This woman was unusually angry.
Pash had run across Mandalorians, and despite being proffesional killers he rarely picked up this much anger, this much hatred, this much darkness...
A Jedi Shadow was trained to seek out and exterminate the dark side. He knew a possessing dark spirit when he saw it.
And he had the answer for it as well.
like lightining, Pash's gloved hand shot out and gripped the woman's helmet. Swiftly he channeled the Force and blasted the woman's head with a burst of Force Light, the attack doing no physical damage to anything but the sinister presence in the woman's mind.

Cene saw a bright flash, felt a mental scream in the back of her mind, and a weight seemed to be lifted from her shoulders.
Confused and dazed, she released Pash from her grip and staggered back, unsure of what had happened.
She turned and started walking back to her own ship, her hand gripping her head as she tried to blink away the bright light she had seen.

90% of the planet was under his control, and Marr's next step was to put as many of the native Givin allied with him into the more prominent positions of power on the planet. The subjugated world would be much easier controlled if they didn't have a constant reminder of their defeat, and if they believed that it was merely a regime change, instead of a complete takeover.

As he was musing over the most recent reports, one of his lieutenants entered the office, bowed gracefully, and began to speak:

"The resistant factions in the urban sector of the southeast side have been pushed back, my lord, but we've taken more losses than expected. There are some reports coming in that there may be a Jedi amongst them."

"I thought that our Intel on the planet made it quite clear that there were no Knights currently operating in this system before our invasion," said Marr, putting the datapad down and looking up at the lieutenant. He, like most of his men planetside, was fully encased in armor. The tidal pull of Yag'Dhul's three large moons had a peculiar effect on the planet's atmosphere, making it necessary for non-natives to wear spaceworthy armor in order to survive the hostile environment. This same effect was responsible for the Givin's exoskeleton.

"There's no word yet on the identity of the Jedi, my lord, though it is very unlikely that he managed to slip through our blockade."

"Then he was most likely here before our arrival. Either way, he is but a minor irritant that I will dispose of shortly."

"You intend to deal with him yourself, sir?" asked the lieutenant, sounding a little shocked.

"Better to get my own hands dirty then risk losing valuable soldiers to his blade. Besides, I need to get reacquainted with this old armor. I have a feeling that I'm going to need it more and more as this campaign drags on..."

Jakar Rokal struck down the last trooper in the Sith reconnaissance squad. He wore a suit of armor he stole off of a corpse that, luckily for him, had a similar body build. Jakar deactivated his lightsaber and made sure the Sith soldiers were dead. He couldn't believe he was here. He escaped from the Jedi Temple to keep from being officially exiled by the Council. Jakar wanted to travel the galaxy, stopping Sith in any location within Republic space. He only stopped at Yag'Dhul for a quick break. He never expected a full invasion to break out.

Jakar hid through most of the fighting, usually only attacking small squads of troops that wandered too close to the abandoned building he stashed himself in. He risked himself in helping a small group of Givin escape several squads of troops, only some of which he managed to kill. That, he knew, let the Sith know that there was a Jedi in their presence. He knew he was screwed-over, and there was no way off-planet.

He had no idea what to do. Whether he should risk finding a new hiding spot and possibly killed or tortured, or stay in the same spot he had hid in and wait for the possibility of the occupation to loosen and risk being found.

Landing lightly on his feet, Pash shook the numbness from his hand as he watched the woman stagger off.
"What the heck did you just do?" Ardee asked, a pistol in her hands.
"That woman was possessed. Its complicated." Pash said apologetically. "I think I might have complicated the mission. Stay on your toes."
Ardee stared disaproovingly at the Corellian.

"Where is he?" Marr asked the Sith commander as they walked through one of the sectors that they had just recently gained control over. The soldier's squad hung back, as did Marr's Mandalorian-trained royal guard. The Mandalorians themselves were in another sector, leading his elite forces and driving the remnants of the resistant factions towards the bulk of his droid troops. It would be a killing field.

"He helped a small group of Givin rebels escape the pursuit of some of our squads a few hours ago, then slipped into an abandoned droid manufacturing plant. As far as we know, he hasn't come out since. We've been guarding the perimeter and sending in a few reconaissance squads, though the last one hasn't yet returned."

"Very well," said the Dark Lord. "Have your squads block each exit from the facility, deploying a shield wall where they can. Set all blasters to stun. I want him alive, if possible. Don't take any unneccesary risks, though. If you have to, put him down."

