Dustkit layed his belly against the warm ground. He was finally relieved that New Leaf has came and the long winter has disappeared. He rolled on his back, his eyes showing lack of energy. What is there to do?! I feel like exploring outside of the clan. Dustkit then looked around the camp looking for something that will be relevant to his interest.

[I purred as my friend tended to my wounds busily, marveling at how different our lives were now.
I scratched my ear, feeling bored. What was I doing before? Oh yes, training Softpaw and Lusterkit. I bashfully thanked StarClan that Silverstar had seemed to have forgotten about it.
I was only training two kits, I thought wistfully, and it was a one-time thing...but I suppose Silverstar has a point. I'd best leave it to whoever becomes his mentor...hopefully Softpaw will.
I sighed, feeling glum. I missed Hawkpaw...]
(( did he have a ceremony? I feel like I missed it...D: ))

Honeydew woke up, blinking. She looked around, and realized that she had somehow ended up in the medicine cat den. "Wha-What happened? How did I get in here?" She glanced down at her pelt, the deep gash on her foreleg was coated in cobwebs. The rest of her minor wounds had been treated too.

[Dustkit looked around for any cats watching. He then finally went on all four paws, slowly and quietly walked to the entrance of the camp. He then sat at the front looking out into the view, wondering what it was like out there. He layed on his belly and rested his chin on his paws.]

She looked over Honeydew, checking the job Fadingkit had done. She had to admit the kit knew herbs. She had done everything well. Moonblaze bent her head down to Honeydew.]
"Honeydew, does anything hurt? Have you wrenched or broken anything?" the young medicine cat asked.
[The white she-cat looked over the golden tabby, her blue eyes concentrating on the cat. She looked back at Honeydew, blue eyes meeting green.]

A white cat hovered in Honeydew's vision. As the cat spoke, she recognized the voice. Moonblaze. She was grateful the medicine cat was here. "Thank StarClan you're here. I don't think I have any major wounds. Just that one that was on my shoulder. How did I get in here?"

And you were carried in here for care, where Fadingkit took care of your wounds as I was gathering herbs," Moonblaze meowed bluntly, not dancing around the truth. She knew the kit had a knack for herbs, but was only four moons old. Moonblaze wasn't ready for an apprentice yet. Perhaps Fadingkit would train as a warrior and later on transfer to medicine cat training. The white cat pushed teh thoughts away, sniffing at Honeydew's shoulder wound. "Marigold and dock... Good. Now all you need is rest," Moonblaze mewed, her blue eyes soft.

"Moonblaze? How did I get in here? All I remember is coming back into camp. And seeing all the... all the... Blood." She felt light-headed again, as the image came into her mind.

Dustkit doesn't want to be a kit anymore, he wants to hunt like the others. [Dustkit licked his paw and groomed his fur neatly. His eyes shot up, something that caught his interest, a pigeon. Dustkit didn't think and ran towards the pigeon.] I can catch this! [He let out his tiny claws and scratched the pigeon on it's wing.] The bird couldn't fly and only hopped away. Dustkit refused to let the pigeon go. [He ran at the pigeon, outside of the border.]

Is trust so hard to earn?══════════════════════════════════════════ [Silverstar padded over to Thunderflight, her green eyes narrowed. She touched her lightly on the shoulder, then spoke.]
"Thunderflight, I haven't forgotten about Softpaw and Lusterkit. You won't be punished, but Softpaw will be on elders' duty for half a moon. And Lusterkit will not be allowed out of camp until I say so. I don't want kits thinking they can run out of camp without a warrior," Silverstar meowed sternly.
[The silver she-cat had been watching Dustkit from the corner of her eye. She made a mental note to scold him when she told Lusterkit his punishment. Why didn't kits just stay in camp, like they were supposed to? It's dangerous in the forest. Silverstar shook her head, turning her attention back to Thunderflight.] ══════════════════════════════════════════Nobility, faith, bravery, loyalty...
All makings of a true warrior.

Are you having trouble sleeping?" the medicine cat asked, turning away and pulling out a couple poppy seeds. She spread them out on her paw, then held them out to Honeydew. "Lap these up. They'll help you rest and calm you down," Moonblaze instructed.

He continued to go back to the nursery and then made himself comfortable in his nest. He closed his eyes, exhausted from the adventure.] I wonder what my parents were like...
