Jase hadn't followed her over, not wanting her to think he was tricking her or something. What a right mess he had gotten into...even more so when the girl fainted. His doctor/healer instincts kicked back in as she rushed over to her, kneeling down next to her. He didn't have smelling salts on him so Jase held his hand over her forehead and tried using his power to wake her up. Thank goodness he had been able to keep it after being risen.

When Claudia finally came to she had to blink several times before she could focus on the face of the person kneeling next to her. She recogized the figure as the boy claiming to be dead. "You..." she said while trying to sit up. She became dizzy again. Not wanting to faint again she laid her head back down, but at a better angle to see his face. He looked concerned for her. "You...came to help me...Jase?"

Jase didn't touch her as she began to come to. He was afraid that she'd faint again. But he did stay by her. When she spoke, he smiled a little. "I did. I was...am a doctor and healer. I like to take care of people and help them when ever I can." He sat back a little to give her space. "Are you alright?"

"I-I don't really know if I'm ok. My head is spinning, but not from the fall." She tried sitting up again and was happy to discover she didn't feel dizzy anymore. "I just don't understand. How can you be dead? You're sitting here talking to me. Unless my mind is playing tricks on me, in which case you are the most realistic hallucination I've ever heard of." She placed her face in her hands, trying to make sense of things.

Jase remained sitting back, understanding how she felt. He wouldn't have believed it either. "I..well..I'll just tell you what I know. You can choose to believe me or not. I wouldn't blame you if you didn't..." He took a deep breath. "I was killed years ago and buried here. Not too long ago, a man...a demon named Loki woke me with magic, making me into what I am. Well, into an undead. He had meant to use me as a servant but ended up giving me freedom to do as I please." He tried smiling again. "I try to stay out of sight and I won't hurt anyone. I don't even leave the cemetery."

Claudia looked at Jase again. "Well, you certainly look real." She crawled toward him and reached out a shaking hand. She touched his hand and felt the solid flesh. She jumped, half falling back as she tangled in her skirt. "My god, you are real."

Cytheria sighed contently and wrapped her arms around Rei gently. Cytheria looked to Rei and smiled, "You're like.. a warm blanket right now..", she said to him, a bit cold from the evening breeze.

Jase froze when she came closer and nearly jumped out of his skin when she touched his hand. Seemed the touch scared her as well. "I am...but I'm also dirty, clammy, and pale. I looked much better alive," he replied, trying to lighten the tease mood.

"I suppose most people would look better alive. Not that you don't look... I mean, it's not that bad..." Claudia said, looking down while a dark blush crept up her cheeks. She was very embarassed, this boy cared enough to help her and she felt she was insulting the way he looked.

Jase grinned than laughed lightly. He seemed normal enough except for appearance. "That's alright. I know I don't look my best. It sort of happens when being in the ground for a long while." He folded his legs in front of him and watched her. "So...what's your name?"

"Claudia Emerson." Happy that Jase didn't seem offeded, Claudia looked up and at his face again. "It's a shame I never got to meet you when you were... alive."

Rei blushed faintly with Cytheria's words, and nuzzled the girl before shyly tipping her chin up to look to her. Would you like to come home with me, 'ther?

Jase filed her name away in his mind, hoping that it was stay there. He still wasn't quite used to the 'second chance' at life yet. "I don't know if you would have been around when I was alive, though. You look young now...so I'm sure were you only a child when I died."

"Oh... right." Claudia looked at the ground again, not sure if her next question would be welcome or not. "If you don't mind me asking, how old were you when you died?"

Jase didn't mind the question though it took him a moment to remember. It was a little embarrassing to forget but he wasn't supposed to be alive to remember. "Around 25, I think. How...old are you?"
