The little fae had followed the trickling Tamu'maji all the way from the unclaimed southlands, the home of her rogue family, until it began to pick up and become something quite larger than she had ever anticipated. However, as it turned from trickling stream into a lush river, she knew she had exited that safe hold of the southlands and had instead entered claimed territory. Her father had once told her of this place, the pridelands, the king that ruled over them all. King. Her nose wrinkled at the word, finding it hard to believe a lion would allow themselves to be ruled. Still, she'd abide by the rules, no reason to make enemies out of your own pride - that was just stupid, and Syeira was brilliant. Brilliant by her own terms, anyway.
As she sauntered steadily away from the stream, those vibrant saphiric eyes swivelled up to land on the jutting piece of granite from the side of a mountain. The fabled Pride rock, she had no doubt. A wicked grin spread across the line of her mug as she stared at it, in slightly less awe than she had anticipated. It wasn't as grand as she had heard. Of course, it did take a lot to impress little Syeira, she was such a wickedly stubborn thing.
As always, she was stalking with that proud, fluidly perfect walk she acquired already at such a young age. Head held high, tail wavering, and the muscles rippling in perfected motion beneath her brown hide. Such a stance was probably not wise in ruled lands, but she had little care, for she was only a little cub - what would a king possibly do to an innocent little cub? Well, here is the term innocent, which only applies to the way she could act. She was a twisted little thing, acting in perfection, while on the inside - she was quite wicked. She liked to manipulate others, she could get anything she wanted. Especially from her father, the kind man just ate her up, even when she was being entirely cruel to him or her siblings. What could she say? She had first tested manipulation on him, and it had steadily developed into a habit that she used on everyone.

Uumi could keep up no longer, he slowed and stopped, head bowed, sides heaving in and out. His ear flicked, he could faintly hear 'rocky'. Dammit! That wasn't his name! His name was Uumikaji and that little twit should get it right. Needless to say.. he felt threatened by little Kiburi. And if she was up there he couldn't tourment her with all the adults around. He'd probably have to be nice even. His crimson gaze flicked away from pride rock, to the grass below. Wow, the twins had just climbed pretty swiftly.
His tail flicked a little, and suddenly his eyes narrowed. Where did that stupid cub come from? And look! She was strutting around like she owned the place! These were his daddy's lands. And His Mommy's lands. Not hers. With a small cub like sneer he began back down the rock, this was becoming taxing on his ill health.

The beautiful golden adolescent moved gracefully. Her paws barely touched the ground as she padded swiftly towards the scent. It was familiar. She sighed, it was a scent that made her stomach feel like a thousand insects were lose in it, and it made her feel happily dizzy.
Her enchanting sapphire eyes tried to seek out the orange lion she longed for, but the longing ache in her stomach was not yet to be satisfied. Maawio turned a corner and reclined sadly. She hadnt seen him for a while now, and had missed him. She was a young adult now, and love played a very important role in her life, to her. Love was just immeasurable, to have someone to die for, to live for and who meant more to her than anything.
Sighing again, she rose with equal grace to her walking, and continued down her path, turning to notice a glimmering pool of water and three lions conversing near it. One was a small rose-grey coloured cub, one a honey coloured lioness and the other one of great familiarity. She felt her heart jump and ran to attack the orange adult lovingly. "Amari!" She squealed, licking his maw happily. "Bakhti!"

Her gaze fluttered up to the male cub, a broq quirking at the look on his face. She suspected he was simply some pridelander brat, some selfish, spoiled little twit that was going to fuss at her for being here in these lands, prancing around like she was. She had new for him though - she didn't honestly care what he thought, or what he was going to say, there wasn't one thing he could do to keep her from acting the way she did. In her mind, she was a princess, her daddy's little princess, and no matter if he had the official royal title or not - he could kiss her furry rump. She didn't say anything though, she just simply sat, bringing one forepaw to lick clean as her tail curled around those powerful little haunches. She gave off this air of pure unmatched royalty, and well, you'd have a hard time convincing her she was otherwise.

