the three hand seals and that he was able to move on to the next round of seals. What really made him happy was to know that after this the real stuff is to come. At least thats what his father said. So he hurried to finish of his seals and quickly preformed then.

After falling to her knees and remaining there for a moment she looked completely dazed. Her eyes were completely glazed over. She sat down from resting onto her knees. She was obviously physically exhausted.I will prove to Giglamesh-sensei that I am worth training.

Eiichiro was proud of his successful attempts at the handseals. Now that he had learned this the real training was going to start. That made him excited. So he walked over to Fujiko sensei and sat on one of the rocks in the desert like place. I can't wait until the next semester. He thought

She was so mentally and physically tired it wasn't even remotely humorous. Although she assumed Giglamesh would find something enjoyable about "training" an academy student. She was starting to feel better as she sat down, but it was time to continue on with the stance training. She let out a sigh accidentaly. It wasn't that she didn't to continue just that it felt so good to sit and rest. She picked up the shinai's as she pushed herself up.

She tried to look eager to resume the training, although she wasn't too excited at the moment. A few moment's more rest would have been nice. Yumi slid back her right leg and kept her left one bent to assume the stance. She took the shinai in her left hand and inverted it, pointing the blade backwards that what it would typically be. Yumi did know the importance of getting the stance down but at the same time she wanted to progress and get deeper into the training.
I will prove to Giglamesh-sensei that I am worth training.

Yumi almost broke into a smile as Giglamesh surveyed her stance. She was going to complete this soon. It had taken her some time and just one breakdown of physical exhaustion. Which she thought, for an academy student, was pretty good. She didn't know where she would rank among the other students but she hoped that it was pretty high up there. She didn't let completing the stance for another time go to her head. She pulled the shinai's to in front of her then quickly moved them back down to where they were supposed to be.
I will prove to Giglamesh-sensei that I am worth training.

She failed to do the stance even remotely well. It was almost saddening as Giglamesh had to correct more than one thing about the stance, each of which he corrected with the whack of the shinai. She winced as the shinai came in contact with her body. Even through her clothes it smarted quite a bit.
I will prove to Giglamesh-sensei that I am worth training.

She was almost done with this portion of the training, which made her extremely happy. Thinking about the fact that she would be able to continue on gave her an extra boast of physical strength. It was surprising even to her because she still bore the weights on her limbs. She tried to maintain the stance. Two more passes under Giglamesh's skeptical eye would allow her to move on with the training.

Yumi was getting giddy and doing so was getting her distracted from the stance training. In her mind she knew better but she couldn't help it. She took a deep breath to try and calm herself down. Just as she did Giglamesh beat her with the shinai corrected the stance. This time it was her arm that was out of place. She winced just slightly, because she was trying to hide her pain. She attempted the stance again.
I will prove to Giglamesh-sensei that I am worth training.
