Yes, from the sounds of the new battle system, it's gonna be great. More movement, better animation, quicker battles. It really sounds good. but I wonder how it will be as far as moves, or stuff liike that (idk how to word wut I mean).

What I'm getting at is new gameplay...
Examples
Gen2 - Hold Items and Special split between Sp. Atk and Sp. Def
Gen3 - Abilitys
Gen4 - Split Attacks into Physical and Special
So now, what about Gen5?
My guess is environmental effects. Like a water arena boosting water, electric, grass, and weakening rock, fire ect.

You might be right, but I've always liked Tri-Attack and normal always seemed like an odd typing.

I'm not too sure, but one thing I'm certain about.
The new pokemon DON'T impress me at all....
Although, I may use the legendaries they have...

Hey Snappy I've finally completed my team. They don't have all the attacks I want them to have yet but they are all together. Now comes the hard part... nicknames. ^_^

lol. Nicknames were easy for me...
I just pick a game theme, and name my pokemon after the characters.

I totally agree Arc...although I like the Chinchilla, the bird, and that new dark thing too. But i'm actually kind of interested to hear the new sounds they come up with. XD
Nicknames r not really that hard for me either.
here r a few of my Pokemon nicknames.
Mightyena (girl)- Ebony
Arbok- Fang
Gyarados- Hydra
Raichu- Bolt
Alakazam- Presto
Pidgeotto (Girl)- Pidge
Flareon- I would have called it "Flare" but it was traded.
Pikachu- Sparks.