He automatically didn't like her since the moment he had set eyes on her, and her actions as he came nearer doubled that dislike. He swallowed a few times, panting from just the short distance. He was skinny and sickly looking, it almost seemed as though they'd switched spots. He the rogue and she the royalty. He'd show her. "Oy, what are you doing on these lands you low-life?" He didn't exactly know what low-life ment.. but he had heard a few animals use it, and it'd been when repremanding or making fun of. So now he'd use it!

She snorted at this usage of a vocabulary, one she wasn't even sure he really understood. "Such big words for a little thing, don't you think?" She questioned, with a voice so innocent and cold at the same time that it was a wonder how she managed to put the two vocal tones together. She avoided answering his question for the moment, because she didn't know who he was - and after all, if he turned out to be some bratty prince of the pridelands, then she'd have avoided making some stupid statement like 'who are you to say I can't be?' Syeira hated sounding stupid.

His eyes flashed in anger, how dare she throw back a question to a question. That wasn't fair! His eyes narrowed and he made himself catch his breath, try to regain a little composure. Slowly he sat, peering at her. "No I don't.." He was about to add 'think' to the end of that, but he cought himself, realizing how stupid it sounded.
"Now, tell me who you are and why you're on my lands." His tail flicked. Well.. if they were his mothers and fathers it only made sense that they were his too!

A soft laugh slithered out of her mug as she stood, slinking around him in a slow stride, inspecting his sickly little body. "The last I heard, these lands belong to Mufasa and his mate," she murmured, nudging his thin tail with her paw, wrinkling her nose as if in disgust. The way she looked at him was the way you would look at a piece of meat that was just not quite the right quality. "I didn't know that some sick, tiny, little cub was Mufasa," she murmured, quirking a brow now as she stopped in front of him.

A low hiss slid from his maw and he turned, swiping at her with his claws out. "Don't touch that." He sneered, backing a way just a bit. Aww, doesn't like strangers touching him. His tail flicked away from her, to his other side. "It just so happens that he is my father, there for these are my lands as well, scum." That word he knew partly, something to do with a swamp. He'd chatted with a bird for quite a while, and the bird had told him all about swamps and swamp scum. It was convinent. "Now, Who are you?" My my, he was a very impatient little boy. And he desperately wished his twin had followed him. But no, she was up on pride rock.

She smirked as his claws swiped, of course just a little too fast for the 'spoiled brat', after all, she lived with a brother that was constantly attacking someone - someone usually being herself or their little brother. "Oh, you're so impatient you sickly little prince, I'm Syeira. Rogue, obviously, of the southlands." She turned her back to him, for the moment studying the jutting cliff of pride rock, "that doesn't make the lands yours. It just means you're part of the prideland royalty. No doubt you've an older brother that will eventually inherit the lands, and then you'll just be another sickly little extension of the family." Wow, talk about good manners and kindness. Syeira doesn't have an ounce.

His eyes narrowed more. Yes, an older brother and two older sisters. He made no comment however. "And don't call me that." He sneered, but it almost sounded pouty. "You call me Uumikaji Or don't call me anything at all." Either way it would be better than being called 'sickly little prince'. This little brat had some nerve.
"And who says i'd want to rule this dump anyways?" He snorted. Ah, now it was a dump, was it?

She smirked and turned back to look at him, "you through a fit because their was scum here, and now you're calling it a dump are you? Scum belongs in a dump, Uumikaji." She let out a cold laugh, sitting down slowly again. Was that an insult to him? Was she calling him scum? Because he lived in a so-called-dump? Well, she didn't say that she thought it was a dump. Oh, my, had she just said that to play with his poor little mind? Probably.
((I don't mind ^^; ))

((I dont mind either.))
This wasn't fair, not at all. She was very good at twisting words, and despite the fact that he was losing in this game he had to admit he liked her. She was not as stupid as he'd wish. Though what fun was it in playing with stupid cubs? "And thus you were attracted here. Believe me, I'd be out of here as fast as my little legs could carry me.." Well, that wasn't fast at all. And he wouldn't admit that if it wasn't for his family.
It was a half hearted attempt to get the ball back in his cort. This game wasn't being played well at all on his part. He turned, looking around. Well, it wouldn't be half as fun trying to pull down an idiot, would it?
