"That's gotta hurt." Mitsu commented as Titanium's steel head crushed the poor and unfortunate Shromish. At that moment Mitsu spotted a green and blueish creature run by.
"Uh, I'll be back Mike!" Mitsu yelled not sure if he heard or not and ran after the blur. "I swear that was a Bulbsaur." Mitsu said under her breath hoping it was true.

Jenna and Bryn headed into the mazelike Viridan forest side by side, Jenna's pokemon safe in their pokeballs, while Bryn's sandshrew rode in her pack and her houndour strode beside. Along the way, Jenna told Bryn all about her childhood growing up in Lavender Town and her duties in the great Pokemon Tower, which was where she realized that pokemon and their trainers or masters had a much deeper relationship than she realized. The sun was high overhead, making the woods light and airy, with emerald streams falling from between the trees as the two walked on, trying not to get lost.

Nina looked to Kasiya and waved, which was silly of her to do, as they weren't very far apart. She rested her hand on her egg, and felt it shaking a little more. She looked to the pool to see Cupcake and Angel having fun.

Kasiya saw Nina looking at her egg intently, and came over, wrapping a towel around her. "Silly of me to not have seen it before," she said, grinning. "Do you know how long until it hatches? I remember what it was like carrying an egg around," she said, wringing the water out of her hair.

She dashed after it and ended up in a clearing where the honest to goodness Bulbsaur stood. Wild Bulbasaur appeared! Level: 19 Attacks: Tackle, Growl, Leech Seed, Vine Whip, Poison Powder, Sleep Powder Mitsu eyes grew wide. "Oh aren't you just a cutie!" She exclaimed. "I must catch you!" She finished up with a determined look on her face. "C'mon out Kirlia!"
The Pokemon popped out of it's Pokeball ready to help it's trainer catch another friend.

Hunter stayed beside Bryn as she looked around and listened closely to anything that might be out of the ordinary. Jenna had quite the tale to tell, and Bryn was very interested in it. It was with Jenna telling everything that Bryn realized how close their ideas were.
"It's true. My thesis is pretty much on the same line actually. Pokemon: Stronger with battles, or with bonds? I've gained an amazing bond with Hunter and i'm working on my bond with Ace. Hence the reason I give them all names. With a name they can bond easily. Also I have learned a lot from another Trainer called Kasiya. I hope to run into her again." Bryn said and looked around
"Um not to burst any bubbles here...but didnt' we pass that tree twice now?" Bryn pointed over to a tree that had someone's name and heart around it.

Nimbly dodging the Steelix's attack, Shroomish ran up the titan's body and planted a few Leech Seeds. Titanium managed to shake off one, the other two sapping a small amount of health and healing the wound Nitro had caused with the rock.
"Graaaooo!" roared the Steelix as he spun around, trying to reach the Shroomish in his body, but his large size hindered too much movement. Titanium then shook his body, leading the Shroomish down to his tail. With a smirk, Titanium lauched the grass Pokemon into the air, then whipped it with the end of it's serpentine tail. The little Pokemon was launched into the bushes, as the Steelix laughed in victory.
Little did he know that Shroomish's ability had rubbed off on him, leaving paralyzing spores all over his body. Soon Titanium was struggling to move, much less attack.
With a smirk on his face, the Shroomish walked out of the bushes, moving in for the final strike.

"About an hour or so ago it started shaking kind of violently-- hopefully it'll hatch soon," she said with a smile.

"Bulba saur?" It questioned and tilted it's head.
"You are the cutest thing I've ever seen!" Mitsu said nearly squealing.
"Kirlia use Confusion on it!" Mitsu commanded as the Pokemon sent out what appeared to be ripples threw the air. It struck Bulbsaur and Mitsu grabbed an empty Pokeball.
"Bulba? Saur?" It asked again before getting hit with a Confusion dealing double the damage. It countered with a tackle hitting Kirlia hard. It landed, tilted it's head and blinked once more.

"Ariel used to shake like that too," Kasiya commented, reaching out to feel the egg. It was warm and smooth, and she smiled. "It was funny, because for an hour or so before she hatched, she was completely still. It makes me wish I had another little Eevee in an egg," she said with a laugh. At that moment, Growly came padding over to them, dripping wet. He shook himself violently, sending water spraying over everyone.

