[Cloverpaw padded after his mentor, eyes dancing with laughter as he too wanted to jump and roll around. But he didn't want to loose focus. He was trying to psyche himself up. Once Mapleleaf gave him the scenario, he crouched, tail lashing violently as the mock-battle commenced.]
“Defensive moves. Got it.”
[He nodded in understanding, green eyes hardening with determination.]________________________

 M a p l e l e a f "Stand up for what you believe in; otherwise, you will be trampled on by those who don't."____________________________________ [Mapleleaf weaved, darting in and out, lashing at Cloverpaw's paws, trying to throw him off balance. But CLoverpaw didn't lose focus, he jumped and wiggled, just out of Mapleleaf's reach. She grew mock-frustrated, then just started snarling and pushing him back, snapping at him and lashing out with sheathed paws.
But Cloverpaw wouldn't take the bait. Every time she neared him, he slammed his front paws down on her nose, shoving her backward. Mapleleaf stumbled, and Cloverpaw siezed his opportunity. He grabbed her head and shoved her muzzle into the ground, lightly, as if to suffocate her.
Mapleleaf went limp, wiggling out from underneath him, panting. Though she has put up a major fight, Cloverpaw had won. Her green eyes shone with pride, and she brushed her tail over his ears.]
"Brilliant, Cloverpaw, brilliant! I've never seen any cat do that move- did you make it up? It works perfectly!" Mapleleaf praised, hardly able to repress a purr.

Birdsong
[She lifted her head, noticing most cats were training their apprentices. I wish I had an apprentice... She sat down and began cleaning her pelt, trying to sort out her emotions. Galestar is kinda cute...Birdsong! He's your leader!... But still, she couldn't seem to stop thinking about him]
((Guyss, as soon as I get home from school tomorrow, I'm being forced agaisnt my will to go to my cabin until Sunday, so would someone mind looking after Birdsong for me? Like, if anyone asks her something, would someone mind responding? Just until Sunday))

Ohhh, BTW, I'm gonna be gone Friday night and Saturday morning. I'd appreciate it if someone took care of my charas, like Rain, you can RP as Mapleleaf in training if you want. And I'd appreciate it if Timber looked after Silverstar, just in case something has to be done.

[Skyeyes looked down.
She didn't want Joypaw to see the utter disappointment and hurt written all over her face.]
How could anyone think having an apprentice could be fun? she mused a bit sourly.
[Shuffling her paws nervously she took a quick look up and then whipped her head back down.]
No Skyeyes! Act like the warrior you are and not a nervous, frightened kit! she scolded to herself.
[Taking a deep breath she thought tactfully..]
Dewburst! Perhaps he and Stormpaw could help me out! Oh Starclan thank you for giving me such a clever idea! she thought gratefully.
"Follow me Joypaw." she mewed.
[Gliding gracefully to of the entrance, all pain and injuries forgotten, she walked up to the toms.]
"Hey you two! Mind if we join your hunting parade?" she mewed modestly.

Dewburst
[Before Dewburst could even utter one word to his apprentice Skyeyes bounded up to them.
Noticing Joypaw, it didn't take long for Dewburst to put two and two together.
Swishing his head out of Skyeyes' way he sidled up next to Joypaw.]
"Not much of mentor.." he whispered then suddenly mewed loudly, "ain't you Mrs.Snappy?" swinging his head directly in her face.
[Gazing into those piercing blue eyes he felt like a spark had lit up in him.
Ears hot, he turned away abruptly.]
"Alright then. Let's get going or it'll be moonrise by the time we get back." he mewed tersely.

Even after my mirror's been shattered... Dicepaw+++++++++++++++++++++++++ [Dicepaw padded back in with Cometstream to see Galestar being pinned down by Duskpaw.] "Golly, Cometstream...can you teach me to do THAT?" [Cometstream nodded.]"Sure, Dicepaw. But first, i will need to teach you about hunting. Keeping a warrior's health up is the most important aid to a warrior's battle performance. Get yourself some prey and rest."Hunting?! how does catching a stupid rabbit help make me a leader? [Dicepaw grinned lightly, trying to hide her displeasure.] "Sounds great, Cometstream." [Cometstream paused, before giving a tiny lick to Dicepaw's head. Dicepaw almost instantly recoiled, with wide eyes.] "Take care, Dicepaw." [Dicepaw nodded awkwardly, and padded over to the fresh-kill pile, snatching a squirrel and padding over to a rock bathed in late sunset glow. She chewed, deeply frustrated.] Who does that two-faced foxdung think she is? My MOTHER?! My mother is dead, and no way i'm accepting her killer to be as good as her! [Dicepaw blinked over towards her mentor, who was staring at her. The gaze lasted a couple heartbeats, before Cometstream padded over to the warrior's den to rest her legs.] Stupid feline. Why on earth is Galestar keeping a killer in the camp? This is no better than the madness! And my own mentor...Oh....I get it. [Her tiny fangs dug hardly into the prey, and she snarled a little.] I get it...Cometstream asked to be my mentor because she wanted to keep watch over me. What a foxdung! The nerve of that mangy...[Dicepaw eyed her paws and unsheated her claws.] I could...eliminate her....Wait, no! What am i thinking?! I can't kill her. That's no better than her behavior. "Great Starclan, Dicepaw! What has a squirrel ever done to you?"[Dicepaw looked down at her prey, and grimaced. With all her angered thinking, she had torn up her squirrel into a great mess. Spadekit sighed, and padded closer to her sibling, fixing up the meal so it was not so much of a mess.] "Thank you, Spadekit." [Spadekit nodded, smiling.]
...I still see the reflection.

[Duskpaw blinked, still a bit surprised that she even managed to please her mentor. In a heartbeat, her eyes lit up and she purred.]
“Thank you, Galestar. Apparently I did better than I expected...Well, I doubt it's this easy to become a warrior. What's next?”
[She shook her fur, her body still feeling a bit sore after taking so many hits, but she shoved the dull pain away and looked at Galestar, eyes sparkling eagerly.]____________________________
