As for Sasuke--

I don't think he is beyond redemption. As long as Naruto and Sakura still have the will to keep on fighting for Sasuke, there still exists a chance to bring Sasuke back home. Also, Sasuke himself does not appear to be done with Konoha; I personally believe that he will have to come back for some purpose or another involving the Uchiha clan/Uchiha clan secrets. That or Naruto and Sakura will drag his a** home.

As one who believes he will eventually return, I'm keeping my faith.

I said a prayer. I've never had a time when either of my parents or my siblings had to be sent into ER (unless you count my mom giving birth), so my prayers go out for you and your mom, Kairi-san.

(As for being in school, we had school today, but we didn't have classes. Seeing as I'd be more productive with my life at home than in school, where I'm liable to stare in space from 7.30 am to 4.10 pm, I stayed at home.)

Anyway, to be on topic, I think the whole point of Naruto would be flushed down the crapper if Sasuke were beyond redemption. It's just as Naruto said- "How can someone become Hokage when he can't even save his own friends?" I really believe in this statement, and it'll be the statement that will hold Naruto, and consequently, Sakura, to the goal of getting Sasuke back.

The spoiler with the Mangekyou? I just assumed it was fake because the Weekly Shonen Jump doesn't come out in Japan stores till Wednesday, or so I've heard. Is it true then? Or was it another spoiler Kairi-san was talking about?

As for Boss-chan's new topic, I say that SasuSaku IS one of the main things that helped along Sakura's development. I mean, come on - how could anyone not see that losing Sasuke drove Sakura into trying to become stronger? Everything she did in the timeskip, and even stuff she did post-timeskip, was all for her team, which encompasses both Sasuke and Naruto.

Her love for Sasuke matured her little by little. In the Forest of Death, it was her love for Sasuke and her sense of duty to her teammates that helped her hold her ground against the Sound nin till Sasuke woke up. In the fight with Gaara, it was this same love and sense of duty, just a bit matured, that made her stand between a half-transformed Gaara and a pained Sasuke. It was this love of hers that made her stay by Sasuke when he was in the hospital after being mind-raped by Itachi, and obviously, it was this love that made her say she would throw away EVERYTHING she had to be with him and help him with his goal.

Along the way, as her love for Sasuke grew stronger, her sense of duty and her kunoichi skills grew too. That's why I can't see why they would say her love for Sasuke is ruining her chances to grow as a person.

Off Topic: Just wanted to thank you guys. <3 As it turns out my mom had a heart-attack, but she's expected to make a full recovery. I'd like to give some credit to all of you. First the tornadoes narrowly missing us, now this?! You miracle workers.

Um.. the first Naruto movie is supposedly being dubbed, and is said to be released in theaters this June. <3 If this is true, for those of you who live in the United States, GO SEE IT. >> And then squeal at the SasuSaku moment at the end.

Also, if the dub continues moving at the pace it's at right now, 109 will be aired in no time. x3 Episode 78 is airing tomorrow night. I'll be sure to alert you all of Episode 109's premiere when it's announced. [Though I'm sure you could easily find it yourself.. xD;]
