Queen-of-the-Rogue Ok already! Everyone but me is getting snow! We have two feet right now and it's still going. We've only had this much once before when I was living here, eight years ago. We got a full week off of school then.

One of my friends down in NC has about that much. We have maybe an inch at the moment. Unfortunately, there's ice...I'm just waiting to slip and fall like I do every year...

The snow we have right now is purely powder. I joined the neighborhood snowball fight and it was hard to pack it tight enough to throw.

XPurple_Eyed_GirlX I hate ice. The snow we have right now is purely powder. I joined the neighborhood snowball fight and it was hard to pack it tight enough to throw. I know what you mean - I do, too. I like snow, for the most part, but not ice. Bleh. That sounds like fun, though. You're lucky. There aren't any kids in my neighborhood to do that, even if we have snow.

I got tackled serveral times by my sisters friend, and it didn't hurt because of the snow. It was a blast.

I live in a neighborhood where most of the people either have very young children or their children are grown, and I'm the only one my age.

We used to get Ice but we don't even get that anymore.

I wish I could live in a snowy place. It snows once a year here, even though it's insanely cold. stressed
I grew up in Minnesota and Sweden among other places, but haven't seen REAL snows in over seven years.
Congratulations, Queenie! You did it! How on earth did you get gold so quick? Just Booty Grabbing, or did you sell something?

The snow is horrible here. For most of winter there is snow on the ground, though, ice is there sometimes. The snow never really melts and disappears for more than a day.

I live farther south than Queenie does (we both live in Texas) and I even got snow.

It snowed over the night, and it will throughout the day today, and a large storm is coming and will happen between wednesday and friday.
