Co-ownership of Lovelee between Moire Frost and [+Katch+].

Katch gets:
███+RP rights.
███+Rights to choose fling for first and third breedings, but must notify Moire.
███+Right to choose a permanent mate if she so chooses, with Moire's approval.
███+Right to basket from first and third breedings. Moire does not get any rights to either of these breedings.
███+Sig rights.
███+OOC rights.

Moire gets:
███+Right to choose fling for second breeding, if a permanent lifemate is not already chosen, but must notify Katch.
███+Right to basket from second breeding. Katch does not get any right to this breeding basket-wise.
███+Sig rights.
███+OOC rights.

███If both owners do not agree in the situation of lifemating or skinwalkering, a third party may be called in to hear both sides, but since Katch will be doing all RPing, she has more authority. She must, however, notify Moire before doing anything life-changing to Lovelee.
███If Katch is inactive or does not post for six months, Moire reserves the right to revoke the co-ownership, and full ownership will be returned back to her.

Lady:
-Full sig, rp and breeding rights
-Basket from her first breeding, and owner of basket from third breeding to be determined. If Astraea has three baskets in any breeding, the owner of the basket out be discussed between the owners of the couple entered.

Infi:
-Full sig and rp rights
-Basket from her second breeding, and owner of basket from third breeding to be determined. If Astraea has three baskets in any breeding, the owner of the basket out be discussed between the owners of the couple entered.
-Teepee rights?

Display, Contest, and Roleplaying Rights
- Both owners have full display/sig rights and OOC RP ability
- Both owners have full IC roleplaying rights
- Both owners have the right to enter Mabon, Ichabod, and Carnivale into RP contests (though, obviously, only one at any given time)


Breeding
- Both owners get one "full control" breeding with Mabon, Ichabod, and Carnivale. They do not need permission of the other owner to enter breeding events, and they have choice of breeding partner (unless one is lifemated, see below). The breeding will not count towards the other owner's breeding limitations.
- One breeding for each of the soquili: Mabon, Ichabod, and Carnivale will be worked out between Sabin and Kamiki at the time.
- However, each owner has the right to either "give up" or "share" their solo breeding to/with the co-owner.
- Lifemating decisions must be agreed upon by both owners.

Life-Altering / Major Decisions
-neither Kamiki nor Sabin can transfer their portion of the ownership of Mabon, Ichabod, or Carnivale to anyone without permission from the other owner, but may give up rights TO the other owner.
- If one owner gives up rights to the other, then the remaining owner can then choose a new co-owner.
- Both owners must agree to make major IC decisions (skinwalkering, lifemating, etc)

I am not sure if there is an existing agreement. I do not remember posting one as of yet. If someone finds it, please send me a link; so it can be ammended!


ok. so the agreement would be:
for co-owning Balgen with Djnn~
Grace has full rights to the baskets of the first and second breedings.
Third breeding basket will be djnn's to use as he wishes.
Grace has full teepee, stat, IC rp, as well as sig rights. It's also up to Grace to decide who he breeds with. Who Balgen lifemates to is Grace's discretion.
Djnn has shared sig and ooc rp rights for balgen.

Also~ Graceangel reserves the right to revoke co-ownership should something ever happen (hopefully not) between her and djnn that would make this arrangement unpleasant OR if Djnn at any time quits gaia and/or doesn't post at all for over six months... then at such a time, he would relinquish his co-ownership through his absense.

I, Lonewolf_Eyes, am breaking the Co-ownership agreement between Ansata Myst and myself. The above term, in red font for convinence, has been broken. I have no heard from Ansata in several months, and her Gaia account appears in active, not logging in since October 2/2009.

Ansata Myst no longer holds any rights to Adahy, all rights are hereby solely Lonewolf_Eyes.
