Terms


In the event of life-altering decisions, such as skinwalkering or lifemating, consent of Rabid-white-Mongoose is required. If consent is not given, full ownership will revert back to Rabid.

Rabid-white-Mongoose's permission is only required in the instance of a lifemating.

If, at any time, The_Toadies_gal disappears from Gaia for a period of four months or longer, and Rabid-white-Mongoose is not able to contact her, full ownership will revert to Rabid.

The_Toadies_gal may not pass on her co-ownership to another person, but she may give up her co-ownership at any time if she chooses.

Rabid may break the co-ownership at any time, for any reason, if she chooses. The_Toadies_gal's consent is not required in the event that Rabid feels it is necessary to break the co-ownership.

Terms

Faid may not pass on co-ownership to another person

if Faid is away from gaia for more than three months full ownership goes to mewneko

Ronove (known now as Tristan Thorne) and I are breaking the co-ownership for Vasuki, the chinese fireball HP soq. I'm buying out Ronove's half. smile No hostilities or anything...we just think it's better this way. ^^

Co-ownership of Poseidon between Infinities and Kita Etheria Bloodmyth (aka Kita).



Infinities:
* Sig rights, bebbeh
* She will get a basket from the first breeding.

Kita:
* Full RP rights
* Full breeding rights, no need to gain approval from Infinities to breed (except on the first breeding, for obvious reasons)

If Kita vanishes for more than 6 months with no posts, Infinities reserves the right to revoke this agreement.

x-Ivory_Feld-x's Rights: Teepee/Signature Display. FULL RP rights.

Kiara Lime's Rights: 2 out of 3 Breedings. 1st Breeding already agreed to be between Nabooru and (Manda's) Dante Sparda. 2nd Breeding Kiara has full rights to choose the mate, ect. 3rd Breeding I will discuss personally with Kiara; just in case I want rights to it by then. I WILL NOT BE CLAIMING BASKETS FROM EITHER OF THE 1st OR 2nd (Kiara's) BREEDINGS!! She is free to enter two of the three breedings without my permission/asking/consenting me 1st; as it should not/will not contribute to my limit of two couples in my name. In the case Kiara Lime should quit gaia or be absent/MIA for 6 months, FULL OWNERSHIP will transfer back to me (so I can get her name off the cert/breed as I wish, ect.)

Co-Ownership between Tefla and Amethyst M Bell:



RP Rights:
Both Tefla and Amethyst M Bell have 100% RP rights. I'd like that we keep to the RPs that we start though and not intrude on one another.


Breeding Rights:
-The first breeding will belong to Tefla and will not count towards Amethyst M Bell in any way, nor will Amethyst M Bell receive a basket from that breeding.
- The second breeding will belong to Amethyst M Bell, will not count towards Tefla in any way, nor will Tefla receive a basket from that breeding.
- The third breeding will count towards both of us. In that occurrence of three baskets one will go to Tefla, one will go Amethyst M Bell, and one will go to the owner of the breeding partner. If there are only two baskets, who the basket goes to will be discussed and agreed upon by both Tefla and Amethyst M Bell.
- Tefla has the final say in any/all breeding partners.

Sig Rights:
Both Tefla and Amethyst M Bell have full sig rights.

Failure to follow this agreement will be talked about first, and should it persist this agreement will be made void and posted so.

I am giving full ownership of Poppins to The_Toadies_gal. Going forward I have no rights to rp, display, breed, or OOC Poppins.

This co-ownership shall go on between Tebiki and Perky Persosom.

Perky's rights.

- Full Sig Rights
- Full RP Rights
- Breeding's are to be discussed between the two, depending on the activity of Perky. Since she will not be on gaia that often.
- Has rights to break the co-ownership if she comes back full time.

Biki Rights.

- Full Sig Rights
- Full RP Rights
- In charge of finding Terentia a mate, if her current one continues to be so inactive.
- Has the right to break the life mating if she sees fit, after talking to Perky.
- Breeding's are to be discussed between the two, depending on the activity of Perky. Since she will not be on gaia that often.
- Is able to claim full ownership if Perky is not heard from in a year.

*Tebiki and Perky know each other in RL, so they can talk outside of Gaia all the time so if any problems come up, we can sort it out, thank you*
