No, Izzy's not a mod.
I'll be honest here...I would never make someone with that kind of temper a mod. I suspect they'd go trigger-happy over personal affronts. I choose people who can keep their cool and take things like this all in stride.
...It doesn't quite warrant a ban to me because I know who it is and that they're just doing it for the lulz. I just didn't expect things to get this touchy. O_o
