I'm relatively disappointed in the size of that fireball. Right after this fight, we're practicing so I can launch stronger attacks faster without having to focus as much. Even in my rage, my sadistic mischievous shines through. I gather some energy and launch a ball of fire at his groin. "BECAUSE I CAN!" I state simply.

"Well that's disappointing..." I say as I see my projectile disintegrate. "And I went with the best shape possible too... guess I'll just have to do this the old fashioned way." I then begin gathering energy and preparing to fire off a laser once I have adequate power.

As Maxwell got slapped by the stream of water, he then w got annoyed, and withdrew his dagger and used his dagger as a catalysis so that he could create a small sword from it, using the compressed and dense darkness energies to surround it and compress until maximum density, and tossed it at the dark figure.
(Sorry bout this, workin' three roleplays, along with helping some of my other friends with their stories. kinda hectic.)

Kirino:Your arrow hits before the Orange Ring glows. Once the Ring glows, the arrow disintegrates. 42 damage to enemyMarco:The Blue Ring glows. Water attempts to hit you. However, it misses. Your hammer just barely hits. He's not even phased by it. 4 damage to enemyMoriah:Your armor doesn't seem to want to come together very well...then you realize that the water has been around you, making the earth into mud. You'll have to move further away from the river. Manra:You maintain it easily enough. He does not seem to be able to see you. Atlanta:It's not a perfect hit, but it'll get the job done. He roars in agony. 53 damage to enemyEleutherius:Your laser hits with decent accuracy. 78 damage to enemyMaxwell:Before you can throw it, something happens... Everyone: Battle report from beginning of combat until now: Moriah: No damage, now covered in mud Manra: No damage, the Violet Ring stops its power now (explained below) Marco: Very minor damage (explained below) Kirino: No damage Maxwell: Very minor damageEND COMBAT Everyone:Once Eleutherius' laser hits the man, the Orange Ring glows brightly. It starts making sounds. Suddenly, it explodes! The darkness moves away from the man. He falls to the ground, his left hand completely gone. His right hand is outstretched: the Blue Ring is still on his middle finger. He is clearly alive and conscious, but in shock over the Orange Ring's self-destruction. He is looking at where his left hand should be with wide eyes.

I growl a bit for making such an ametuer mistake. Damn, shoulda thought about the river.. I need to think in a whole new dimension as a warrior... if it's bond with the ring's energy, should still somewhat be of use... I charge forth with my sword. I didn't intend to execute him, but I needed him disabled so he couldn't run... He needed to answer some questions. I swing my sword in a horizantal stroke to his left knee.

Marco looked where the orange ring was, only to see it explode. Curious to why, then wondered why the man attacked. He looked down at his ring, hoping to make the hammer disappear then turned to the man wondering who he was.

Manra covers her ears with her hands, as to lessen the sound. But she was also wide eyed as she saw the ring explode along with the man's hand. "What....happened? It .... blew up."

Moriah: Your blade strikes hard and true: instead of damaging his knee, you chop right through it: he screams loudly as the lower half of his leg is severed.
Marco: The hammer goes away, its energy returning to the Ring.

I flick the blood off of my sword and sheath it. I kneel down and sit on top of him, making sure to try and pin his arms. I grab his shoulders and dig my nails in pulling him up. "Now... You'll be answering my questions or you'll be answering to the gods! Where's Amadahy?!" I roar out.

As Moriah swings her blade down Kirino screams, "Moriah no!" But it was too late, she watches in horror as she chops half the mans leg off. She rushes over to Moriah and the man, "Stop it! Let me take the ring off his finger, and then there will be no need to harm this man anymore. Ele, come heal him before he passes out or goes into shock, we need to be able to talk to him, and we very well can't talk to a man who's unconcious or nearly comatose." She shoots Moriah a displeased look, even though she knows that Moriah can't see it. She then moves to the man's side and grabs his hand, attempting to pull the ring off his finger so she can get it Amadahy.

Damn it, she's right... I'm sorry Master, I disobeyed two of your teachings... I let go of shoulder, but still remain on top of him, to prevent him from drawing a weapon. A tear starts to roll out of my eye... I was ashamed what anger turned me into...

Fi'hai, was that a fake Orange ring? I doubt the real one would have just disappeared like that.

Moriah: "I don't know! I don't know! I DON'T KNOW!" he screams. "Don't hurt me anymore! I'm sorry! I was just doing what he said to!"
Laci: When you touch the Blue Ring, it glows brightly. Once you get it off of his finger, it flies out of your hand.
Everyone: The Blue Ring circles the area a few times. Finally, it descends and latches onto Silla's right middle finger. It glows brightly. She looks at it for a moment, but soon clasps her paw closed tightly and looks at the now ring-less man. "Water can heal, can't it?" she asks whoever is listening.
Atlanta: Yes, it did not give off the same aura as Lasai'ei did, Fi'hai says in your mind. Clearly a fake. Though it was impressive how well it replicated Lasai'ei's power.

"Who's 'He'?" I ask, easing off of him, seeing as he's no longer dangerous. I turn back to Ele and Silla. "Yes, Water can heal... but this man seems to be a pawn of someone... any way to fix his leg to make it work?"

I stalk over to the mangled man and kneel by him. I lift him up my the back of his clothes and hiss in his ear. "Who are you working for? And how are you getting these copies that have Lasai'ei's power?"