"And what will you be doing in all of this?"

"I'll go in and try to resolve this peacefully, though I will probably have to force him into submission. Whatever happens, he will not escape his fate."

Jakar jumped at the sound of shields activating. He used his Jedi senses to detect any life forms anywhere near the outside of the box he had been sleeping in. After not detecting anyone, he quietly removed the cover. Jakar looked out the nearby window and saw a static field of blue covering the window.

His heart began racing as he realized that his location had been discovered. Jakar removed his lightsaber hilt from his belt, then broadened his senses for the location of his enemy. Several troopers were outside, but none were near him on the inside. He slowly opened a door manually in front of him and crept out of the office he stowed himself in.

Jakar kept his senses as strong as he could as he rolled and dashed behind the various boxes and machinery that was located throughout the building. He ducked under a conveyor belt and began crawling as he began to sense a powerful presence in the area. Definitely not a trooper, and far too powerful to be anything Jakar can face. He knew that his presence would be detected by someone of that caliber. No matter what he did, he would be found. Retreat was not an option, and hiding in one spot would not keep him from being discovered.

Jakar rolled out from under the conveyor belt, activated his lightsaber and struck at the Sith.

The knife slid out of the man's flesh, as the stealth field surrounding Kira disintegrated with the attack. She stood in the large room, about 20 meters from the Jedi and the spy. The rest of the room was empty, save for a few desks and the cubicles around them, and the body of the guard slumping to the floor. The Jedi turned around, slowly, almost as if he expected to see her there.

"I must say, I am surprised to see a Mandalorian stooping low enough to resort to assassination. I thought that was an Echani trick?" he said, obviously trying to catch her off her guard with the taunt.

"The debt you owe me is personal, Jetii, and I have come to collect."

"You will find that a hard task to accomplish," the Jedi said again, moving towards the middle of the room and bringing his lightsaber to his hand, igniting the blade.

"Perhaps," Rook said in return, raising her rifle and opening fire.

The days passed for the warriors in the competition for Nakara. He had spent his time plotting the brilliant race. The concept of the racers was faily new, but this... this was different. As the blue planet of Aquaris loomed in the horizon of space, the warriors would have but one day to relax before tomorrow's competition put them at odds against each other, all in vehicles which they had no idea how to use, in scenarios they weren't suited for. The top one hundred would drop to twenty teams, and from there, move to the last leg of the journey, and meet even more problems.

"Well, get the racers ready and down to the planet. I'll address them accordingly."

Marr took a single step to his right, letting the Jedi's blade slice through the empty space he had occupied a millisecond before. Just as quickly, he brought up his left hand and cuffed the young Jedi on the back of his head, hard enough for him to feel it through his helmet, but not enough to do serious damage.

"You were wise in using surprise to attack a superior opponent, though you severely overestimated the advantage it would give you," he said, in a stern but patient tone.

He then stepped back several paces, and waited for the Jedi to turn and face him.

Jakar's head throbbed as his helmet vibrated from the Sith's attack. He nearly tripped, surprised by the enemy's speed, but saved himself by turning his foot sharply and facing back at the armored man. He held his lightsaber hilt with both hands, pointing it towards the his opponent. "Not like I had much of a choice," Jakar said. He was quite nervous, now realizing that it was stupid to do something like this. "You would have found me eventually." Jakar attempted another swing across the man's stomach.

