Nightmare roared, his anger causing the paint on the walls to peel, all glass objects in the chat to melt, and all liquids to boil "ITS JUST NOT F*CKING FAIR!!!" He raised his fists, firing duel blasts of Red Lantern energy straight through the roof, through the sky, and into space. "AHHHHHH!!!!! WITH BLOOD AND RAGE OF CRIMSON RED, RIPPED FROM A CORPSE SO FRESHLY DEAD, WITH THE POWER OF MY HELLISH HATE, I'LL BURN YOU ALL, THAT IS YOUR FATE!!! Nightmare's eyes were replaced with glowing sockets with red energy.
Atrocitus put on a pair of sunglasses, wearing only a pair of Red Lantern themed swim trunks, using Nightmare's aura to tan "all I can say is, Welcome to the Red Lantern Corps, young dragon boy."
Bleez lounged next to Atrocitus in a Red Lantern theme string bikini, rubbing sun tan lotion on her arms "maybe we should keep him after Blackest Night."

Virginia used the power of the Predator to fully encase Nightmare in crystal.
Nightmare remembered the times he spent with Courtney, their first kiss, the feelings he had for her. He then remembered how she died, how he betrayed the Justice League for the chance to be with her, how she died again, how she was really a clone, how the real one is with another man and happily forgot about him. RAGE The crystal around his body began to melt.
Virginia tilted her head "that's never happened before..."
Atrocitus used a clawed finger to push his sunglasses down "that could come in handy."
Bleez untied her top and rolled onto her stomach to tan her back "oh yeah, he's a keeper."
