Guess what Zetsu. There is a reason those that have the same rules are the same, and there is a reason those that don't have it don't. It's the same reason some villages have the same missions.
The people who made the rules copied each other, and some of them didn't bother making it at all. If Zane made something like that for Suna, it would be his choice what to put in it. You can't enforce something in Kumo because you found it in Kiri.

We will let Greg decide. Because Hinote, that would be unfair, seeing as Anbu have the capabilities to learn different styles of Taijutsu, as well as learn all Jonin rank jutsu... So we are just going to let People skip Jonin exams completely?

Do you guys HAVE to drag me into something THIS TRIVIAL?!?!? Seriously, ANBU does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING power wise. Normally I would allow the Kage to judge whether to let someone in ANBU or not, but for the sake of ending this, I would say the limit is Special Jounin (A rank soon to be introduced). Theres your answer. Now be happy with it.