whilst distant battles decided the fate of the galaxy, one sith was busy plotting and explaining his contribution to the top-heavy powerplays being enacted everywhere. The sith schemer Calliga, who, Dark side willing, would eventually amend his title to "lord". But, despite his great power over desire and a expert at undermining the will through the weak points of a physical existance...it was localized. And some part of him knew it. Ever since he'd lost a hand to that jedi-sith pretender, it had been proven. He needed a amssive jolt of power, but he was not one to attack with a army. Not now, anyway. Siren's methods of "peace" and "gentle" manipulation were ridiculously effective....
And it was on those methods the devious pair had recently finished testing for...potency.
Reclinging on the bed, Calliga explained his theorizes to his one-time teacher, now a mutually-receptive "slave"...A plan to give him "thorns", which which he could set about the task of poisoning worlds to gain power and influence for open agression, if he so choose. Not bothering to re-dress in his battle armor, the sith began his explanation to a alert but somewhat winded Siren.
"Well, first was pleasure, now comes business. Siren, I have recently been busy, as you know. But perhaps it is time I explain exactly what. I have ordered new chambers be added to this citidel, and have set about the construction of of a ship with which to properly transverse the galaxy in...however, the web is woven tightly, and all these things are interlocked. To start....I have had as many force-sensitive females as can be found on this rocky ball brought here, whether or not they wanted it. the purpose is that while you and I are powerful with the art of Desire, we are but two. We can't be in enough places at once...alone."
Calliaga drew a phantom design on the air with a finger.
"very soon, the new chambers will be complete, and What I must ask of you is to ensure that the...ah..."new recruits" are broken, a task at which you exccel at. Unlike most of your talented staff, These can become like us; able to use the force in conjuction with natural desire to bend others to our will. This...however, presents the problem of backstabbing. I did it to my old master, he was about to do it to me, I technically did it to you...and so on. We cannot have such disciples near us which are of this type...so, My plan proceeds as this: We teach them and educate them, and of course enslave them, as is all your staff, however, we leave a back door for ourselves, a flaw in their technique we alone can use in the event of uprising. Additionaly, I believe some old sith ruins on a distant moon may have information on a old dark-side method for keeping slaves under one's heel, so i intend to make brief trip soon to try and retrieve it. What I task you with, Siren, is to "train" these new additions using whatever means you like, even your entire staff. I have seen to it the new rooms are particularilly....well adjusted...for your methods, and for matters of pleasure. Some should break easy or give in willingly...but several need convincing. We have nice mix...some humans, a few twi'lek... and two of that last group, the blue-skinned ones with red eyes..."
Calliga smirked at the word twi'lek, recalling the "danger" presented by their lekku, as Siren had proven.
Allowing his hands to wander for a moment, Calliga spoke one more time to his reclining "slave".
"So, then, can I count on your success in the matter? My only worry is you will tire out too much from such fun..." calliga jested with a dark grin, waiting for the reply.

Marr flipped backwards, rising in the air and landing on top of the machine behind him. He used the Force to slow his descent, touching down on the metal nearly as lightly as a feather. He was capable of doing so much more with his powers, though true flight remained, at least for now, out of his grasp.

He left his saber on his belt, though. From what the youngling had shown him so far, he would not need it. It had been so long since he had been that young, was he just as impulsive and short-sighted back then as this one was now?

"You always have a choice," Marr said, continuing his lecture as he walked along the top of the machine. "In combat there are limitless options and possibilities just waiting to be taken advantage of. Every piece of one's environment can become a weapon, every part of himself a way to defeat his opponent."

He demonstrated this by concentrating on several pieces of debris lying about the room,
using the Force to hurl them at the Jedi, one by one.

Jakar turned sharply on his heels and faced the incoming objects. He managed to cut the smaller pieces of metal and droid parts, but then a large canister flew towards him. Jakar gathered what energy he could in the short amount of time and pushed the large container away, only to be hit by another object directly afterward. He fell onto his back, but quickly jumped back up to his feet thanks to the armored suit's protection.

"You'll forgive me for my lack of training," Jakar said in a partially sarcastic tone. "The Jedi Council didn't look in my direction too fondly, nor did my master." He decided to play the Sith's game, and use the objects around him. Jakar lifted a droid body and threw it at the Sith's direction.

" If that is what you desire, I will do what I can to fulfill your wishes, Master. " Siren said. " Perhaps it would be in our best interest however, if such girls were never trained in the arts of battle. This will be both a strength for them as well as a weakness. "

She sat up and began to gently massage Calliga's arms and back, still wanting to bring him pleasure while they were now on more important matters. " It's a strength because someone who is harmless can be more easily trusted. One is more likely to lower their guard when around someone who is no threat to them than someone who carries a weapon around. As well, it'd be a shame to let such talent go to waste and being more on the harmless side means if they ever fail, they'd stand more of a chance of being captured rather than killed, and even as prisoners they can use their charms. "

She continued to massage him for a while before stopping and coming closer in an embrace. " And it's a weakness because it leaves them powerless. They won't be able to rise up against the hand that controls them. They'll be forever bound in the shackles of loyalty and obedience to those that control them... And with my training, they'll be eager to show it, turning them into willing slaves of pleasure. Once they're ready, we can let them loose in key points of interest, seducing others into joining us, until eventually all will bow before a new Sith master.

She leaned close to ear and began to whisper seductively. " Just promise me I'll still be your favorite slave when you lock the chains on the galaxy. "