Venerax continued to walk to deep in thought. I just understand why it didn't work. I mean if Calculus fully uploaded the HM it should work shouldn't it. I've got to be missing something, but wha...
"PORY!" Calculus cried in warning, but too late.
Venerax snapped out of his reverie just in time to feel last step land on nothing but air. It was most surreal feeling for him to go tumbling down the rocky hill. Almost like a dream, he new he was falling and by now probably hurt really bad, but he felt outside of the whole situation. ALmost as if you were looking through a window. . .THUNK! That is until the tree at the bottom stopped his tumbling.
WILD HOOTHOOT APPEARSLevel: 6 Attacks: Tackle, Growl, Foresight
"Hoot! Hoot! Hoot! Hoot! Hoot!" Venerax opened his eyes, the whole world was spinning, and a number of small one legged owls had decided to fly around and around and around with, always . . . "Hoot! Hoot! Hoot! Hoot!" hoot hoot hooting. I must've hit my head hard I'm hallucinating. Slowly the world stopped spinning, but the owl wouldn't go away, though now at least their was only one of them. It just kept flying around his head. . ."Hoot! Hoot! Hooooot!" and then it ran into his head. That's either one heck of a hallucination or it's real. "Cal, where are you?"
Meanwhile, Cal carefully scurted down the slope towards Venerax, where a rather annoyed Hoothoot flew around his head, after falling from the tree Venerax unfortunately tumbled right into. Cal leaped and tackled the Hoothoot away from Venerax. The Hoothoot hit the ground, and got up in a huff, ruffling it's feathers. Hoothoot's eyes dilated as it used Foresight. Cal stood in front of Venerax, and loosed a brilliant flash. The Hoothoot saw nothing, but stars in it's eyes as it tried to tackle the blue porygon, only to hit the tree instead. From the side, Cal tackled the Hoothoot again, who landed sprawled out on the ground, very dazed. Cal turned to Venerax and nudged him.
Still rubbing his head from the new concsious the HOothoot gave him, he pulled out a pokeball from his waste, and threw it at the Hoothoot. The Hoothoot disappeared in a flash of white light. The pokeball only shook twice before locking with a click. Venerax smiled, and looked to Cal. "What would I do without you around?"
Cal shrugged.
Venerax shrugged as well. "But now I think I'm tired again, and this tree makes a perfect back rest, so I think I'll just stay right here for now."
Cal just shook his head.

Kilik walked with the two other trainers, keeping to himself. The other two talked with one another as they walked. The boy kept his hands in his pockets, taking the occasional glance down to his Flareon. "Flare..." it whimpered. It seemed to think its owner was sad.
"All right," said the Raichu trainer, "She'll distract them and you sneak in..and you may want to put Flareon and Koffing up..." he said, pointing at the Pokeballs. Kilik nodded and put the two Pokemon into their Pokeballs. The girl opened the door.
"Excuse me?" she whispered. The three women that Kilik had met earlier approached her and began to gossip. Swiftly, Kilik rushed inside, heading toward the main Battle arena, looking for Erika. Finally...he'd be able to have his Gym Battle.

"OHMYGOSH!" Mitsu squealed not being able to hold it in. "I simply have to catch you!"
"Double Team and then use Confusion!" Mitsu called out and Kirlia obeyed. Bulbasaur was struck several times with no time to counter the nearly invisible attack.
"Pokeball go!" Mitsu shouted as she tossed the red and white sphere at the Grass Pokemon. It was sucked inside shaking violently. She crossed her fingers hoping that it would be a catch.

Jenna stopped and took a good look around. She had been so caught up in her story telling that she didn't realize that they had gotten lost. "Oh, this is my fault! I wasn't paying attention... She looked around, trying to spot a path or even a trail through the long grass that seemed well travelled, but there was nothing. Not even the sky was any help, as it was only mid-afternoon and the sun was completely hidden by a leafy green canopy. She couldn't even tell which was was North. "If my dad could see me right now, he'd just die." Jenna muttered to herself looking utterly dejected. She pondered for a moment, kicking at the dirt. Then she jumped. "Oh! I have an idea! Maybe Sandy can find a way out for us! He can fly above the trees and maybe see Viridian City from here!" Jenna reached down and pulled a pokeball off of her belt and called to her pidgey as it sailed through the air. With a flash of white light, Sandy appeared. Jenna offered her right arm to the small bird and it leapt up to land on it. "Sandy, we need you to fly up there and see if you can spot a city. If you can, make a loud noise and we'll follow you. Okay?" Jenna smiled encouragingly to her pokemon, who nodded at her and cooed, then took flight above the treetops.

Nina laughed a little bit when Growly''s water droplets got flung onto her. "It seems like somebody has gotten over their water phobia," she noted.
Changing the subject, Nina said, "So, I have to wait for it to be still?" The egg shook somewhat violently.
