::He sighed... he couldnt defeat Shadow... but he had to try for his love. He began to run following shadows trail. His eyes ablaze with hate::

"Shadow took part of the sword powers.. I don't know if I can get it back."
9 said as she sighed.
"And me and Tyrsais need to have a talk..."

There was a loud gratting noise before Hidjie slid the front door of the dojo open. A heavy metal ball was sliding across the wooden floor, shackled to his leg, "Man! What a day...Gotta stay away from those women..." Hidjie was rubbing the back of his head, a massive white bandage wrapped around his head.

After dragging his way over towards one of the couches he lets himself fall onto the worn old cushions, "Ung! So...tired!" Sweat glistened on his forehead as he spoke. He brushed his gaze across the dojo, "Uhhh...what's going on?" He really wasn't paying any attention to anything, his eyes seemed to float off in the distance.

Seeking solitude in his sanctuary on the roof, Irvine Gray laid sprawled across the shillings of the Black Company Dojo. His shades had slipped past his nose and his now twinkling baby blues gazed up at the sky. The stars twinkled back at Irvine and he smiled. Though he could not see the stars he knew that were winking back at him. Alone on the roof was where Irvine was most comfortable. It was peaceful and serene. There was no chaos in Irvine's roof sanctuary.
"How I wish that were true with my life..."
Irvine sighed heavily and blinked a couple times. How he wished to rid himself of this life of vengence and blood shed. Though he wished it, he knew it would never come true. As long as Xol lived, Irvine would never truly be at peace with himself. Requiem began to glow on Irvine's chest. He closed his hand around the cross and hummed a gentle tune that floated on the breeze like a boat on water. It was a tune his aunt sung him to sleep to as a small babe. He remembered it vividly despite how young he had been.
"How I miss Auntie and Father...they were the only ones I had before this...now I can't return to them like I am now..."
Irvine sighed again and stopped talking. He began to hum the soft tune again. Irvine had never felt more relaxed or at peace in his life. Humming the tune seemed to give him a sense of total serenity that could not be broken. He continued humming until he began to sing bits and fragments of the lullaby.
"Over the mountain, where home lies...."
Irvine closed his eyes and hummed the rest of the song to himself. Slowly a tear fell down his cheek. He brushed it aside with a flick of his thumb and smiled. Memories returned of his mother and father. Though he could not remember his mother, he remembered her beautiful emerald eyes and her long black hair. And his father with his silver hair with matching eyes. At first Irvine had looked remarkably like his father though after his death, he returned in the image of his mother though keeping his father's eyes. Now after receiving Nightmare, his eyes were a baby blue. Though they were not eyes of seeing. All they saw was darkness. And now, Irvine lived a life enshrouded with darkness.

Hidjie raised a brow at 9 and her little friend, "Uhhh...ok." He then went back to relaxing. Laying his head against the back of the couch he stared up at the ceiling, his eyes almost glazed over.
