Andie made his way over to the gliders. He had one last run he needed to do here and he was determined to finish it. It didn't take him long to get into the air.

The whispers in the fog were starting up again and Andie listened to hear what they had to say. It wasn't long before he felt peace, joy and happiness from the first whispers and a smile spread across his face.

The light emotions didn't last long and anger replaced it, making him dip far down where he had been in the sky.

Then the anger melted away and was replaced by light emotions. Andie grinned as he got through the wisps, on cloud nine from the feelings so to speak.

And then came the dreadful wind that threatened to knock Andie out of the sky.

He fought with the wind to remain on course and to remain in the air.

All of the good feelings from the wisps had left him by now, leaving him completely focused on the task at hand. He wasn't going to let the wind beat him with out a fight.

He was so close to the island now but the wind was even stronger around here. Andie kept fighting to hold on and stay course.

His breaths were coming out in short, panicked bursts now as the wind fought him. This time however he couldn't beat the wind and was sent falling down into the fog.

She had this vague feeling that she'd never been any good with clockwork, or mechanical devices of any sort, but she wasn't really sure why she felt that way. Nevertheless, Raumias was back to the gliders, hoping she remembered how to activate and fly these things. "It can't be that hard, can it? I just have to... ah, not push myself off the cliff edge."

Most excellent, she'd managed to wind the glider just enough, and when she sat in it, the aircraft quivered before launching her into the skies again. She kind of enjoyed this, now-- some distant part of her remembered: red and black wings, spanned over her. Was it a memory? Was it a vision of a time long gone? She could not remember, and seconds later it had slipped from her mind altogether. Raumias peered over the edge of the glider, watching her flight, trying not to shift too much.
She heard something in the distance, again; voices, and water, the same as last time. Steer steady, even if it was hard to see where she was going... Suddenly, as she passed through wisps of fog, the glider was burning. She could hear screaming, and her twisting in the air made it rock erratically.

Trying to calm down, Raumias shut her eyes, and sat as still as possible. The fire wasn't burning her. It wasn't real.
This whole place was built on untruths.
Perhaps in response to this knowledge, she felt a swell of courage that overcame even her fear: she held the craft far steadier than she had just moments ago.

It could be worse.
"I hope I make it to see that island, again..." Raumias whispered to no one in particular, trying to hold the glider steady as it sailed through the fog again.
Immediately after saying that, she felt a surge of anger; it hit her like a wall, hit her so solidly that she could barely breathe. The pain of it was suffocating. She continued nevertheless.
