 Viper♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦Viper watched each of the students who had come looking for Penelope very carefully. It looked angry, and refused to speak or move, hovering above the bottom of the lake as it had rested on the surface, with crossed legs. Practically sulking, it folded its arms and closed its eyes. None of the presences were hostile yet, so that was good, but if they continued to advance, Viper may just lose its mind. The creature had been born in the water, and it knew it could easily win a fight, especially over those who did not normally reside here.
Leave, it finally hissed, feeling Penelope's presence rise again, like a vengeful tide, All of you, surface. Immediately. Having entered Viper's consciousness once before, the girl's confidence had been boosted, and she was now trying to pry her way back in. I know you're there! Viper heard in its head. The water around Viper's scaly body began to bubble, as though heating up, and the current shifted with its breathing, growing more unsteady the more it fought against her.♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦

Suwako heard the warning but proceeded with caution though Suwako could fight underwater her powers would be limited
"We're here for our friend, we don't wish to fight you" Suwako called out again coming up to viper

(what the heck shadow? Last time I checked patchouli went out to find orochi, now you make it sound like she just bumped past him and he looked lonely. damn people, a little consistency is all I ask for)  Orochi continued to wonder through the halls. His eyes closed as he was deep in thought. However when the teacher approached he opened one of his eyes to look at her. "what do you want?" he asked impatiently. It took him a minute to realize it was Patchouli and not some random person whom he didn't care about. He opened his other eye giving her his full attention. "did you need something?" he asked again in a less rude tone.

 Chris heard the Viper speaking but Chris ignored it. Chris couldnt speak underwater but he had walked towards Melodie and Xavier. He pointed to the Viper knowing Melodie and Xavier found her first. He tried swimming towards Viper.▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀

Viper(( Hey, little heads up: she's not really dead. But your characters don't know that, mkay? )) ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦Viper shook with fury, its emotions making the water swirl faster and faster. Slowly it rose, feeling the girl tear relentlessly through the barriers it had taken so long to construct. She was awake--and vengeful. All the anger of her family lying to her, Viper taking control of something that didn't belong to it... Penelope was not going out without a fight.
Viper's talons clenched with a power that would've cut the hand off of any normal creature. It began to slash at the water and growl at anything that dared come close to it. Penelope's voice was heard overlapping the creature's as it tried to speak. Their combined shouts translated into nothing that could be understood, and finally a pulse went through the water, sending every living thing in it backwards four or five feet. Fish were sent spiraling out of control, plant life was torn out at the roots and followed suit.
The glow in Viper's eyes flickered out, and began to float upward, lifeless. Once its face hit the surface, its arms--ever so slowly--began to shift back into skin, once again returning to a girl's form...but as the scales receded, something was different about Penelope's body. As a matter of fact, if it weren't for her face and hair color, one might've thought it was a completely different person.♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦

"Yes unfortunately" Patchouli began as she looked at Orochi "But first please spar with me" She asked the request was direct but didn't sound like begging or an order
The force of viper's power sent Suwako towards the shore as she was forced to surface the bubble popping while in the current as she washed on to the shore "...what..power" Suwako state as she recomposed herself

Orochi stared at her for a moment trying to figure out the purpose of such a request. He allready knew that he couldn't match her power in his current form and she probably knew the same. So what was the point? Did she simply want to try to put him in his place? Well he wasn't about to get himself beaten up without some sort of incentive. "fine...but if I win you must join my harem as we discussed earlier" He hadn't forgotten how he asked her to join his harm when he was in his older form. And though he had since thought better of it he assumed that it would be enough to dissuade her. He eyed her emotionlessly waiting for her answer.

"I'm not prepared to join your Harem, but if you win I will grant you one small request" Patchouli counter offered she was confident she could beat Orochi but she there was always the chance of failure to consider

Chris had flew straight out the water near Suwako. "What- How.... She has a lot of power!" He said with a lot of amazement. He stared Penelope's body floating in the water, facing the lakes bottom floor. "PENELOPE!" Chris yelled jumping back into the water swimming towards her. He pulled her back to shore. "She doesnt.. look herself... do you think she'll be alrite?" He asked Suwako not sure of what was going to happen.▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀

Kairi flopped out of the water too.she was still a mermaid thow.she thought it was fun and she liked her aperence."Is she ok?"kairi asked poking her.

Chris picked her up. "Yeah.." He said staring down at the changed Penelope. "Okay well I'll take her to the infirmary. Can one of you tell the others to meet me there?" He asked running back to the school. "Thanks!" He yelled worried about Penelope.
