Hey, two questions! 1) What is an easy way to count your posts? Should I put a number at the bottom of every post or should I do it every so often to remind myself.. or not at all? 2) Can houseelves have Masters?

I think I answered your first question a few posts back to somebody, but here it is again: You can find out your post count by going to the guild menu and click on "Guild Members". Type up your username and your post counts should show up.
The answer to your second question: I think all house elves belong to Hogwarts so that would mean that Professor Adonis is your Master. Although, you could roleplay that you used to belong to another Master if you wish.

The new one isn't up yet. I'm still making it.
The rules will be at the top of the Quidditch subforum when I'm done.

I have a question. I have a mule account ( Luna Lovegood AKA loony ) And I want that joined in the guild because I'd like to RP and post in this guild with THAT account. Do I need to re-fill out the join request form with that account? Or can it simply be switched?

Vintage Kiki Pixels I have a question. I have a mule account ( Luna Lovegood AKA loony ) And I want that joined in the guild because I'd like to RP and post in this guild with THAT account. Do I need to re-fill out the join request form with that account? Or can it simply be switched?
Only one of your accounts can be a member though because we try not to have too many mules (things wouldn't be as organized xp ). What you can do is this:
Post in the Student Message Board a name change (from Vintage Kiki Pixels to Luna Lovegood AKA loony). Along with that post you need to include the number of posts you currently have. (That way you won't lose credit for work done with Vintage)
[After you do that I'll invite the second account to the guild and ban the original.]

A suggestion: in Around Hogwarts we could have an "empty classroom" perhaps where students try out Fred and George's Wheezes, practice magic for their classes, or have Peeves bother them. (If ever, a Peeves rp character seems like a really funny idea).
And.. and Question: Just for general HP knowledge. Since I've been a house-elf I've been thinking more about their lifestyle.. so I was wondering if they get married?(If anyone knows)

Technically the Hogwarts Corridors thread can be used for empty classrooms as the corridors lead to just about every inch of Hogwarts that isn't already in thread form. We decided against creating an excess of areas simply because you would have to change threads everytime you change rooms.
As for the house-elf question... I uh.. I really have no idea about the marriage thing. I don't think it was ever addressed in the books, but feel free to explore that situation if you like.

It means either one of two things:
1. The said person is not a member of this guild.
2. The guild member search has gone glitchy again. If this is the reason, I'm sure if you re-search the name a little later the bug will go away... hopefully.

It's the second one; it's glitchy. I tried my name and a few others who are definitely members. They all said nonmember.

I have a few things i would like to see during fright week 2008. Maybe we can have a halloween ball where everybody dresses up and have magic dueling contests. The elves can participate too by cleaning up after the messes the magic made and also can dress in costumes.

I have a few suggestions for Fright week 2008. We can have a halloween party! Everyone should dress up in costumes even the elves. We can have little games and a costume contest.

I agree with Irdessa about Fright Week. Maybe we could have a game along the lines of What Halloween costumes would Harry Potter characters. It seems like it'll be fun!
