I'm coming to the sad realization that Maynard was right. If something tragic happens, but not to us, we're more interested than saddened. I hate it too, but it's the sad truth. emo

TtheHero Kathulu93 TtheHero Kathulu93 TtheHero The lights set up to symbolize the Twin Towers. What lights? At the site, they set up two powerful lights and point it up into the sky to symbolize the Twin Towers.
It's quite the sight to see at night. 3nodding Oh, so your in the NY area? Yep. Brooklyn. Born and raised, under the sun where I spent most of my days,
Chilling out, maxing, relaxing...

All of a sudden, there was gray on the horizon. My guess was it was smoke.
I've seen footage of people running from the explosion.
And one shot of a person... falling to thier game over. sad
My only regret is that I wish I had visited it at least once beforehand.

My only regret is that I wish I had visited it at least once beforehand.I didn't even know what had happened until a few years later. I was only in fourth grade, and they told us that the open house was cancelled because of a fight in New York. I was like, "What? Why would we cancel something here because of a fight in New York?" I was confused for so long. Then I heard that the towers fell. I was still kinda confused. >.>

Ah, but not everything is as we dream. You have to wonder how much magic would be abused if it existed in everyday life, though. 7 years ago, I was in Mom's classroom about a half hour before school started and she suddenly comes running in and tells me to turn on the TV because a plane had just crashed into one of the towers. I'm not even sure I fully got what happened until a couple of days later.

There'd have to be some major cognitive dissonance going on for that to occur. I'm going to need to get that song.
