Harleen actually, and the last's name's right, as you said.
Her villain name is a play on Harlequin though, the comicedic character/hero in the Commedia dell'Arte. Know those checkered jester outfits? The harlequin wore those too.

i knew it was Quinzel i was iffy on the first name. you got to love the creeper episode.

i loved him it was so hard to tell if he was villain or hero cause he wanted to beat the bejesus out of joker he punched bat man a couple of times but it was hard to tell if he noticed it was bat man ornot
