Aiketh smiled slightly at the Wind Dragon Knight and placed her hand on the small of her back, guiding her up the stairs and into the castle. Let's get you to your room, first. Illusia," she turned to look at the man, "Do you know if the old Wind Dragon Knight's room is clean?"
Baran blinked in surprise, internally wincing as he felt his stomach drop at the prospect of a transportation spell. "Oh, great," he muttered.
Of course, the voyage over hadn't been anywhere near comfortable, either. At least this one would be over faster.

Illusia stared at the woman a few feet away from him. "Uhm... clean, I'm sure it is, but... no onehas lived in it since," here he coughed lightly into a fisted hand, "you know. It's bound to be a lot of dust but nothing the maids can't clear away in a quick 'do-over' but..." Illusia paused and glanced at Midare for a second. "She could always use my or one of the guest rooms to rest in while the maids get that room ready or prepare another for permanent stay."
Micoi blinked wide eyes at them and then laughed, smiling, as she placed a hand with fingers spread on her collarbone. It looked as if she was about it introduce herself again. "I'm the Dragon Queen and I have the Dragon Eyes," she said with a warm smile. Moving her other hand up, she clasped them together gently and closed her eyes. "This is Arinas, a continent brimming with magic. A pair of the Dragon Queens' most prized treasures, along with the power this place harbors, what could I not do?" She opened her eyes slowly, smiling at them. "I must confess," she added, blushing, "that I however know how to use mine more... effective than the others, I think," she laughed embarrassed. "I'll use the power of my Dragon Eyes to take us all back to Dusis."

"Please, do so." Techinically, he could have ordered her to do so, but as she was willing to teleport them, there was no need.

"Oh....I....I guess.."Celia felt a little stupid for not having considered that. She should have known that for someone such as the Dragon Queen, demon portals weren't something needed.

"Of course," Micoi smiled, "there are portals up in the temple where Kanak and I lived but we'll do it like this instead." She laughed again, rubbing the back of her head. "We were actually never really sure where those went." (O_O; That's just as bad as the previously unknown sanctuary beneath the Dragon Castle XD;; )
Coughing once, the dragon smiled and clasped her hands togethere again. Closing here eyes almost completely so that only a tiny shard of gold was visible beneath her long, ice azure lashes, she stood still. Suddenly there was a glimmer in the gold and then a soft flash of light from beneath her lids. Behind her white smoke began swirling in a spiral, becoming larger and larger. In the middle of it a faint golden, liquid-looking, mass was forming that seemed to ripple like the surface of a pond.

Jett's eyes also narrowed, and there was a red gleam to his eyes. He seemed ready to reach out at Micoi, his hands suddenly long and clawed. But then the group vanished.

((Hmm. Well. That's creepy, Karill. o_O; ))
"Absolutely not!" Aiketh shook her head at Illusia, stepping slightly closer. "She may stay in one of the guest rooms, but not in your chambers. That's not appropriate to suggest to a young lady, even-no, especially-if she is one of the Dragon Knights!" She scowled, flushing red, and tightening her grip the back of Midare's top. Seeming to bite her tongue and force herself to not say anymore, she turned to Midare.
"If I remember correctly, a few of the rooms overlook the castle gardens. Would you perfer one of those, or one of the ones that face out more over the pathways?

"I wasn't going to be in them while she is there. It was only if she was tired and wanted to rest at the moment." Illusia said but wasn't sure if Aiketh would, or wanted, to hear it. Hell, for all he knew she might pretend not to hear it. That woman was impossible sometimes, it made him want to... Agh.

He was right. Aiketh didn't want to hear it. She would apologize later for her rude behavior, but was not in the mood to listen to him talk right now.
She felt a little guilty for fighting over such a petty thing in front of the new addition to the Dragon Clan, but pushed the thought aside. She could think about that later. They needed to continue on now.
...Anyway, she reasoned, he already knew this was her fault to begin with. The morning had been just so awkward, and she really should have just left when she first realized he wasn't ready yet. She shook her head mentally. Next time she would just leave the damn food on a tray outside his door with a note about a later conference.

Midare just looked back and forth, from one to the other as they discussed what to do with her. Finally, she pulled herself away from Aiketh's hold and turned to face them both. "Ok ... hold up. I may look like a frail little elf maiden and all that, but I'm really not. Any room is fine with me until you can get whatever room I'm supposed to be in fixed up."

Illusia turned towards the knight, Illusia smiled apogetically. "It's not really that. We do not double your capability as a knight but..." he paused for a second, as if unsure how to go on before settling for the truth. "The last Wind Knight was the youkai Lord Nadil. I can't say that there have been any warm memories or history with him here, at least not many."

"Illusia is right, for once," Aiketh agreed, crossing her arms lightly over her body. "I'm sorry if it sounded like we doubted you or thought little of you."

Midare blinked slightly at that ... she hadn't paid all that much attention to history lessons, but that name, she did recognize. "O-oh," she said after a moment. "Er ... I guess it makes a little more sense why you'd be nervous about me then ..."

"We're not worried about you but rather if you would want that room seeing as you would be staying in it permanently. We merely didn't want to decide anything for you due to how it is," Illusia explained.

Midare wrinkled her nose slightly, thinking for a moment. The history of the previous occupant of the room didn't really bother her ... she glanced up to Hayate for a moment, then looked back to the other two. "It won't bother us to stay there," she said finally. "It's just a room, right?"
((Hahaha! It would be so amusing to have it be randomly haunted or something. Can you imagine that? LOL! ))
