*Veria looked to him, "if i am sighted the people will see me as someone who excaped." She shied sadly, "i do that and there will be war. I want to go, however my home land know i'm only a enemy to them, and you." She looked to him, "however i have not another option. Vary well, i will trust you just this once right off the bat. I do hope however this doesn't hit me in the face. You can really mess up alot if i leave here and turn up home. You would have the upper hand, and could turn things around on me. There for..." she looked away, "I wish to take a safty percotion."

Mordekai licked his lips again and looked to her with a raised brow. "Oh? Yet even more distrust eh?" He sneered. "Whatever. I'm unfazed. What is it, dear niece? I too have the ability to teleport people and objects such as myself just like my sisters. I would be perfectly happy to teleport you home. Although I'm pretty sure that you could do that yourself. There's no need for you to go out in public. However it is true, people I guess don't really like you at the moment. It didn't help too much that there was so much publicity about handing you over to the humans for judgement. Now there isn't many ways out of that." He yawned again. "It won't do much for my case, I know, but I would like to say that I have no intentions on backstabbing you. That'd go against my morals."

*Veria looked down and sat down in thought. "I... cannot chance it agian. I took a chance with my mother thing and it almost hurt everyone horrably. I have to be carefull. Do you have a plan to make this leagle however? Perhaps find a way to nigoshate me back to Eve as a act of alleince. From there i persume Eve can change my moral between the people of our land. It would then also however make questionable notice on your people, which may be bad." She shrugged, "thinking out loud of course. It's not about you backstabbing me or anything, it's the fact that my actions take a toll on many i care for aswell. I need ot be more carful in that act."
However her vioce suddenly appeared in kerias head, "sister... can you talk to me through your head? I have news." she thought as she looked to her so called uncle, "I am also having a conversation with my sister in my mind. I can give any message."

Mordekai nodded slowly and rubbed his eyes. "Uh-huh." He spun more in his chair to keep himself awake. "Chain events. Yeah, I know what you mean." He then sighed. "I was going to talk with China about it. Make it public that as an allied nation of Asia we were going to make peace with the Yokai, yadayadayada and all that s**t. I can be quite coercive when I want to be. And as an act of peace it'd be possible to hand the traitor, you, back to the Yokai people to be dealt with. However I don't have the utmost authority here. China does. He has the bigger armies and larger lands. I can talk to him about things but in the end his word is law. But I don't really wanna talk to Eve about that. I'd be much more comfortable coercing China." 'Yeah, I can talk to you through here. What is it? Are you doing all right over there?'

*Veria nodded, "in that case i wish to stay here untill you talk with china and such. I will not be a burrden however, and can stay out of your way." She gave a nod, "also I do thank you."
"Sister it seems the leader of japan is our uncle. He wishes to talk to china and let me go. Things are actully looking well at the moment other then the poitic side of my way back home. He says he will assist me however. So for now do nothing. I wish to see this play out, and possably i will be home soon. How are your... effects? Have you lost your temper yet over it all? There is many possablitys." she giggled. "and is shortstraw okay. I sensed he was sad before."

Mordekai licked the corner of his mouth then gave a quick nod to one of the guards. "I might as well get you a room, then. There is a meeting tomorrow with China's leader in which I will speak to him about such things. But for now, he is far across the border. You'll have to stay overnight." He stood up and slouched as he folded his hands into his pockets. "That's if you're not too chicken, of course." He teased before he moved around the desk and looked to the guard he motioned forward. "Take her to the room opposite mine. Keep her under guard although let her do as she pleases. She is a guest now, not a prisoner." The guard nodded. "Yes, sir!" Mordekai finally smiled to Veira. "Things may get easier from now on." 'Shortstraw seems better than he was. And no, I haven't got grumpy yet. I'm dreading when I do although I know there's nothing I can do about it so I'll just have to storm through it... well... wrong choice of words but even so. And yes, I only found this morning that the leader of Japan is our uncle, although I'm not sure as to what kind of person he is. Is he interesting? It stated in my book that he was a... bubbly character.'

*Veria nodded, "i will return the favor." She then followed the gaurd. 'Yes sister he is a vary interesting man. I find him much diffrent then i thought he would be. He is a bubbly sorts, i am pleased. And you know how hard it is for me to like anyone. Just look what it took to like you. And yes is asume it is hard on you sister. Although i'm sure you are having fun with shortstraw. He must be latched to you, or perhaps worse." She giggled, "however i susspect that you only have one more day or so of this effect. I warn once more to be carful. The final stages are the worst. Be carful. I have been ofered a room fro the night as a guest now. It seems i may be able to relax alittle more. I wish you a good night sister.'
Meanwhile shortstraw sat back as he finishe dhis meal and patted his belly, "i'm full as can be." He laughed and looked to keria, "how about you?" He loved to ask that question obviously. he liked it when she said she was hungry, and found it irnoic to what she was like before all this.

Kiera frowned a little as she looked to the food that kept getting piled onto her plate by Hikari. "Don't tease me like that. You know I'm still hungry." She then kept eating. Yeah, this was now just plain humiliating. She was getting so agitated at herself at not being able to stop eating. And the ever growing fat that was forming around her was bothering her so much. She wished when this was over that she could just cut it all off. She saw it as an imperfection if anything. Something to be made fun of and it was ugly. Evelyn came through the door, in her cat form, and made her way up the stairs silently. When she was in the bedroom, she went over to the windowsill and sat there, staring out the window. She wasn't sure of many things.
Mordekai, in his office, moved over to the window and sighed, putting his hand on the hold glass. "Sorry, sister." He moved away and trudged back to the desk where he pulled out lots of files and papers and slammed them onto the desk, making some of the guards jump. He looked to them. "Oh yeah, and you guys saw nothing here." His eyes flashed green and the guards eyes flashed back then they all nodded. "Yes, sir!"

