No Arc...hes not dumb ok? He's just....seeing how much damage he could do using a not very effective move. sweatdrop
@LF, It's not that I like battling him, it's that I find him to be the perfect test subject to try things on. 3nodding
He's pretty much an easy win... none of his Pokemon are EV trained it seems to me, and he has no tactics at all.
So hes good for testing traps, since...he'll fall into all of them. xd
Anyhow like you said, maybe hes seeing what we got before he gets his 6 Arceus together to crush us. crying
