Slowlly deo stood, shakijng his head "I need a drink..." He mutterd, walking away from the ocean and off the peer. Slowlly he made hsi way out of the docks, and onto the streets. He stopped infront of Los Noches, but then continued, to god only knows where

Lain stood at the edge of a dock, back after a long, grueling journey. Lain's eyes had changed, into twin circular pale lavender gems that enchanted just about anyone around her; and now, they both gleamed brightly in the setting sun. Lain pulled her trench coat together against the bitter New York wind, a solitary, black against the bright sky.

Her footsteps made the boards of the oldest part of the dock creak. Water droplets that had accumulated on the dock dripped into the water with little plops. Alexz opened her eyes and looked about.

This had been the first place that she had stepped in this new world. She had remembered how she wondered what the sun was like here, she never could find out. The sun had remained a mystery to her for so long until now. This was the moment she had been waiting for since she was turned.

She stood at the very end of the dock, the end of her boots touching the edge of the last wooden plank. She looked at the sky in anticipation, counting every second that past. She stood there for hours until the faintest red hue began to appear. The red hue grew with every hour and her eyes never left it. It was almost like a dream as she watched the sun slowly begin to creep up into the morning sky. Tears streamed down her face, slightly because the sun slightly burned but mostly because it was so beautiful.

"I've missed this...." Alexz whispered to herself, her tears dropping into the water below.

Scott sat atop crates stacked six high and watched the sun rise over the water. It wasn't something he was used to seeing, having spent a majority of his life with only land to the east. He saw a lone figure standing at the edge of the docks, staring at the sun. for several minutes she stood motionless. Scott got to his feet and hopped over the gaps between the stacked trailers. He called out to her from a distance. "You'll go blind if you keep that up!"

Alexz ignored the voice that seemed to approach her. She closed her eyes and smirked as the warm rays hit her cold skin. A surge of energy ran through her body as the skin that had been ice cold for years slowly began to warm.

"I've been blind to it for a long time." she said lowly.

She retracted her fangs and opened her eyes slowly. Her pupils shrinked quickly which caused a stinging pain. Shutting her eyes tightly she opened them slower to become accustomed to the brightness of the beautiful sun.

Scott raised an eyebrow. This was an interesting development. He had heard of daywalkers before, but they were usually much weaker than regular vampires. This one was one of the more powerful, from what he read from her aura; he doubted even he could take her down alone. It was what she said "I've been blind to it for a long time." He sat back down and contemplated. What was making her able to stand in the sun? One thing was for sure, things here were about to get a lot more dangerous. He checked his phone and slid off of the stack and landed comfertably on the ground. Checking his sword to make sure it would clear the sheath, he walked away from the ocean, the eastbound breeze billowing his long coat and revealing the arsenal he carried for a brief moment. He sighed and headed back to Hunters.

Tous walks past the gate with Takiko, heading into the dockyard. Under a street light near the water was a lone boathouse, bobbing up and down in the water. Next to it was Tous's black BMW that had been delivered there from a friend in New Jersey.

Takiko silently walked with Tous through the docks. Even though even thinking about asking, Takiko decided to anyway. "Is that it?" She asked referring to the only boathouse visible. It was a stupid question. Well, not a stupid question. Just a rather 'Blonde' person who asked. Not only in hair color as Takiko was but mentally too.

Tous nods as they keep walking. As they approached the boathouse, he took hold of her hand suddenly. He stops at the step up to the boat house and raises their hands a little to motion for her to go up the two steps.

A rather surprised look appeared on her face when he grasped her hand. "Suddenly such a gentleman." Takiko said as she walked up the two steps. A soft laugh passed her lips once she stood on the boat house and waited for him.

"Always a gentleman." He says as he quickly moves up the steps. He walks across the deck to the door as his hand lets go of hers. He reaches into his pocket, pulling out a set of keys. Tous pushes a key into the lock and then opens the door, once again waiting for Takiko to enter first.

"So it seems." Takiko said with another brief laugh as she walked through the door he held open for her. She did not remember him like this. So kind. Of course it had been so long since she had last seen him more than a few non-exsistant moments that happened in her dreams. So her memories could be faltering.

Tous shuts the door as he walks in, dropping the keys onto a small table. The wrapped up fabric was set on the kitchen table and unrolled, revealing its contents. A large sheathed black katana and a regular sheathed katana. The black katana was about 5 feet and 9 inches long while the regular one was about 5 feet long.

"Did you get new weapons?" Takiko inquired once she saw the katana. Which reminded her that she needed to get a new one soon. She had her far too long and there was a scratch down the blade. She walked over to him, looking at the katana's almost the entire time.