*Shortstraw laughed and hugged keria, nuzziling her, "i love it when you say that." He poked her, "And you know i think your still sexy so all it good." He nodded and laughed as he looked to Hikari and hugged keria, "i even gained alot... so i guess we both had this coming." He looked to keria, "but we will be in shape again soon. It's almost over." He nodded and nuzzled her again, "though i will miss the warmth and soft squishyness." He nodded. Shortstraw did notice Evelyn came in, but made no action to it. He decided to let her be untill she would talk or come to him first. He felt guilty, bad about himself. So he decided to use keria's waght gain aginst his other thoughts. And by now that may have been even reconizeablet o keria now, that even though he did really like her like this, it also helped him not be really down about everything. He was trying to stay as happy as he could, keria being a excuse for it. "I hope Verias okay." he replied.

Kiera nodded. "Veira's fine." She looked to Hikari. "She's being held a guest by your brother." Hikari froze in her place and put her things down slowly. "I-is that so?" Kiera's eyes thinned. "Why had you not told us about this brother of yours, Hikari?" Hikari didn't look to them, she just stayed there and stared right in front of her. "N-no reason. He's not very important." Kiera made a face. "Well clearly he is. He's the leader of Japan. And one of the people who helped Amelie into power. You knew and you didn't tell us." Hikari swallowed hard. "Yeah." Kiera frowned. "Why?" Hikari turned and gave an awkward smile. "I.. never really got on with my brother you see. He was much like Amelie in the way of cockiness although much like me in the way of family values. He only wants to help family and yet-" Hikari stopped herself. Kiera tilted her head. "And yet?" Hikari shook her head and turned around again. "No matter. It's all in the past now. I'm sure he's a perfectly fine ruler."

*Shortstraw looked to keria, "really, verias okay." He was relieved but looked to hikari, still latached to keria however, "sorry i'm cluless, big brother or little brother?" He then shrugged, "did he do something to you, he sounds more nutral to me." He shrugged and nuzzled into keria again.*
Meanwhile soflora looked to Donte, "so i guess i'll see you tommorow? Or... maybe..." she looked to his bed that they were now sitting on, "i can stay..." she then looked to him, "i'm really liking the feeling of not being alone... the hidout gets cold at night too." She nodded.

Hikari nodded slowly. "Yeah... He's always been more of a grey character." She rubbed her hands together anxiously. "He's my big brother. Amelie is the youngest. Although me and Amelie are twins, I was born before her.." Kiera made a face. "And yet you don't speak very highly of him." Hikari chuckled awkwardly and scratched the back of her neck. "Well you can understand what typical older brothers can be like? I mean you don't have an older brother but it's not too hard to insinuate.." Kiera nodded. "Is he under the same... circumstances as you and Amelie?" Kiera asked as she continued to eat. Hikari frowned. "Yes. Although I'm not sure how many cycles he's been through, he also gets re-birthed after he dies. Sometimes we die at the same time and meet him up there in the Shinigami realm. It's not the warmest of reunions. But he prefers to stay separate from me and Amelie. He just doesn't like us. Amelie mostly."
Dante really couldn't help blushing that time. He really tried to keep himself from blushing because he noticed that he did it all the time when Soflora was around. He really had to stop. "O-oh, uhhh..." That too, he needed to stop stuttering all the time. "Y-yeah. I mean.. just so long as no one... sees. If anyone'd see that then they'd never let this go. They blow it up so much already." He glanced to the bed.

*Soflora nodded witha blush of her own, "oh... i could... sleep oer there..." she pointed across the room, "i don't want to embarice you... or anything." She smiled ackwordly, "i really dont care what the others say though..."
Meanwhile shortstraw nodded, "I guess that makes sense. I remember Veria had a way to stop the rebirthing thing, though i only heard her say that a few times latly..." he looked to Hikari, "do you find it as a curse or a good thing? I mean... it could be a good and bad thing huh." He chukkled, "i like the idea of just having one life." He nodded.

Hikari shrugged slightly as she looked out of the window. "It depends how you view it. And what you do as a result of it. I know that I am forced to live like this so I chose to use it to help people and make their lives brighter. Amelie is quite the opposite. She's spiteful because of this curse. My brother however hardly does anything. He often gets into important positions within the human realm and plays around with them then like dolls, but not as if it were a bad thing." She sighed. "We all take things differently. There's no guarantee that someone will view something the same as the other. This is personality."
Dante slowly shook his head and looked away. "No... you don't have to do that. I'm sure it'll be fine..." He nodded. "And you're right. We shouldn't care what the others think."

*Soflora smiled, "soooo... it's okay?" She asked cutly as she blushed, "it's really warm here..." She giggled.
Meanwhile shortstraw nodded, "so in other words it depends on the person and what they do with it." He nodded, "i guess that is a good way to put it. I like you, your like a mom to me. Miss ameile though... i don't like her. Your brother though sounds like a nutral kind, so i may like him." He laughed, "and now that we live here again, having you is helpful." he nodded, "you can cook, and clean, and give good advice, and when things get rough you can help us fight off anything." he chukkled and streacehd as he finally let go of keria and stood up, "yuji was a good man. I think he deserved you more." He nodded. After all she did explain that to him int he past a few months ago.
