After giving Nurse Joy all his Pokemon, Mike collapsed on the couch, eager for a rest after his long day of Pokemon catching...even though it took less than an hour. He looked over at Mitsu and smile, slowly closing his eyes.
The last thing he saw was Mitsu's beautiful smile...

Kasiya was jolted awake as she fell, startling Shocker who zapped her in return. Dazed, Kasiya flopped back down, wondering what that freaky dream was all about. Nina seemed preoccupied with Angel and her unborn egg, so Kasiya stood up, stretching, and headed back to the change room silently. She figured she'd let Ariel swim until she was finished, then call the four of them back. She changed rather fast, and called Shocker back into her Pokeball, then headed out to the main room, calling back the still snoring Growly and looking around for her Zubat. It didn't take her long to locate him as he came swooshing down out of what seemed like nowhere and clung to her face. She sighed, and recalled him from there, still unsure of what to give him for a name. She walked over to the edge of the pool, where Misty and all the water Pokemon were still busy playing, and sighed. "Ariel, we have to go now," she called quietly, and the Vaporeon surfaced, her spirits looking up. Kasiya thanked Misty, who offered to let them come back again, and waved to Nina before leaving the gym.
"Now what should we do?" she asked no one in particular.

((Well, I'm gonna go to bed. Night everyone! heart ))
Nina got up and left the gym, departing for the Pokemon Center. She said good-bye to Misty and Kasiya upon leaving, and waved.
A few minutes later, she found herself comfortably resting in a bed in the Pokemon Center. We'll find something to do tomorrow, she thought. She fell asleep with a smile on her face, thinking of all the events that had happened that day.

"Ding!"
Mike arose with a start to the sound of the Pokemon Center's treatment bell. He raced over and grabbed his four Pokemon, thanking Joy immensly.
"It's strange, At the beginning of the treatment, all your Pokemon glared at the Shroomish. What happened anyway?" Joy asked curiously.
"Well, that little Shroomish took out my entire team. I know, I'm surprised too." Mike said with a shrug.
"Oh wow, I would never think something the size of my head could take on something as massive as your Steelix! But then again, what do I know about battling." She added a laugh in as she returned to her desk.
Mike looked at his Pokemon, all sealed into their compartments, then released Nitro.

((Night, Will!!))
She had taken a few steps when she suddenly remembered something very important. I forgot to call Mike back! she thought. He's gonna think I'm dead or something! Her fingers refused to act properly as she dug her PokeNav out of her pocket and dialed Mike's number, hitting all the wrong buttons and having to do it thrice over. It rang, and she waited for an answer.

Kevin suddenly woke up and looked around. He was in the Cerulean City Pokemon Center.
"Ugh... How long was I asleep?" he asked himself. After gathering up his things and his Pokemon, he got up and sleeply headed out the door. Once outside, Kevin released Squirtle and Caterpie from there PokeBalls. Squirtle took his place at Kevin's side and Caterpie climbed up onto Kevin's shoulder to get a better look at its new surroundings.

No sooner had he released his Charmeleon than the Pokenav start ringing. Mike picked it up and looked at the screen. "Kasiya!"
Nitro snatched the Pokenav out of his hands and turned it on. "Cha?"

"What?" Nitro? Is that you?" Kasiya asked, the throaty voice of the Charmeleon wasn't familiar, it was the way it said 'cha'. "Wow! You sound so great! How are you doing?" Kasiya asked, wondering what in the world Nitro was doing answering Mike's PokeNav.

"Cha, Charmeleon!" Ntro said, failing in his attempt to talk.
"Give me that!" Mike took the Pokenav from his Pokemon. "Hi Kasiya, how are you?"
Shiver, like he always does, released himself and started playing with Nitro.

"Yeah, he's a hard worker, and doesn't have any unions on his side." Mike said with a laugh. "How was your trip to Mt. Moon, see any Clefairy?" Mike smiled as he watched his Pokemon play.

"I didn't see any wild Pokemon," she said, her tone going cold. "I ran into a couple of goons from Team Rocket, and they roughed us up pretty good. Shocker is still recovering from it." She paused for a second. "Team Rocket collapsed all the tunnels inside Mount Moon," she explained. "They almost trapped me, Nina, and another boy named Kevin in there too. I just managed to get us out of there in the nick of time," she added, then her face fell. "I'm so sorry, Mike, I forgot to find you a Moonstone!" she cried, tears welling up in her eyes.

"Oh, I'm glad you're ok, and don't worry Kassie! Seeing you again is the best gift I can ever receive!" Mike said, marvling how sweet Kasiya was being.
Mike released Portabello, who looked around waryly, seeing the world outside of the forest and the treatment Center for the first time.

"But we're in other regions," she said, wiping her eyes with the back of her hand. "It'll be some time before I'm finished obtaining all the badges here in Kanto."

"Still, I will come and visit you after I collect a few badges here!" Mike said smiling.
Portabello cautiously walked up to Mike and hopped on his lap, still getting used to the fact that he has a trainer. He was very tense when Mike was petting him, but eventually relaxed. "I caught a Shroomish today, he''s a tough little guy. Took out my whole team!"
