Coownership Agreement for Falcon!


Kouseki shall have IC and OC Rp rights.
Kouseki shall get most all the rights.

Buffy shall keep Sig Rights, OC rights.

Both Kouseki and Buffy will have the Breeding rights, and will be discussed between them as who gets what basket, and which breeding partner is chosen when the time comes.

Buffy reserves the right to void out the Coownership should she need to. (Though its not likely ;DD)

Co-Ownership of Jessamine:

Breedings: Faithofthefallen gets 2, -[The Spoof]- gets 1
- order is whatever, we can discuss it

RP rights: Faithofthefallen has primary RP rights, but all major plot things must be talked over between both owners. Spoof can rp a little, with Faith's agreement.

Sig rights: Faithofthefallen and -[The Spoof]- both has this.

Anything else that may come up in the course of ownership, can be talked out between the owners.

Eirdois is co-owned between Sabin Duvert & Devil Nightshade

Display, Contest, and Roleplaying Rights
- Both owners have full display/sig rights and OOC RP ability
- DNS has full IC roleplaying rights
- Likewise, DNS has the right to enter Eirdois into RP contests

Breeding
- DNS gets gets two "full control" breeding. She has the choice of breeding partner (unless Eirdois is lifemated, see below), and does not require Sabin's permission (However, they must at least attempt to contact the other owner to let them know their plans/intentions). The breeding will not count towards the other owner's breeding limitations.
- Sabin gets gets one "full control" breeding. He has the choice of breeding partner (unless Eirdois is lifemated, see below), and does not require DNS's permission (However, they must at least attempt to contact the other owner to let them know their plans/intentions). The breeding will not count towards the other owner's breeding limitations.
- However, one owner may give over breeding rights to one or more of their entitled breedings to the other owner if they so choose.
- Lifemating decisions must be agreed upon by both owners.

Life-Altering / Major Decisions
-neither DNS nor Sabin can transfer their portion of the ownership of Eirdois to anyone without permission from the other owner, but may give up rights TO the other owner.
- If one owner gives up rights to the other, then the remaining owner may then choose a new co-owner.
- Both owners must agree to make major IC decisions (skinwalkering, lifemating, etc)

Co Ownership Agreement for Quinlan

Both sparrows_poppet and Ririka have display rights and the ability to OOC RP Quinlan in the main Soquili thread.

Ririka has RP rights. She may enter Quin into rp-based contests/events

Both owners must agree on any life-altering decisions, such as lifemating or skinwalkering.

Ririka has full rights to 1 of Quinlan’s breedings. She may pick the mate (if Quin is lifemated, he can only breed with his lifemate). This will not count toward’s sparrows_poppet's breeding limits and sparrows_poppet will not have any say on what happens to the resulting baskets.

sparrows_poppet has full rights to 1 of Quin’s breedings. This will not count towards Ririka’s breeding limits and Ririka will have no say on what happened to the resulting baskets.

In the case that both owners want to enter Quin into the same breeding raffle, priority goes to sparrows_poppet.

Ririka can relinquish co-owning voluntarily at any time, giving full rights to sparrows_poppet.

sparrows_poppet may revoke the co-ownership agreement if Ririka disappears from Gaia for a min of three months (no posting) and attempts to contact Ririka via PM go unanswered. Ririka may not revoke the ownership from sparrows_poppet under any circumstances.

Ashutosh is co-owned between The Toadies Gal & DarkmoonDancer

Display, Contest, and Roleplaying Rights

Breeding
- DD is REQUIRED to ask TTG for permissions before Mating Ash to ANYONE...
- Toadies will Recive clams from the First breeding.. DD from the Second Breeding and Toadies from the LAST breeding.
-DD may NOT choose to LifeMate Ash to anyone... period..

Life-Altering / Major Decisions
-DD must remain some what active in the Soquili thread
-DD must attempt to roleplay Ash! he cannot just sit and be sig-candy!
- Toadies has the right to Remove DD from co-ownership agreement at ANYTIME she see's fit.. with out a reason.

Co-ownership of Scryer between Kita Etheria Bloodmyth and GunSniper.



Kita:
* Sig rights, bebbeh
* A baby from one of Scryers 3 breedings. Doesnt need to be any specific breeding.

Sniper:
* Sig rights
* Full RP rights
* Full breeding rights, no need to gain approval from Kita to breed. The first breeding however is already planned with Allie23's Leila.


If Sniper vanishes for more than 6 months with no posts, Kita reserves the right to revoke this agreement.

CANCELING THIS DUE TO ANOTHER AGREEMENT!!
