Leila looked at Lina, her red eyes glittering in an emotion best expressed by love, but she stayed silent for a moment longer while she composed herself.
"Lady, If we are looking for a place to set up Base, why don't we move outside of the city for now and do reconaissance on the city from there, where we can recoup from this latest attack and then, when we are stronger, we can come breaking back into the city and claim our place of choice?"

Lina listened closely, turning her gaze to Leila before replying, "That would be a wise choice if Troden was not as fierce as he is. he will be expecting many things and after our battle with him, regrouping is too obvious a choice for him to ignore. We must move to the area now while he is weak. Our position is no better than his at the moment, but his men do not have their leader and you do." she grinned for a moment before looking at the others. It was a good plan that she will keep in mind. In fact, a plan was coming to her now...
"There shall only be five people in this party including myself. It is small, but I believe that will be enough. I am asking for volunteers only, for we still need people to prepare for departure."

Remus hastily stepped forward. "I'll volunteer." He said no more. He thought he'd proved his metal over the past couple weeks. No one seemed to object so he simply let the statement lie.

"Lady Lina, I don't knwo the city well, for as you know, I help handle house affairs, but I would be willing to volunteer assistance to scout out a new residence, if you would allow me."
She stepped forward and bowed her head, silky black hair falling forward.

The fight between Remus and Troden was still in everyone's minds as Remus stepped up. A few older vampires nodded in respect at the lycan while others merely grinned. Lina nodded, gesturing for him to come to her side as a two others volunteered. She then looked at Leila and said, "This will be good for you to see the city. You may come." she then gestured for her to come beside her as she did the others.
The atmosphere became restless as Lina said, "Now, I shall give the floor to the second-in-command for the preparations of this base. The ones who volunteered, come with me." she then began walking out of the door.

Remus followed quickly, a gleam in his eye. He was looking forward to this. His thumb absentmindedly ran over the release button for his sword. He kept thinking about how he'd like to use it the next time he saw Troden. This might give him that chance.

Lina took them into the training room, quickly taking her chosen weapons and gesturing for the others to do tha same thing if the hadn't already, "We will be gone for two days, on the third, we have to come back for that will be the time Aurora must be awakened." there was a moment of silence before she continued, "After that, I hope to continue this, but I have my doubts if that will be possible. Let us hope we will find an excellent area by then."

Obsidian kept herself cloaked as she listened. Lina and Rmus seemed alright so she felt no need to make herself visible....it might make things complicated. Without giving her position she left, blinking out. She appeared above the base, "What a dilemma." She commented then took off, "Now what's Troden up to?"

Leila brushed her jet hair out of her eyes, brushing her hands over the pommels of her twin blades. She felt so much more comfortable in this position with them close, though no one really had seen her perform with them in many, many years.
It was strange to be outside of the House after such a long time. Her pupils dialated tight, causing her to wince, but she didn't make a sound. The bright red of her tattoo on her back contrasted sharply with the paper whiteness that had taken residence over the many years of hiding away from the world.
She watched Lina and wondered if she really knew what they were going to do when the Leaders were risen and taking their world back. Would we be pushed aside, for some new mad scheme they cooked up? She shook her head and sighed, following Lina closely.

Lina took to the rooftops, and moving left, away from the Rajen/Lotus line. Safety was her first concern and living close to an enraged enemy isn't very safe.

Remus frowned when he thought of what would occur in three days. He wasn't sure he liked the idea. He knew it was neccessary though and pushed the thought from his mind. He followed Lina swiftly.

"All we need is an area that can be easily manipulated with the least amout of magical power," Lina said quietly as they moved, signalling for the two other volunteers to check out the first areas she spoke of, "And that is hard to find these days..."
