Anekio thought about it for a moment. "Hm...I'd probably leave them there for being a pervert." She smirked at him. "So you'd better not let me have my way with you or you'll be stuck to a bed for who knows how long."

"So would it be safe to let you have your way with me if I wasn't tied up?" Yuhi moved forward so he was leaning over her on his hands. "It's funny that you said me when I was just referring to anyone you would be with. First you're talking about Kei seeing you first thing in the morning and now this? I think your mind is as perverted as mine, not that I care."

"I..I am not!" Anekio blushed, looking up at Yuhi. "A-and, I don't think you should let me have my way with you unless you ...Let's just forget I said anything, okay?" She gave him a pleading look, feeling this subject was getting uncomfortable.

Mai-lin nodded. "Ok. But the way he was raised made it so he'll learn how what you're saying and hopefully learn to talk. But that might now be for awhile." She took his hand as they got closer to the house, glad Himi was sitting on her shoulder. Her smile fadded as she saw her father and step-mother standing in the door way, waiting for her. What do they want now?

Kei knew another uncomfortable situation was coming and sighed. He reached over and took Mai-lins hand in his, and gave it a squeeze so she'd know he was there for her.

Mai-lin stopped as she reached the door. She didn't bow her head this time just stared at her father, ignoring Sanoko. "What do you want, Taku-san?" She asked.
Taku bowed his head slightly. "I just wish to tell you I am sorry for disrepecting you. Please allow me forgiveness, Mailin-san."
Mai-lin relaxed a little. "You aren't forgiven but for the sake of Jito you are safe. For now. Once more and I will throw you out. Keeping Jito and Tito here with you or their mother. I do not think they want that." She said then led Kei past the two adults. When they had gone back through the house and were outside the gates of the clan she started to cry slightly. "I use to love him...I still do but now he hates me..."

"You know, I used to think that I hated my father for being gone all the time. When I thought about it more, I realized how much I actually loved him and tried to think about how it'd be if he wasn't there." After he said it, his gaze dropped. Now I don't have to think because he really is gone.

mai-lin gave Kei's hand a squeeze, having not let go of it. She smiled at him, shaking her head and getting rid of most of her tears. "But you figured out you loved him so that's good and you got to see him again before he..." She looked down, her smile replaced by a slight frown.

"Even if you can't make things completely better between you and your father, you should at least try to come to an understanding. Wouldn't you feel bad if he were to die now? Don't you have things that you'd like to tell him or talk to him about? I think everyone always has something to say, even if they don't realize it at the moment." Kei then shrugged. "Anyway, seems I'm not supposed to train, what should we do? After we get something to eat, I mean."
"When you get out I'll teach you a fun way to play Twister." Yuhi grabbed her hand and kissed it. "I think that would make a good night in; drinking and playing a game that requires balance."

"Aw, but I wanna just get up and leave. Moegi-senpai'd never notice and if anything I'd just hide from them." Anekio gave a small pout, but smiled after. "Besides, Twister's good for sick patients, right?"

"I don't know. There's really not much else to do...." She noticed the ramen stand ahead and pulle Kei to it, sitting down as soon as they reached it. "We could play hide and seek again. But this time I can look for you." She ordered her ramen, Miso, like always, and looked back overr to kei. "And I would. Feel bad."

"With the type of wound you have, that probably wouldn't be good. You might reopen it." Yuhi got up and went to look around in the hall, then came back. "I could see if they'll let you out. We can go watch a movie or something."
Kei ordered the same. "I don't know how well that would work right now. I can't put pressure on my chest still and I think Rou would give away my position." He looked down at his puppy which was currently begging for scraps from one of the other customers.
