CRACK!

The two aura's mix and time slows a little bit. His attack had hit Katsu square in the face, but wait! What was this?

"...Pathetic..."

His head had shifted a bit, but besides that he had remained unharmed, without even a scratch. His image flickered and he appeared behind Okura. He spun quickly, as it seemed the other man was still in a slow motion type state. He brought his foot forward into the man's spine. The destination? The wall if it hit.

And time would resume for the both of them.

He extended his right arm out, palm facing forward and aimed in Joshua's direction. His left arm was reared backwards, hanging slightly over his head and clentched tightly into a fist.

"One Inch...."

His entire body tense, like a spring would coil before taking a giant bounce, he stared towards Joshua with unswerving eyes.

It looked as if Vahn was going to try and snipe Joshua. It would seem as if he were just giving Joshua the chance to escape, to any one else's eyes... as if Vahn was aiming the best he could in an attempt to hit.

Steam and smoke continued to roll off his body, even as the knuckles on his left hand cracked, the ground underneath him buckling.

"BULLET!!!!"

And it came.

His left arm never gave any warning let alone body language that it moved and unleashed the attack. Nothing short of a small ring of exploding steam would be seen, followed by the actual impact of the forged heat needle into Joshua's chest.

A thunderous crack would follow suit.

It would send him backwards a fair amount of distance, as the explosive force dissipated and left an expanding ring of smoke at where Joshua had previously been standing.

The impression of Vahn's fist would be left on Joshua's abdomen; the strike doubly potent if the man had any air in his lungs at the moment.

By the time Joshua would recover from the 'Bullet', Vahn would not be seen standing in place anymore.

Okura would simply smile as the redish-black glow of the beam overtook him.

"Hehehehehe....HAHAHAHAHAHAHAWHAHAAAAAAA!"

Yeah, he'd erupt into maniacle laugher even as the beam threatened to vaporize him.

Suddenly, his green erupted, as if he had opened some sort of spiritual floodgate. Both arms shot forward, the veins on them as thick as newborn snakes as he "caught" the ball.

"HAHAHAHAHAHA.... YEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!"

He would be forced back into his crater for a brief moment as he struggled with the ball. The enter cliff face would begin to shatter and crumble beneath him. But his aura kept growing, he wasn't going to be undown by the massive collection of pretty lights.

"MORE!"

What's this? Okura started to move... forward? Yes! He's manage to push the ball backwards for about five feet before just hurling it upwards into the air, where it would explode in a blinding flash. The explosion would of course create near-hurricane force winds in the general area. But Okura was unmoved. He'd just hover there, breathing heavily with his now bulging arms still extended in front of him.

Okura's eyes widened.

"What!? Fast!"

He was hit by the first few attacks but would soon regain his bearing and start parring and dodging the flurry.

"HO HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HUH HA HOOH HA HUH HAH!"

Time would do the bullet time slow down effect once more as Okura ducked under a punch and countered with a friend straight aimed at Katsu's gut. If it hit, it would have that wierd rubber effect, as if he were trying to punch through him. Then he would dissappear with a loud "shring" sound, only to appear above and behind Katsu with a double overhand smash into the ground.

"Grah!?"

ANd face would indeed meet earth.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"


The impact shook the ground, creating more rock slides and dust clouds. The sudden energy explosion would shred a good portion of Okura's clothing as is engulfed him. And yeah, his anquished screams would echo all throughout the canyon.

"YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARH!!!!!"

When the dust finally cleared, Okura would be lying face first, all brusied up and dirty. His clothes would be torn and pretty much ruined. He wouldn't move though, not much more than a few twitches.

"Y...You... foool!"

Okura would reappear before the man would reach him, but he was different this time, very different. He had stopped himself from flying backwards any further, extending his arms to either side as well as his legs. The green aura that had been raging before was no more. It had since been replaced by golden flames.

The flurry of punches and kicks would begin to strike Okura, but he would remain motionless, unphased it would seem.

Ketsu would see a pair of emerald green eyes bearing down on him, filled with renewed resolve and determination. His black hair was spiked straight up, and looked as if Okura had dyed it blond and stuck his finger in an electrical socket.

He had ascended to the first stage of his true power.

"....."

He'd then attempt to catch one of Katsu's punches with his right arm, and hold it there if successful. His left would then press against his foe's chest and glow brightly.

"Not enough..."

THOOOM! And he would then attempt to blast Katsu into the wall across from them.

And Okura would hover in the air like a badass, waiting. His eyes were locked onto the dust cloud across from him. He couldn't see his foe, exactly. But he DID know that he wasn't dead. He would just wait.

"I know you've been holding back Katsudon. It's time we stopped playing games and show what we can really do."

Okura reaches up with one of his overly muscular arms and wipes the blood from the corner of his mouth.

After shielding his eyes from the flying debris, Okura would lower his arm and smirk.

"That's more like it."

His right arm would raise into the air.

"Round two."

A massive, white fireball would form in his hand, starting out at the size of a baseball then rapidly expanding about 10 feet in diameter.

It looked like he was getting ready to toss it, but he would vanish seconds before throwing his arm forward.

-Shring-

He'd reappear behind Katsu just as he released the ball.

"AND I'M NO ONE'S b***h!"

-BOOOOOM!-

Weither it hit or not, the ball would explode in a blinding white light.
