He was in my 7x7 and I sent a "Hi I'm introducting myself to my neighbors" message a couple days ago and we've done some general chatting. SM looks to be an SE alliance, and I think that an NAP would certainly be worth considering.

Greetings!
MODISTS now has a dedicated external forum that can be accessed through the 'Forum' link in the Alliance Overview. It's currently set to only permit registered users see anything, with every registration to be approved by me (and Balcerzak and DevilKin once they create user accounts and I promote them to full access). I -strongly- suggest (yes, it's an order, sorry folks) that you register with the same name there that you're using on Server 3... else there WILL be a delay in your approval while your ID is verified.
I'll be up probably for another hour; after that you'll be waiting until tomorrow morning to be approved. I'll be checking names against the current member roster to try and speed things up.

Go on and accept NAP's at will. If you think they're worth it, go for it. Any one of us can do it. They can also be removed by any one of us. Only alliances need the okay from all, and a supportive nomination from someone within the alliance (not one of us).
Ellie: I'll be registering tomorrow. When I wake up. Then I'll set up the link when I've transfered the info from my other posts.

If someone's got a UTE person in their 7x7, go ahead and say hello to them and get some sort of feel for 'em. I know several of them from server 1, and Messiah will be with them as well. If the server 1 alliance is any indication of the server 3 one, I would say they would be worthwhile to at least get to know.
