Hearing his comment, Eliza huffed slightly, " Certainly not!" That is before realizing what she said, in which she simply bit her bottom lip. Was there no correct answer to that? " And now you're just doing that on purpose, Vincent Wolfgang."

" Please don't," Eliza said, even if she was slightly laughing. Oh yes, Lin again. Eliza mirrored his movements, except she stood back a little so that Lin wont get that good of a look at her. " Aw, but she seems happy to see you."

She smiled as she poked his cheek, " Cheer up, it's not that bad." As soon as she says this Lin pop up, as it was good timing, when Eliza stepped away as soon as the other girl made her appearance. ' I stand corrected,' Eliza dully noted at the words that came tumbling out of Lin's mouth. Hearing Vincent fluster reply, Eliza simply shook her head, lightly laying her hand against his arm.

" Now, what was that saying," Pausing only for a moment, she looked directly at the other girl," 'Nothing is easier than self-deceit. For what each man wishes, that he also believes to be true.' I believe. But, I suppose such a thing doesn't concern you, since you're still fibbing, are you not?" Eliza smiled then, though it wasnt the friendly smile, " I'm afraid I haven't introduce myself. I am Eliza O'Connel, Vincent's, as he mentioned, Girlfriend."

Amethyst eyes watched the other female dully, not quite sure how to categorize Lin. It was between stupidity, desperation, and foolish'ness. Perhaps it could be all three, afterall - stupidity because for Lin to even think that she would believe those words, desperation - because she was still speaking, even if Eliza gave her a out. And Foolish'ness because she was under-estimating her it seemed.

Hearing Vincent, Eliza snorted slightly as she shook her head, " First of all, this stupidty that you are sprouting is getting rather annoying. And second of all, Vincent."

A -bit- delusional, he says! Eliza blinked, rather blankly as she stared at Lin's desperation and the other female clearly, just, -clearly- pushing her buttons. Amethyst eyes narrowed, and just as suddenly as Vincent scrambled his way to her side, Eliza stook her arm out to her side, and quickly as that Snow materialized. However it wasn't the same sword, this time it was a rather elaborate staff, with at the top part, light in shape of wings appeared on it. It was her power yes, but it was also her temper starting to shine through. At the end of the staff a ball of pure light was already starting to form, as Eliza tried her best to keep her emotions in check. She didn't want to blast the girl into smithereens, no, and she had to remind herself that. All in all, the halfling wanted to give the somewhat crazy girl a taste of truth.

Moving the staff in one grace-ful motion, the weapon was pointed at Lin, the ball of light equally moving with the motion. " Be thankful," Eliza said coldly, her attention fully on Lin, " Because if you step even a foot closer, do not think my patience won't wear out." It was her last warning as the ball of light flickered in size. If she even took one step closer, well. .said ball of light would act like a ball and knock her back hard enough that before Lin will know it she'll be trapped in a cage of light. That is, if the halflings own temper didn't get ahold of her first and end up ko'ing the other girl.

Eliza didn't even bother trying to categorize Lin anymore. No, it was simple what category Lin fell into. Should she try to reason with Lin? No. Because what was the point? The angel already warned the other girl, and the ball of light that was collecting at the edge of her staff would have already slammed into her if it wasn't for Vincent. " Gladly," The halfling said, the staff pointed at the acsending woman, as the light that continued to wave infront of her staff was finally released. Quickly the sphere of light headed straight for Lin, splitting in two, both woving in and out of a pattern within eachother. While Vincent seem to be hesistant, Eliza wasn't as the two orbs of light made contact with Lin. One hitting her full-frontal as the other made a wall shape appearance behind her, making Lin hit the wall and crumble down onto the ground K'Od.

" I was being kind." Eliza retorted, her narrowed gaze on the limp figure of Lin. Only to be pulled out of her annoyed stare, and to stumble after Vincent as he pulled her away from the hallway and from Master Horin. " Close? I hardly see that that situation was our fault. She was the one who was smacking her lips against yours, it certainly wasn't my fault and it also certainly wasn't me to tell her do so." The halfling fumed, still annoyed with the situation. Not once thinking that she could have possibly sounded jealous.
