It seems to have had an effect on the Phantom,
Perhaps if we tried to encapture him tandem?

Agatha, the strange thing about being with Brainiac for long periods of uninterrupted time has almost emulated me to his intelligence.
I could never copy it.
I built that forcefield out of ruble from the boiler room. If we can get me some working technology. I promise you that I will be able to build a better functioning Force field.
