I didn't have it figured until it was too late. I knew I could go after him by myself at that point. Guy's just too smart. Had to hide out and pick my spots. The bomb package almost got him. Setting up his gear to shock the hell out of him finally gave me an opening.

The people! Of course they can be returned! Instead of atomizing them, I must have subconsciously recalibrated their data to be beamed into the one remaining miniature city I had left. It's easily reversible! It may take a couple days for everyone to be accounted for again, but I should get started right away!
