Sadly, it's obviously going to be Raiden (or is it possible for a person from another village be it? then that would be Zin O.o) Because of the fact he is the fourth highest ranking person in the village.... And so far the other three are the top three ranking people in the village >.>
Second RPC? Hmmmm.... I've been around since February.... But what are the other restrictions? *looks it up*

Inazuma Dorobo that technically doesn't mean you're the best village. mainly ranking is what matter but thats just me though We have some of the most active members ( Granted our activity is low due to the Happenings of the Chunnin exams, and the fact that almost half of our village is crew ) But we are a force to be reconed with, If we would hurry up and get into gear, then we would be able to have a crap load of Genin by the next set of chunnin exams.

The Nerdbot keishi_rin Sadly, it's obviously going to be Raiden (or is it possible for a person from another village be it? then that would be Zin O.o) Because of the fact he is the fourth highest ranking person in the village.... And so far the other three are the top three ranking people in the village >.> it's cool man. it would make more sense for it to be her. i'm mainly looking at the summoning side of this. since west was a monkey and east is serpents and aoi wants to summon dragons
