I do agree a limit, especially for new members, is a good idea. 2 canons and an OC perhaps.
I'm happy with just starting off with my 3 characters in total and its easier to keep track of who's where and what they are doing.
Maybe depending how well they handle what they have, after a cetain amount of time they can up their character amount by 1 and so on.

The only real difference was that i wanted a set standard regardless of rank and seniority with no exceptions. Neutrality...

Draft- Rule Revision on Character Counts:
Earth 73 Universe (DCU & YJ RPGs) is to be advised of the following change of Policy.
Prospective New residents/Applicants will begin with a 2 Character limit, one out of the two must be a canno Character to maintain RPG integrity. Those not active in the RPG (or OOC during an RPG lull) during the sixty day probationary period.
Additional Cannon/Original chartacters can be requested to a maximum of 3 Cannons once the probationary period is over and dedication to the RPG without incident.
Current residents/Cast we will have a 3 Cannon Character Maximum Cap to prevent RPG stand stills. A 4th Cannon could be allowed if member has proven to be a long term proactive member.
Total Cap 5, which is a mixture of Cannons and Orignal Characters.

i Like that and all but as a person who only does canons i have no interest in making a original chara so would i still be limited to the three then. cause i never have had an oc

We need some Canon hitters, though. But giving out more than 4 canons is dangerous to the RP in case of limbo lockup....

Well maybe i can lose batwoman, i haven't really done much with her or i can bring back star girl and lose raven hmmm. I might not choose giganta next time, i might be a different villain but as far as nuetral idk who that would be . and will i have to join the yj rp or is that optional for me to have my full charas cause idk if i wanna join it since when i did last time i was almost completely ignored.

You don't have to join YJ if you don't want to, Barbara's just saying the proposed rules will work for both DCU and YJ..
But I could vouch for you and me and Barbara can allow you a forth canon so you can have a balance of 2 heroes and 2 villains.
I know you can be dedicated and have stuck with us for a while and can be creative enough to contribute to arcs.
