{Enter from the Batcave}

Terry shot through the skies toward the warehouse... At least.... he thought he was going in the direction of the warehouse. Dammit, why did everything have to look so different?! After a second or two, he got his bearings... And then he saw Vandal Savage through a window, sitting in the penthouse room of a clearly top-notch hotel. Next to a girl. "Ooooh, no you don't," he muttered, glaring at the man. He hadn't ever had an actual run in with him in his time. Per say. And by per say he meant 'yet'. Terry had only been at this whole Batman thing for a little more than a year, and knew full well that he was going to have to deal with the immortal eventually.

He glanced in the direction of the warehouse, then back at the girl, who clearly had NO idea what she was in for. Or, rather, what her kid was going to be in for if they actually... But this other person was in the clutches of the JOKER. They could be easily be dead before he was able to get there. ... Or worse, of course. There was always that unpleasant option when dealing with the clown.

That settled it. He'd just have to come back and trounce Savage at some later point. Don't be stupid, he told the woman mentally, then jetted off toward the warehouse again.

{Exit to Warehouse}

"Sure," said Vandal Savage. He grabbed the robe off of the floor and handed it to Sapphire, then went to the bathroom to get the other one, the one he never got around to getting last night. Once he was wearing it, he walked over to the phone and asked, "Anything in particular?"

Picking up the phone, Savage dialed room service and said, "Yes, I'd like for you to bring up two servings of everything on your breakfast menu... Yes, you heard me right. Everything, and as soon as possible... Thank you." Savage hung up. "Moron," he spat at the phone, then he turned to Sapphire. "They'll be up here with the food in about fifteen minutes.

"Alright, Sapphire. I'll let you know when the food arrives." Savage thought for a moment. He was getting his offspring rather soon now. He needed to get the kid to Egypt, so he could harvest it while it was young, while no one but Sapphire would miss it.

{Enter Batman, Rosie, and Shadow Spider from Warehouse}

Terry shot through the air, trying to remember where that whole thing with Warp had happened. He... didn't really know. It had been right around the corner from that place that the girl had taken him, but he'd been so... out of it... Wait, that looks familiar, he thought with some relief. It was bizarre to get so easily lost in the city he'd grown up in. In any case, he'd just drop of the two ladies, take care of the bat if it was following him, and then... drop them off at the Batcave? No. Not Rosie, anyway. This spider girl needed medical attention badly, though, and Alfred was good with that sort of thing... from what he remembered.

Right about then Batman came into view. "Catch," he called, swooping low to deposit Roxy in Warp's arms and Rosie in Alex's. A second later, he blinked and dropped the ripped-out spider leg as well. Then he looped back and shot at the enormous bat. He had to keep it busy long enough for them to get away... And hopefully he could take it out, period. If it had just been a gigantic bat, that would have been one thing, but it was a MAGICAL gigantic bat.

((NOOOOOO! It's only ten! Come on!!! Bed is for wimps! Who needs sleep anyway!?))

Terry winced as he flipped out of the direct path of the blast. It hurt his ears. A lot. Well, two could play at that game. He continued toward it until the last second, when he stopped in midair and turned, so that the creature flew past him. As it did so, he grabbed onto its back and held on tight.
